Stugan ligger bakom vår Vieux Carre-stil hem. Vid din ankomst kan du koppla av och planera ditt besök i New Orleans i din mysiga stuga och egen uteplats. Njut av en välkommen vinkorg med lokala delikatesser.

Stugan ligger i en av de trevligaste bostadsområdena i New Orleans. Det är ett lugnt område bort från massorna och bullret och mycket bekvämt till City Park och New Orleans Museum of Arts, Besthoff Garden och New Bayou Oaks 18-håls golfbana. Du är centralt beläget till stadens bästa inom gångavstånd till Pontchartrain-sjön och en billig Uber-tur eller kollektivtrafik till franska kvarteret ..

Kaféer, vinbarer, skaldjur, mexikanska, asiatiska och kreolska restauranger ligger mycket nära; eller koppla av och grilla på din privata däck. Livsmedelsbutiker ligger några minuter bort.

Men skynda inte - vi har tillhandahållit grundläggande frukostartiklar (fruktjuice, kaffe, mjölk, spannmål, yoghurt, bröd och smör) för din första morgonlivsnyhet.

Perfect Vacation Space

I greatly enjoyed my stay. The owners of the property have taken great care to create a relaxing place in which every tiny detail is thought out and taken care of in advance. This was the best rental experience I’ve ever had and would be lucky to get to come back.

Great guest cottage

This is a wonderful place to stay while visiting New Orleans. The cottage was very comfortable and well-appointed, in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. We cook most of our meals when we travel and the kitchen was great, with many essential items provided by the host. The garden is lovely and gives a very relaxing vibe. If we return to New Orleans, we will stay with Susan and Eldon again.

Vibrant NOLA

The property was beautifuly manicured. The cottage was full of decorative touch that distinguished it from other properties we've stayed in. Our host was always prepared to accomodate, yet equally respectful of our time and space.

Picturesque garden courtyard setting

The cottage is so nicely appointed, but the courtyard setting makes it feel like an oasis. And if that wasn't enough, the hosts are simply the best we've ever had. A personalized sign welcoming us, the fridge full of breakfast food, snacks, and a bottle of champagne with chilled glasses waiting for us! WHO DOES THAT? Answer... these hosts! And 1 more thing... the location is excellent. the fridge

Cute and quiet

Truly amazing. Relaxing way to end the day with a beautiful, relaxing neighborhood away from the crazy of downtown. Space was clean, cute and filled with thoughtful extras. Susan and Rldon were beyond friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

The best home we have booked on VRBO

I don’t even know where to start. Susan and Eldon are the most gracious hosts. They left some basic item in the fridge to make us feel welcome (juice, water, yogurt, soda, bread, eggs , and more). Then they also left us some yummy snacks to try. The home was clean and warm and inviting. And their backyard garden is like a Monet painting. When we come back to New Orleans, we will definitely booked this place again.

I’ve stayed in a lot of rentals but I’ve never seen so much care for a cottage than Susan gave this one! We felt very welcomed with her snacks, wine and even beads/masks provided for mardi gras. Cottage was clean, in a safe neighborhood and just a short drive to French Quarter which is what we wanted as we had a rental car and needed parking. I recommend this rental to anyone who wants to explore such a unique city.

Delightful cottage with exemplary hosts

This adorable cottage exceeded our expectations. A welcome sign with our names greeted us and that was just the first of many surprises! Champagne, wine, cheese, pralines and more along with breakfast items and many other treats were laid our for our pleasure, A comprehensive list of local eateries was provided along with maps and informations on New Orleans sites. Check in was easy and Susan and Eldon checked in with us to see if there was anything else we needed. Because of the 100 year snow storm, our dates were changed at no charge, Susan kept us posted prior to arrival as to road conditions. What a joy to arrive at this adorable home away from home. As an artist, I loved the collection of art work and the amazing photographs. Even with the snow damage, my partner thoroughly enjoyed all the landscaping treats surrounding the cottage. We are definitely looking forward to returning to New Orleans and and staying with Susan and Eldon again.

BEST STAY EVER

this property has everything that a rental could be. The unit itself is lovely. Separate one bedroom. Beautifully furnished. Special included amenities, such as Food, treats, gifts, wine, local area, information, Washer dryer etc. Also fabulous was the hosts. Welcoming private New Orleans oasis

Our week & 1/2 in the lovely guest cottage was welcoming, comfortable, clean, & cozy. The gracious hospitality we experienced was delightfully Southern. Our host provided breakfast items, coffee, wine, cheese, fruit, champagne, pralines & other treats. That made us feel at home & was greatly appreciated. We loved the courtyard with multiple fountains, fruit trees, exotic plants, & a multitude of scented herbs. The neighborhood was quiet & peaceful. We felt very safe & look forward to staying again when we return to New Orleans.

Football Trip

The cottage was a perfect spot to stay during our trip to New Orleans for a football game. The location is great for exploration of the city yet far enough away to provide a secluded and quiet getaway. We can’t wait to come back again and again. Hosts provided food for breakfast and plenty of treats to give a truly warm welcome. We felt totally spoiled.

Awesome land scaping and wild life. The cottage was fantastic! Comfortable and host's welcoming to include having our first day breakfast taken care of. The variety of snacks and different coffees was great. I would recommend this gem to anyone!!!

New Orleans Cottage

Our stay in New Orleans was magical. Our cottage was clean and beautiful, and included many amenities including a full kitchen, washer/dryer, living and dining areas, a patio, and many special unexpected touches.
