Room review

Great place and location. A few things to consider is a second nightstand by the bed. Had to improvise to set up CPAP machine. Also was billed as having a hot tub. The hot tub was cold and obviously not working. We would probably stay at this location again.

Overall this unit was average. The shower was completely clogged and was not clean. The location is great. The front desk was helpful.

Quick overnight stay

Just needed a bed for one night for in town business trip. This location was convenient and had a beautiful view. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean.

Great for family vacations!

My husband and I stayed at this property for three nights with our four grandchildren ages 6-12. It was the perfect size and location for us. The property was very clean and had enough beds for all of us (bedroom for us, bunkbeds for two kids, and a pull out sofa for the other two kids). The property was clean when we arrived, and the check-in and check-out process was contactless, which was very convenient. Communication with the property owner/manager was easy. The location was good in that it was close to eating places, parks, etc. Some may not like the hotel being so close to The Hangout and The Pink Pony Pub, but we enjoyed hearing the music when we were on the balcony and at the pool. (Some may prefer a quiet and serene atmosphere and, if so, this property may not be suitable because of the music at night - but we liked it.) Access to the beach was easy, and the view from the room of the gulf was breathtaking. Watching sunrises and sunsets (and sometimes dolphins) was awesome. The only two things I would change would be to have a clothes washer/dryer in the room and a good hot tub (there was a small 1.5 ft pool that we could never decide whether it was a kiddie pool or a hot tub - the water was warmer than the pool water, but not hot). But, that said, it wasn't very inconvenient to use the coin laundry on the first floor and the pool and pool area were great. We enjoyed the pool very much. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay there again!

I had meetings at several condos and this one was centrally located. Great beach access. I wish I was on vacation and not working.

We planned an impromptu beach trip and this rental was absolutely perfect! The mgmt was so awesome that when we asked to extend another day they handled everything by text message and we didn’t even have to change rooms. They have earned a customer for life! Thank you all.

Great little get away

As described from reviews. Really nice place, a little older, but nice. Shower was our only issue. They need the right size curtains for the shower. A little gross to be stepping on them. If you know this going in, you'll love it!

Just A 4 Day Get-Away

We decided to take a quick trip to the beach and I chose this property to stay at. Very easy to check in and out very clean facility everything was well stocked nice location, convenient to restaurants and shopping and a very nice place to stay. I was Happy with everything and I will definitely stay there again.

Listing information and photos are accurate. Great location. Being next door to “The Hangout” is loud until 10pm, but that is to be expected. Overall, fun place to stay.

8yro Birthday Weekend

Location, location, location. Room is exactly as described very nice. Enough beds and rooms for family of 5. Check-in was easy but was not advised of decal that was not in unit when we arrived. I learned of a decal after receiving a ticket by security, however process was immediately taken care of so no biggie. The only issue was the water from the shower (that needs a definite upgrade) was not going down the drain. I refused to stand in a Puddle of standing water to clean myself in a public setting. It was late so my husband took it upon himself to see why and discovered a massive of hair clogging the drain. It wasnt that big of an issue afterwards because the drainage worked perfectly fine afterwards. I can say i would stay again.
