Beautiful place directly on the property of fountainebleau. It was clean and comfortable. I asked for a late check out which they advertise in the listing 3 times but never heard back from anyone.

Magnificent Property

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at the Fontainebleau. Not that we needed to community often but when we did need to communicate the response was within minutes. The room was gorgeous with stunning ocean views, and the entire property was just as breathtaking as the photos—if not more. We loved our meals at Hakkasan so much, we went back for seconds! The complimentary spa experience and revitalizing IV drops were the perfect touch of indulgence. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and every detail—from the immaculate grounds to the vibrant energy—made our stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to return.

The room was as advertised and communication was great from owner. Beautiful large room with a great view! The only thing lacking was an ice machine in the tower. You can ask for ice from room service but didn't seem worth it. Would definitely stay here again!

Place was fine but key stopped working

My door key and lock stopped working midway into my stay. I was locked out of my room for over an hour, after coming back from the pool. Wet in trunks. No one, including the host, security, or the hotel showed any sense of urgency to get me access to the room I paid for. I had to call nearly 10 times and wait more than an hour outside the room before anyone did anything. The room is fine, but if anything stops working or goes wrong, you are stuck and no one does anything to assist.

Great place to have a great time,,, of any kind!

The resort literally offers it all…. Additionally, the clientele and the locals that come here are fantastic and classy. Pools full of eye candy for everyone and a chill laid back vibe from the young and old alike. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic room at a great resort

We stayed for a week in May and the room was amazing. That ocean front view is breathtaking. Overall the experience from booking to checkout was excellent. No complaints at all. The room was clean and spacious as expected. I would highly recommend it.

Not a Fontainebleau Hotel Experience

Bathroom not to standard of a 4 star, and certainly not 5 star Fontainebleau resort hotel. Hair dryer difficult to use because cord only 3ft long, and Arc flashes from outlet in bathroom. Difficult to get ready when having to sit and kneel on floor in entranceway.

Terrific Condo/Hotel

We had a great time - all as advertised. The room was nice - reasonably spacious even for 3 people. The view is unimpeded and directly to the ocean. The unit allows full use of the hotel without additional charge - including the gym, spa, and chair/towels at the pool and beach. Being at the Fontainebleau is really fun - especially understanding its history. Staying in the Sorrento unit allows quiet- as the hotel is a bustling place. I would highly recommend the unit.

There was hair on the bed and inside mini fridge, im bald so it wasn't mine😁there was no mimi bar, lights in the bathroom was out, and fan in the bathroom does not work. I purchased some cleaning products and i gave it a good cleaning.. Other than that it was Great.

Gorgeous views

Fountainebleu is the most elite accommodations in Miami. Everything was at our fingertips. All of the staff was very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed free parking, spa passes and the beach service. Be prepared to break break bread though. Fountainebleu isn’t for the cheap at heart but I will say it’s worth it!!! The room was clean and spacious. The listing is accurate. The view was the absolute BEST! Went to sleep listening to light sounds of music from the pool area and woke up to the sun and sounds of the ocean. Booking this unit again in July and I can’t wait!! Also listing agent/owner was very tentative to my questions, responded very quickly. A+ service.

PERFECT place to stay in Miami Beach

Easy to give this listing 5 stars. Lovely room, beautiful view, peaceful. This is a busy hotel, but this room is in a quiet tower that really felt like you had the best of all worlds--access to the pools and beach, gym, spa and fantastic restaurants. A few items to note--not anything the owner can do, but know that the wifi signal throughout the hotel was pretty bad, the water pressure was light and you have to bring water with you--there isn't any in the room or nearby. BUT, the room was terrific. Great amenities and views; quiet and really well appointed. Do not hesitate to rent this suite/property. It was TERRIFIC.
