Perfect spot right on the beach

If you're looking for a perfect little bungalow steps away from the sand this is it. About a 30 seconds from the boardwalk and beach. The house is clean and updated. We had a wonderful time!

Beach Family Time Getaway

Nice simple beach house that can comfortably fit 3-4 adults and 2 kids. Wish place was little cleaner and some fixtures / kitchen equipment in better shape considering daily rent but overall was ok for a short stay. Also wish came with sheets, bath towels and few beach chairs and umbrella. Need to also consider droppping Comcast and doing Roku tv!

Great beach stay

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights with my husband's parents and our 1.5 yr old son. Great location in a very nice neighborhood, close walk to the beach, boardwalk, aquarium and good restaurants. House was clean and accommodating for all of us. Great place to stay for a family!

Beach House

This house is perfectly place down a pathway off the boardwalk. It is close to an entrance to the beach. The neighbors are super sweet and the property manager was very good with my communications. A great place to stay and would book it again!

Great beach house for family get away

Great house and amazing location. Truly steps from the boardwalk and only a few more steps to the beach. The house was very clean and comfortable with a friendly, yet quiet street. Would definitely recommend the house for a nice family get away.

Family visit to the Point

We enjoyed a nice 4 nights at this property. Great location. Love the sidewalk "street" it's located on. Nice new couch set and bathroom. Would enjoy a solid door on back bedroom and working light in front room. Thankful for the break especially during covid time.

Great beach location!

Amazing place steps from the beach. Very clean when we arrived with no issues throughout our stay. Bonnie and Edgar were pleasant to work with and neighbors were very kind as well! Only thing worth noting, it was a bit smaller then we were expecting based on the pictures. But given the locatiom and price that was totally fine.

This house is located in an great private community setting. You are so close to the beach. The house was only superficially cleaned. That was a let down but, I contacted the owner and she sounded mortified and will be refunding cleaning fee. I thought that was great. After this crazy past covid world I wanted an enjoyable few days with family surrounded by the ocean. We got it! We decompressed , had days at the ocean and re-centered ourselves in these abnormal times. I would definitely look to rent this house again.

NICE

On smaller side but we had 7 people and it was good. location is great. right by beach. short walk to arcade/bars. kids rode their bikes everywhere. was very clean and neighbors are nice and quiet. parking was easy. We would stay again.

Beach cottage

Very close to beach. Parking is one car and inconvenient. Parts of cottage need updating. Could not find bikes that were advertized. Picnic table and chairs need renewing. Owner friendly and helpful.

Perfect house great location :)

This house was perfect for our group! Close to the beach with our own little area out front as well! A short walk from jenks and many food options. We had a great weekend for sure :)

This was a great family vacation spot!

Exceptional!

The property and accommodations were exceptional! Very nicely maintained. You can't beat the location to the beach and boardwalk. The landlord, Edgar is exceptional. I happened to mention that the coffee maker was broken and within an hour he was at the front door with a new one! WOW! Incredible!

Great stay!

I really enjoyed this nice little spot in point pleasant. The beach is less than a block away and all the attractions are within walking distance. Any questions or concerns I had were answered quickly and very helpful.
