Crescent Arms Condominium Complex: Ligger direkt på den världsberömda Crescent Beach dessa lägenheter på stranden vid Siesta Key på gångavstånd till South Village. Crescent Arms har envåningshus samt två sju våningar som ligger direkt på stranden. Våra semesterbostäder ligger i South Tower of the Crescent Arms Condo-komplexet. Crescent Arms erbjuder en pittoresk serpentinpool som är avskild för din integritet och värms upp på vintern för din komfort. Klubbhuset, toaletter och duschar ligger nära poolen för din bekvämlighet. Tornen ligger några steg från privat strandtillgång och solstolar finns - redan på stranden. Det är inte ovanligt att kunna se delfiner simma förbi i viken.

BEACHFRONT: Denna två sovrum / två badrum Crescent Arms andelslägenhet - Unit 402S - ligger på fjärde våningen, i södra tornet. Beläget i det sydvästra hörnet har det en hisnande utsikt över den pulver vita sanden och det azurblå vattnet i Mexikanska golfen. Dessa lägenheter är fullt möblerade och inredda och har ett stort vardagsrum, matplats och två stora sovrum. Denna lägenhet rymmer upp till 6 (king-size i Master, queen-size plus tvilling i det andra sovrummet och aerobed). Den vackra Lanai har glasfönster från golv till tak med skärmar. Vardagsrummet har kabel HD-platt-LCD-TV, DVD och CD / Stereo. En HD-platt-LCD-TV ingår också i varje sovrum. Vi har till och med levererat några DVD-filmer och CD-skivor.

Hela enheten har renoverats med vackra plankegolv i hela. Det fullt utrustade köket hade bänkskivor i granit och kakelplattor med mikrovågsugn i rostfritt stål, diskmaskin, topplista över glas och allt köksredskap, bestick och disk. Vardagsrummet har utökats till att omfatta Lanai ger ett stort öppet utrymme med utsikt över viken och stranden nedanför. Förutom lädersitsen och accentstolen i vardagsrummet placeras ett mysigt kärleksbord och soffbord på lanai samt ett glasbordsbord och stolar. Befälhavaren badet har granit räknare och stora glas i dusch. Det andra badrummet har bänkskivor i granit på fåfänga och ett kaklat badkar / duschkombo.

Sunnyside Properties erbjuder alla dina sängkläder, badhanddukar och iskistor. Strandstolar finns på stranden för din bekvämlighet. Vi har tagit stor omsorg för att förse detta Siesta Key semesterbostad med allt du behöver för att göra din semester till en minnesvärd framgång.

Sevärdheter och bekvämligheter inom gångavstånd inkluderar butiker, god mat, en marina, fiskecharter, jet ski-uthyrning, båtuthyrning, parasailing, Dolphin Tours, intima nattklubbar med dans och gratis upplysta tennisbanor. Du kan utnyttja miles av cykel / joggingstigar eller miles av stränder att gå på och njuta av. Över 20 golfbanor ligger inom 20 minuters bilresa. Sov på natten med havsbränningen precis utanför Lanai-fönstren! En tvättstuga med tvättmaskin / torktumlare finns att använda för gäster, precis nedför hallen. Naturligtvis servar tornen med hissar. Bara 90 minuter från Tampa, två och en halv timme från Orlando och 25 minuter från Sarasota flygplats.

Crescent Arms ligger mitt i Siesta Key på Crescent Beach. Utsikten är västerut för spektakulära solnedgångar!

Perfect location!
The condo is in a perfect location with a screened in patio overlooking the water and beach. We loved being able to walk right down to the beach. The hosts made it so easy with emailed instructions.

I was pleasantly surprised with the beach view, the beach, beach , beach! The condo had comfortible, beautiful furniture. The kitchen had everything that was needed to make & eat meals. The bathroom shower had great water pressure. Look forward to coming back!

Very nice uniit with great location
We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and right on the beach. The condo puts out beach chairs every morning. There is a charge for umbrellas. The sun sets right in front of the unit. The only complaint is that one of the mattresses should be replaced, but it is not so bad that you can't sleep on it.

