Get the true breezy beach experience at Starfish Haven!

A 10 min walk to both Long Sands and Short Sands Beach! Starfish Haven is the perfect place for the true New England experience.

Be welcomed by a beautiful outdoor deck, with chairs perfect for reading a good book, enjoying that cup of coffee, and soaking in the salty air.

Walk into an open concept kitchen and living room! The main floor comes with a 1/2 bath to wash off those sandy toes, and plenty of space for your family to be spending time together. Sit and soak in the natural lighting from the windows. As well as opening the sliding glass door in the living room to feel the breeze. Use the entertainment system and snuggle up on the couch and binge movies with the indoor firepit!

Head downstairs also to the finished basement! Send the kids down there to play games at the family table, or to hunker-down after the long beach day. On the same floor are two bedrooms, one with a day bed, and the other with a queen!

Hanging over the living room, is the upstairs balcony to the other bedrooms. Heading up the stairs is the primary king bedroom. Equipped with a walk-in shower, king size bed, and full closet space for all those festive vacation outfits! Down the hall is a very summer colored room with two twin beds! With a trundle underneath just incase! There's also a full bathroom with a bath tub on the same floor.

Later on in the night, cook up a barbeque on the gas grill, and use the outside balcony stairs to enjoy smores by the fire pit!

Perfect holiday getaway!

Beautiful and spacious home!! It was the perfect holiday getaway with a fully equipped kitchen for our holiday cooking. The location is perfect with plenty of fun activities nearby!

Wonderful stay

We always do a long weekend with my children and grandchildren! The house is amazing and location great! Even with 1 rainy day we had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend.

Starfish Haven

House was very clean, communication with property manager was very prompt. We did find that the basement got very hot because there are no windows or fans in the rooms, but the property manager was prompt in installing a window A/C unit in the basement common area as well as providing standing fans. The only other challenge was that there were not a lot of cookware at the property—cutting boards, knives, pots and pans, etc. Overall a great stay!

Beautiful house and location but thankfully we brought fans

Everything great about the house except no AC in bedrooms except master. We managed with fans. Main floor has AC One downstairs bedroom is no bigger than a closet with a twin bed in it. No bathroom downstairs either and only powder room on main level. Thankful to have the outdoor shower. We had 11 people and there was plenty of room.

Wedding week haven!

Starfish Haven was the perfect home base for the week of our daughter’s wedding in York! We enjoyed meals, family time, lawn games, time on the lovely front porch, and cheering on our MN Timberwolves on the comfortable couch! Beds were all very nice too. We loved being able to walk into town to explore the cute little shops, get some ice cream, or stroll the beach. You can even walk to Nubble Lighthouse and grab a Lobster Roll! Highly recommend this sweet coastal cottage experience!

Great house great location!

The house and location were excellent. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. Due to the storm we lost power for 8 hours. We were thankful as many lost power for days and I don't believe the management company was prepared to provide any help. We would certainly rent here again.

A beautiful property for a quiet beach getaway

We recently booked this property for a long weekend stay with a group of friends. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was very nice and communicative. Any questions we had were promptly answered. While the weather was not great for our beach plans, we appreciated the layout of the house and the multiple gathering areas where we were able to hang out on the rainy days. The house is nicely situated on a quiet street, and it was clean and as advertised. It is conveniently located, and within walking distance to Nubble lighthouse and some great ice cream. Overall, we really enjoyed our time at Starfish Haven!
