Amazing View

This condo is in a fantastic location with an amazing view. The included daily beach chairs and umbrella set up each morning was a nice touch. My friends and I enjoyed this spacious condo with everything you could possibly need already there. We loved our breakfast on the porch watching the sunrise and sharing a fabulous bottle of wine watching the sunset. Thanks for the memories! We will be back.

Beautiful location

The beachfront location can't be beat. Having to lineup before 7:30 am to get a prime spot on the beach is a bit of a bummer though. The condo was nicely appointed. Would be nice to have some more hooks and towel racks. The owner was lovely and very responsive.

Family vacation

We had a very nice stay, the condo was in a perfect location and had a beautiful view of the beach. It was clean and comfortable. Ron was very helpful and answered all our questions promptly.

Vacation

The condo had everything we needed for a wonderful week at our favorite beach. Ron was wonderful to work with, even texted me an hour earlier than check in to say the condo was ready. Would definitely request to stay at here again in the future.

Perfect Beach Vacation Condo

Lovely condo in a fantastic location. Comfy beds, nicely stocked kitchen, beautiful sunset watching on the patio, and only steps away from the most beautiful beach. Easy booking, thorough directions for check in and great communication with the host. We can’t wait to book another stay here!

Great 2BR, 2 Bath Gulf Front Unit

Awesome Gulf view from 5th floor corner unit. Great place for two couples or a small family. Great beach (Crescent beach) and several terrific restaurants and bars within a short walk. Communication with owner was terrific.

Great location / Condo

This is our second year staying in this condo. The kitchen has been updated this year. The view from the balcony is stunning. The umbrella and chairs for the beach are included with the condo which is a plus as well. Will stay here every visit down to Siesta Key. Owners are great and very responsive.

Great place

Had a week of family fun with our 2 and 4 year olds. The beach and pool were very accessible. The pool was warm and clean. The beach was very gradual entry, perfect for young children. The condo itself was clean, well maintained, and secure. Trolleys to the nearby downtown area were cheap, fun, and numerous.

Great condo

Beach is top notch. Condo is really nice too. Just be aware that the complex pool is pretty far from the condo ( near the office) if that’s important to you. Also a positive is umbrella and chairs are provided. But they are divvied out each morning so if you want one in the front near the water someone in your group must get in line at 6:30 AM to get one. Overall positive experience.

Fantastic location.

Great location. Condo had everything to meet our needs. Bedding/pillows need updating. We bought new pillows and left them. Furniture a bit worn and tired. Cannot find a better location. Beach Chair reservation is ludicrous every day. No other condos have a chair race. Rather have oats more and had reserved chairs.

Loved the condo. Easy access to beach. Private. On the negative...elevator problems. People were stuck in elevator at least 3 times that we know of while we were there. Fire department had to be called once. Those people were in there over an hour. Fix the elevator

Specious and beautiful view.

I'm just giving 2 stars, due to the maids not doing a good job with the cleaning throughout the apartment.The bathrooms shower walls haven't seen a scrub in a long time. black thick mold outside the bathtub. Furniture's need to be dusted. specially if guests suffers with allergies like me! Other then that, grate place to relax! Free ride to Siesta village just across the street. Great places to eat nearby. My family end I enjoyed having breakfast at toasted mango café and for lunch/ dinner at Carrabbas's Italian Grill. My kids had a blest!

Siesta Key Getaway

The view from your balcony is what makes this condo! You have a full front view of the beautiful beach and water. You also have chairs and an umbrella set up for you on the beach included in your stay! Check in is very easy because you have a code and there are carts to load your luggage onto. We did not cook, so I’m not sure how well equipped the kitchen is. The condo is older, and could use some updating. My friend stayed in another one on the same floor with an updated kitchen and bathrooms, and it was beautiful. Minor complaints: the sheets were microfiber and stuck to your body in the humidity. The king mattress was hard as a rock and slid off the boxspring easily. Finally, the couch cushions did not hold their shape at all, and you had to fluff them every time you wanted to sit down. Overall, it was a great experience!

Crescent Arms

I always stay at Crescent Arms and it never disappoints. The actual visit was unpleasant this time we went due to red tide, which out of the owners control. Dead fish were all over the beach and in the water. Crescent Arms went out of their way to clean our part of the beach up. We were grateful. None of the other condos along the beach took that initiative. That shows how Crescent Arms wants their people to be happy. The unit was very clean and we were overall pleased. The only complaints I have are there is only one slotted turner and 2 skillets, which were terrible and you are only allowed to use one towel per guest or charged a $10 fee. I have never seen that there before. All food cooked in them sticks. Please buy new cookware. Other than those two things, everything was great. I would definitely rent this unit again.