Crescent Arms Condo
We have been staying at Crescent Arms for several years. we enjoyed our time as we always do.We usually stay in the same condo each year. This year the condo was not as clean as it was in past years, floors were dirty,light coating of sand in places. Kitchen counter tops, the same gritty sandy feeling, doors around handles dirty, dark marks & fingerprints. This is the first time we experienced this. With that being said, we will be coming back we do enjoy our time and the perfect location of the condo.

An expensive disappointment
The location, the beach and the view of the gulf from the lanai were lovely. But the unit was not clean. The kitchen was not well equipped. The master bedroom was not located with the ensuite! The matresses were deplorable and the sheets were soiled! As a result, we left early - November 21st! We would never stay there again and we would never recommend it.

Went to spend a week alone on Siesta Key Beach and this place rocked. Had every thing we needed and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, grocery store. Would rent this unit again and again. Property manager goes above and beyond!

The wrap around patio doors providing amazing beach view are the best. Overall clean, well appointed unit. Sunnyside Properties communication and check in/out was great. We've rented beach condos for years in different locations and this ranks as one of the best for us.

Condo is excellent beachfront property! Viewing the sunset from the balcony was wonderful! Very spacious and roomy. We stayed for four weeks in Jan/Feb. Very convenient walk to the South Village area's stores and restaurants. Although we enjoyed our time there, some things could be improved. The beds/mattresses need replacing. Some new lamps/lighting would add brightness to the condo (a couple of the lamps were broken). An overall, fresh paint job of the beige walls would brighten/lighten up the place. The woodwork needs fresh paint. Just freshen up the place. Overall, a great location and place for an extended vacation! Would return to 402S!

Good size condo. Owner needs new mattress in All bedrooms. Furniture was falling apart and the tile was not properly installed and was cracking when walked on. My friends stayed in n201 and everything from furniture to amenities were superb. This will not keep me from coming back because it is an awesome location

This is the second year in a row we’ve stayed at this unit. We love the view from the room. The condo is always clean and well stocked for what you will need while staying. Lisa is prompt on responding if you have a question. I will always HIGHLY recommend this to unit.

Perfect Beachfront Property
Place was super secure, easy to find, centrally located and best of all BEACHFRONT with a beautiful view! Condo is very clean and comfortable, first night a/c wasn’t cooling enough but was immediately taken care of when I called Greg on a SUNDAY! No problems remainder of the stay! Would stay again and again! Great value for the location!!

Perfect Location!!!
Perfect place! Amazing views! The only reason 3 star is partially my fault for not reading the extended print accurately. I thought bedroom #2 had one queen bed and 2 twin beds, when in fact there was one queen bed and one twin bed. The other was a blow up mattress, in which the two in the closet both leaked and our son ended up on the couch. The property manager brought us a new air mattress and took the 2 leaking ones away. I can only assume they aren't used and people didn't let them know they had leaks. The other oddity I thought was they did not provide hand soap. So we had to go back to the store just to get hand soap for the sinks. Other than these issues...the place is a little piece of Heaven and if we venture to SK again, I certainly would stay here again.

A very honest review, mostly as advertised
The view and balcony is very nice. I think the pictures make the space look smaller then it really is in most areas. It seems the master bedroom and secondary bedroom are reversed. Master uses hallway bath and secondary bedroom with two beds uses walk-in closet and larger bathroom right in room. It didn't pose us trouble since just two of us. A few of the appliances could be updated but functioned well. Couch was usable and comfortable but cosmetically wore at the ends. The bench at the table has some splitting of wood. There were a few areas where we had to wipe down some missed spaghetti sauce and an odd marking along the entire lower wall of the smaller bathroom. The first an second night we unfortunately had some problems with palmetto bugs. However, between us and a response staff it ended on the second day. The unit did furnish start supplies and was a very big help. Laundry room is just down hall and clean (not used much by others).. Additional utensils and better pan would be nice. There is only one small elevator and with the covid restriction delays should be expected (very understandable). In case the elevator was under repair could be a problem for the elderly or those with mobility issues. Overall, we enjoyed our trip very much. We would say this unit isn't for us again, but if it is in your budget you would probably find it adequate. A few small things and the unit could really be something special. Enjoy Siesta!
