Den expansiva lindningen runt verandan, hisnande utsikt över bukten och fem sovrum har precis renoverats och väntar på dig. Det är ett bekvämt gångavstånd till Short Sands-stranden, Nubble-fyren, Dunn's Ice Cream och lokala attraktioner och restauranger i
sommaren. Njut av ditt morgonkaffe eller happy hour inne eller ute, när som helst på året. Det blir bara inte bättre än detta!

Family weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was great with nice views of the water. Close walk to Short Sands Beach. Kitchen was spacious and the large table was great for games. Thank you for opening up your property so we could enjoy three generations of family time.

beautiful well kept home

check in and communication was great. Very clean and well stocked for dishes, utensils and glasses. could use new frying pans so may encourage others to bring their own. loved the set up of the beds and comfort of mattresses. loved the floor plan and the deck. definitely would love to go back.

Family Celebration

We stayed here to attend my daughter’s college graduation. We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place to celebrate with our family! The location and view was absolutely amazing! The house was beautiful and had everything we could have wanted or needed. We are definitely going to stay again in the future!

Christmas at the York House

This property was actually better than it appeared in the pictures! The view and proximity to the ocean were wonderful, and the large downstairs playroom area for the cousins to enjoy each other’s company was an added bonus. The kitchen was well equipped and made it easy to cook together. It made for a great accommodation for our family to gather for Christmas. And a gift from the host was totally unexpected!!

Family Get Together

This is a beautiful house with a great location for our family, coming from 3 different directions Well equipped kitchen and ample seating. Spacious downstairs family room. Lovely porch and view.4 stars!

Periwinkle Properties LLC was formed in 2012 when we purchased our first three houses in York Beach. This adventure gave us something we could do together and combined our love for the beach and renovating property. Concordville Manor is our fifth and largest project and are excited to save this neglected but iconic house in an amazing location.

Even though the house has been neglected for many years, there are still many original features that make the house interesting and worth preserving. We included updated and modern conveniences like new kitchens, bathrooms, electrical and plumbing with intricate woodwork, paneled foyer and large staircase from the past. The result is a friendly, comfortable home with a beach feel in a great location.

We could sit on the massive porch, sun up to sun down, enjoying the views and people watching and think you will too. There is no better place for morning coffee, happy hour or family meals. Sleep to the sounds of the bell buoy and ocean waves; you may even see a lobster boat off the shore, pulling traps with those delicious Maine lobsters or the tour boat out of Perkins Cove go by! Easy walking to Short Sands, Dunns Ice Cream and the Nubble Lighthouse.
