Wonderful month long stay. The place was very nice and the walking trail that lead to the beach was beautiful. Very nice area and very convenient to all the things to do in Dana Point and Laguna. We would definitely stay there again.

Visiting our son in San Diego for an extended time, we had an amazing time in this area for a six week stay! So much to do for all of us -like excellent water tours. Secure gated community with many amenities, short walk to beach, nearby great restaurants, clean, and a most thoughtful caring host. We highly recommend staying here!!

THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT IT REQUIRED CLIMBING 2 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS TO GET TO A "GROUND FLOOR" UNIT.

We want to clarify that our condo does not require two flights of stairs to access. Reviews are very important to us, and we want to ensure future guests have the most accurate picture of our space. The path from the main parking lot involves just 10 steps, and our lower parking lot offers a shorter route with only two steps. We've updated our listing with clear entrance photos to help future guests easily navigate the property.

As an expat, we used to live in this area the last 4 years... Back in France since last June, we came back nearly "home" .Close to the beaches through the golf course by walk, 15 mn by car from Laguna Beach center, a nice "cachette".We will come back next year with pleasure for 2 months probably.

Was a great location and we enjoyed our stay. Gina was extremely responsive to all issues that came up. I wouldn't hesitate to book with this property again.

Good TV and Wi-Fi, which is important for us. Also, having a reserved parking space was very convenient . Queen bed instead of king was a drawback. Also would have liked a small desk in the guest room for my laptop. They had a table but no room for legs so it couldn’t be used as a desk. Keurig-like coffee maker worked fine but had a slight leak. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay ( that’s why we gave it four out of five stars) and host was very accessible and ready to help.

My family had the BEST time here! Would definitely stay again! loved this rental.

My family and I, 2 adults, a 2 year old and a 6 year old stayed here for 30 days. The place was roomy, clean, and had everything needed for our stay! Our host answered any questions we had, was very friendly and helpful. She even put out little sand buckets for the kids! So sweet. The best thing abkut this rental is the location 😍. Its 5 minutes away from salt creek beach, and we had the best time soaking in the beach before our move to TN. It’s 10-15 minutes from so many other places, San Clemente, beaches, parks. We had the best month!

6 Week Stay - Summer 2019

Our family enjoyed our 6 week stay this summer. Wonderful location in Dana Point, close to Laguna Beach and San Clemente. Walking distance to the beach at Salt Creek (although it is a hike back up). Nice pool and hot tub area(s). Good layout, plenty of closet space with a fully equipped kitchen. Owner is very responsive and accommodating.

Amazing location. Provides everything family needs.

The owner is so welcoming and cares very much about your comfort and enjoyment. The condo is located on beautiful nature trails with direct access to Stoney Creek Beach Park in Dana Point. Safe with welcoming guards at guard gate. Condo is pristine and clean with nice patio. Can’t say enough about our incredible experience in Dana Point and Ritz Point Condo!
