Välkommen till vårt vackra 2 bdrm / 2 bad hem. Med 1479 sf, kan huset bekvämt sova upp till 6 gäster. Matbordet är tillräckligt stort för 8 personer. En king size-säng i rymliga sovrummet på övervåningen, 1 queen size-säng i sovrummet nere och en drottning sova soffa i vardagsrummet nere. Alla 3 bäddar är med formmadrasser.

Beläget på Monte Verde St & 15th St, ligger bara 4 kvarter från stranden, är Clint Eastwood Mission Ranch 2 minuters promenad bort. Shopping och restauranger i Carmel by the Sea ligger mindre än 1 km bort. Scenic Drive ligger i närheten. Vacker Point Lobos State Reserve är ca 3 miles. Detta är ett perfekt läge för familjeferie eller återförening.

Nyrenoverat, från snyggt trägolv, köksskåp, köksutrustning, till alla möbler är helt nya. 2 TV-apparater finns, med streaming (NEFLIX, etc) och tillgång till Internet. Köket är fullt utrustat. 3 bilar kan parkera framför huset.

Vi älskar Carmel och vårt hem, och önskar dig detsamma. Önskar vårt hus kan få dig att känna dig hemma hemifrån.

Charming Carmel House

Charming is an overly optimistic term for this rental.We have been to Carmel 20-25 times. opted for this VRBO. It has a nice kitchen but the rest is tired, old and much is needed in repairs. the living room and bedrooms are sterile. located directly across from an elementary school but walking the neighborhood and to the beaches is great. about a mile into town and Ocean Ave. Frankly have stayed in better hotels in Carmel for a lot less. would not reserve this property again.

Very nice home.

Outside of the stair railing being a bit sticky and the upstairs bathroom door not closing all the way, this house was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed and a 15 min walk to the beach. Nicely appointed house. Would definitely stay again.

Clean but needs some updating

The property was clean but is in major need of updating. The wall paint is chipped and scrapped. The front and backyards are neglected, which is a shame because the backyard would be a lovely place to hang out. There is a dirty hot tub in the back which should be removed. The location is good.

Spring break

This was a cute little home near Carmel River state beach. It’s located next to an elementary school, but it so quiet we didn’t even notice. I would stay again if in the area.

Great location close to the beach

A nice property close to Carmel River beach and downtown Carmel. Short drives to Pacific Grove and Monterey. Just right for going out or staying in.

Wonderful home

This home had all the amenities needed. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach and the downtown area. Owners were very responsive to our needs. We will stay here again on our next trip.

Friends Weekend

Upon arrival you will find the home in a great neighborhood. The home is close enough to Carmel to walk to town. Sadly the exterior of the home is lacking. The front yard is not maintained. The backyard is unwelcoming and downright scary in one sense (strange structure on the property, out of service hot tub, overgrown landscaping, no furniture). The interior is great. Upstairs bedroom is wonderful with a comfortable bed. The shower water temperature is inconsistent as previously mentioned. The downstairs bedroom is good, our friends thought the mattress was just ok. The kitchen and living areas were great. If you are looking for decent lodgings, this will work. So long as you ignore the property exterior. (A little yard care and clean up would do wonders).

Not fully disclosing everything

As you pull into driveway the front yard is very neglected. Very embarrassing coming and going from the house. The backyard is the same and could not even sit outside to enjoy. Lukewarm showers upstairs as well as kitchen water temperature fluctuated. We rented a 2 bath and were forced to share a bathroom. Reached out to homeowner via VRBO and no response as of today. Lights flicker in house, but primarily in master bathroom lights flickered to the point of hurting your eyes. Beds were comfortable, but on last day upon sheet removal found live spider in bed. Saw other spiders in the room as well. No trash bags and no cleaning supplies to sterilize counters and table. Broken and insufficient kitchen utensils. Master bathroom had a dirty washcloth set out as clean. The toilet was not cleaned properly in master bathroom. We have photos to support our disappointments. The location was great.

Great Quick Weekend Stay

We were in the area for a wedding and really enjoyed our stay! The whole home was comfy, great quick walk to beautiful beaches, and very friendly neighborhood. Hope we can return soon!

Convenient to beach

We stayed 3 nights in this property. It was ok, but we wouldn’t stay here again. The front yard was not attractive, there were dirty coffee cups in cabinet, spider webs from the ceiling and nothing on large living room tv but Netflix. It was quiet and the beds comfortable. It was very walkable to Mission Ranch, Carmel Mission and beaches. We didn’t walk to town, because it was a little too far.

Clean, Comfortable

This is a spacious, clean, well located rental. The beds were comfortable, even the sleeper sofa. Because the weather was so great we were wishing for an outdoor seating area, maybe with a fireplace, but none was advertised, so this is no reflection on the listing.
