Detta hus Àr den ultimata semesteruthyrningen! "Följande hav" Àr den perfekta platsen för ditt bröllop, semester eller familjeÄterförening.

PÄ bottenvÄningen gÄr du in i ett stort öppet kök, vardagsrum och matplats. GÄ mot trappan och hitta ett kung sovrum med tillhörande badkar, vÀnd mot viken, samt ett sovrum med tvÄ drottning sÀngar och bifogade badkar som vetter mot poolen. Det finns ocksÄ ett halvt badrum pÄ denna nivÄ.

Family Trip

My husband and I planned a trip with our families in April. This house is perfect for a big family trip, it is made for people of all ages and just a walk over to the beach. There is currently a house being built across the street and, at first, I was really nervous about the noise and distraction. However, that did not end up being a problem at all. We had so much fun! The pool was so nice and there was plenty of room for everyone! Highly recommend for any big families wanting to visit the beach in Pensacola!

Plenty of rooms which were tastefully decorated with the added bonus of their own bathrooms for privacy. The deck was a great place for our morning coffee and reflection at the end of the day. The pool and grounds were clean. We enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Our favorite space was the open-concept main level where we could gather for conversation, dinner, games, and even had room for dancing. Such a nice place and weekend. Thank you!!!

The heated pool was enjoyed by young children and their parents. The beach access, just across the road in front of the house, made it friendly for long or short visits, any time of the day. November sunsets at 4:45 were stunning!

Beautiful and Spacious

This property was not only beautiful but so spacious and just perfect for a large family Thanksgiving. Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom and the living spaces are very large with plenty of seating. Lots of parking as well. Property manager is top notch as well!

Fantastic Spot for Beach Retreat!

This property is spacious, well equipped, and lives large. The two balconies are perfect for hanging out in good company and enjoying the views. All bathrooms are very clean with nice finishes throughout. Dual refrigerators, dishwashers, and washer/dryers make for functional success. The property was exactly as described in the listing. We had 26 adults staying in the house and would rent it again!

Huge, well equipped kitchen, two refrigerators, 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, 2 gas grills, even 2 stacked washer/dryers. And an ice maker. Lots of seating on the two Gulf-facing decks. No fussy decorations.Paradise Beach Homes provided extraordinary customer service.My only disappointment (being a California eco-freak) is that there is no longer a recycling bin for street pickup - you have to transport it to a bin behind the rental office. NBD, though. I realize many don’t care.We enjoyed the very clean pool, the simple bar opening to the pool area and the spacious carport. Hot shower outside is an added frill.Gulf view is unobstructed, as the lot across the street is vacant.Ten stars!

The house had everything we expected. Everything was clean and organized. There were no surprises and this was our 4th family vacation with 20 people. 11 adults and 9 grandkids. Less than a minute walk LTP the beach, the heated pool was an added bonus. Although the weather was unseasonably windy. The only issue we had was with the stove but it was repaired within two hours of calling Paradise Beach representative. We have zero complaints and will highly recommend to any large group. Also, the booking process was extremely smooth and everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful in securing the perfect home for our vacation. If I could I’d give more stars!! Highly Recommend
