Nytt i vårt program, detta nybyggda lyxhus med sex sovrum / sex badrum, ligger cirka 50 steg från sockervit sandstrand och smaragdgrönt vatten på Pensacola Beach. Ett otroligt specialbyggt hem designat av ägaren Kevin Hubbard. Det rymmer upp till 22 gäster med lyxiga bekvämligheter inklusive en privat gunite-pool och ett takterrass perfekt för att titta på strandens fantastiska soluppgångar och solnedgångar. Detta hus var designat för stora familjeevenemang för att få liv i minnen.

Med en spektakulär utsikt över viken och sundet på alla tre nivåer, har detta luftiga moderna hem en stor öppen planlösning med ett vardagsrum, matsal och kök med alla rostfria apparater i kommersiell kvalitet (dubbelugn, ismaskin, kylskåp) med barplatser (platser fyra) och ett stort matbord (plats nio). Detta vardagsrum är översvämmat med naturligt ljus och öppnar mot ett vackert täckt däck.

Sovrummet på bottenvåningen har en kung med ett anpassat bad med badkar och dusch med glas. Master-garderoben innehåller en tvilling över tvilling över två våningssängar. På huvudnivån finns också en "hemlig" gömställe (under garderoben) med en tvilling, plus en tvilling över två våningssängar, med ett fullt badrum över hallen.

Det andra sovrummet ligger på övre plan med två drottningar och två tvåbäddsrum över två våningssängar plus ett badrum. De 3: e och 4: e sovrummen har vardera en king size-säng och delar ett Jack-and-Jill-badrum. Det femte sovrummet har en kung och privat badrum. En korridor i korridoren har en tvilling över två våningssängar.

Det sjätte sovrummet har en drottningloft med spiraltrappa.

Alla badrum har bänkskivor och handfat i sten och granit.

Den massiva utomhuspoolen Gunite erbjuder enkel tillgång till ett halvbad. Med mer än 6 000 kvadratmeter utomhusbostadsområde och däckutrymme med anpassad landskapsarkitektur och utomhusbelysning är detta en underbar plats att underhålla familjen och perfekt för bröllop och återföreningar.

Perfect getaway for a large group

We loved our stay. The accommodations were perfect for five families with kids, with plenty of beds and space. Just steps to the beach and a comfortable pool made for a relaxing retreat.

Awesome Accommodations

The older crowd were very thankful for the elevator to go up and down in throughout the house. The beach is such a quick walk from the house. The pool was such an added bonus for the kids to entertain themselves with. The only recommendation I have is the need for more towels and blankets. We look forward to renting this place again!

Perfect for a long weekend full of laughs, chaos and good friends. We used every square inch of the property and I love the upgrades, updates and floorplan. Very creative use of space. My only hesitation is that it is not conducive for six adult families. One of the bedrooms accounts for 10 people sleeping in it.

Great Beach House!!

There is ample space, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, and lots of decking for sunning and relaxing. Bring your putter and some golf balls for use on the mini putting green near the pool. Short walk to the beach. Nice gas grill and pool area to enjoy. Widow’s walk (crow’s nest) near the roof to enjoy the sunset. Kitchen was spacious but could use more plates and utensils, other than that it was well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place for Family or Group Vacation

5 Calle Traviesa was a super location for our multi generational family vacation. The walk to the beach was short with easy access. It was extremely helpful to have the elevator in the house to lug luggage, groceries, and people to all levels of the house. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The pool area was very nice and we were glad to have some outside covered areas to sit while it rained. The family room area could use new couches ( not in great shape and not comfortable). TVs were in every bedroom but the only ones that worked were the family room and one bedroom (bedroom only got about 5 channels). There were lightbulbs that needed to be replaced( especially downstairs elevator area- was pitch black with outside door and elevator door closed…I should have called and had that that replaced). We appreciated the easy check in ( not having to come by office was terrific). Overall this is a fantastic place to stay and my family would happily stay here again.

Nice Property...overall I give it a 4 Stars.

Property in good condition...some light bulbs needed to be replaced and some furniture in living area needs to be replaced or recovered, all beds were comfortable and clean. Plenty of dishes, sitting area, towels and kitchen well stock with everything you need. Beautiful home.

This home had everything it advertised for a large family plus close proximity to the ocean. The property was very clean and the kitchen extremely well supplied with cooking utensils and numerous cooking pans. The extra cubbies were a great sleeping area for our little ones. The pool was a refreshing break in the afternoon and evenings.Paradise Beach Homes is a terrific company to work with. We’ve used them on all of our visit and have been extremely pleased with their service.

Family get away vacation

Beautiful Beach House for big group

This property was great! 5 bedrooms and 1 loft bedroom. Bunk beds everywhere. Great use of space. Nice pool and short walk to the beach. View of the beach from sun deck. There were 16 adults in our group Plenty of room.
