Siesta Key har varit en familjens favoritplats i många år och när du stannar här kommer du att vilja komma tillbaka! Crescent Arms är ett gated community och denna enhet är bokstavligen steg till den sockerliga vita sanden. Det är ett utmärkt läge med en kort promenad till restauranger, en marina, en glassbutik, ett apotek, livsmedelsbutik, en spritbutik och barer, levande musik, butiker och mycket mer! Ett annat stort äventyr kommer inte att kosta dig något! Denna enhet ligger en kort promenad till punkten med klippor där du kan hitta vackra skal och havsskatter.

Du kommer att vara väldigt bekväm i alla rum. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, platt-tv och gott om förvaring. Det andra sovrummet erbjuder 2 fullstor sängar, platt-tv och stor förvaring också. Det uppdaterade köket erbjuder kyl / frys med ismaskin, spis, ugn, diskmaskin och mikrovågsugn. Det finns två fulla bad, ett med badkar / dusch och ett med stand-up-dusch. Bo- och matplatserna är mycket öppna med vacker utsikt över stranden och den skärmad Lanai är den perfekta platsen för avkoppling när som helst på dygnet!

Beautiful sunsets at Siesta Key

We especially enjoyed watching sunsets on the screened in lanai each night. Living and sleeping spaces were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, dishes and cookware to make meal preparation very easy. Great hosts answered questions and solved problems immediately. We loved this place and would definitely re-book.

Beautiful view

The condo is just as advertised. Perfect location and what a beautiful view from the balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need for eating in. Very clean. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent well appointed condo!

We have stayed at Crescent Arms for the past 10 years, first time in this condo. It was by far the nicest one we’ve stayed in. The furniture is in excellent condition, the bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom were great.. bunch of little things that made this stay great!

Perfect Getaway

We were all very pleased with our stay at Kevin and Missy’s lovely condo. The view was fantastic and you could hear the soothing waves from the ocean while enjoying the gorgeous sunset. The kitchen was well-equipped so we had everything we needed to have meals in when we wanted to. The condo building, pool and beach area were well-maintained. When we did not want to drive, we caught the trolley and enjoyed the delights of the little downtown area. We would definitely stay at Crescent Arms again.

Beach perfection

We had a family gathering at Siesta Key. The condo had the best view on the beach. The condo is very well appointed. We could easily walk for coffee and restaurants. The owners were lovely and kept me informed. Thanks for sharing your lovely condo.

Awesome Stay

Owners were very responsive to questions prior to check in and sent a welcome text. We drove 13 hours from Virginia for a weeks vacation. Our stay was excellent. The condo has an awesome view! It’s right on the beach. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Gated community. You can catch the trolly to town right outside the gate. Everything was nice and clean.

A great place on Siesta Key beach

Property is as pictured. Right on the beach, beautiful view, kitchen stocked well. Kevin was very prompt with the couple questions we had. Easy walk to the south key shops/ restaurant area. Definitely a great place to stay.

We have been booking places to stay for quite a while. We have been fortunate to get great places almost every time. However, this has been the best condo yet. It was immaculate, well maintained, and the host was very patient with us. The view is just breathtaking.

Wonderful week at the beach!

My husband and I stayed in the condo during the first week of February, 2023. We loved being beachfront and enjoyed being able to reserve our beach lounges every morning. We paid for the umbrella rental for the week. The condo was clean and quiet, and the gated community was extremely safe. Owner was easy to communicate with. We played tennis every day at the public tennis courts at the beach about a mile away. We would definitely rent this unit again. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Property was as described /pictured. Right on the beach, beautiful view, kitchen stocked well,. Owner was in contact /easily accessible even though we had no issues and didn't need to contact them. I would stay here again!

Wonderful Condo Good Location Great Hosts

Property is exactly as described. The view is awesome and the Condo was fun to stay in. Location is within walking distance of a few restaurants and shops. Beach access is convenient and beautiful. A small utility room was provided with Beach toys and umbrellas (which was an awesome bonus because it costs money to rent an umbrella on the beach normally.) The only real con to the property as a whole was the Elevator. It is painfully slow. Easily the slowest elevator I have ever been in. This could change however. Overall 10/10, I believe this is the very best condo for the price in Siesta Key and the owners made the experience stress free.

Awesome Condo and Location!

Beautiful front corner unit facing the beach in the north tower. All of our meals were on the lanai as we enjoyed the amazing view of the beach and water. Very quick, responsive hosts!

Paradise

The property feels safe and clean. Beds were great. Beach and view are amazing! Nice to have a washer and dryer on site. Don’t forget to grab extra TP, detergent, and paper towels if you have a family of 5-6. The cleaning service only leaves a limited supply. Took a little time to figure out the key fobs, and beach chair lanyard/ access. Although it’s nice to have a rental or vehicle it’s not totally necessary because of the free trolly. Our family would definitely visit again!
