House keeping not greatest

We had to exchange our towels every day. House keeping only came 1 time to gather trash. After we waited for clean towels. Was told by front desk to take to laundry for them to exchange 14 floors down! Then the next day waited all day for them to come they skipped our room! So again i go down 14 floors with all my towels to exchange for fresh ones. We did use our towels more than once. We always shower after the beach and before bed. Our room was not touched and we stayed 3 nights!

SUMMER VACA

Was a very nice property, easy access to the beach and the pool. The entire family had a blast! My son forgot his pillow and they were kind enough to put me in touch with the property so we could get it back. Nice place

Small and outdated for the price.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great. Only 2 elevators for 16 floors was underwhelming. Not to mention one if those was out for one day of our trip.For the price we prayed we were disappointed upon arrival.

Great location. Clean room. Elevators were in and out of service and caused some inconvenient delays when I was on the 14th floor. But overall it was a good experience. Would definitely stay here again. Had a great weekend.

Great staff, not so great cleanliness

Staff (both in person and online) were amazing and very helpful. Great location, nice place, easy beach access. 24/7 store on the first floor was great for snacks and toiletries that you may have forgotten. Cleanliness of the room.. not so much. Hairdryer needs replaced, unknown brown liquid splattered on wall in bedroom, mold/mildew around bottom lining of bathtub. All easy fixes if cleaning crew paid a little more attention. Overall good for a one night stay.

Gained access without consent

I was here for a festival for one day. 11 am checkout. My friend woke up to a stranger at 10:20 am trying to kick us out. I’m beyond disappointed and then the front desk continued badgering us by calling the phone and hanging up. Threatening to call security. This was embarrassing and Harassing. I have the agreement in a picture

Decent stay

The stay was decent. The location was the best part, steps away from the beach but the overall cleanliness was below par (dust on the walls and food/hair in corners, etc). Pictures don’t show the true size of the stay but for a 1-2 person trip, it fits the need.

Perfect

The pictures were accurate and the views were spectacular. Perfect time of the year to visit. Literally right on the beach. Great restaurant next door and easy to walk or drive anywhere you want.
