Sitta runt bistrobordet och kolla på hickory och tallar och azalea buskar. Detta hus med två våningar har stilfullt renoverats och har ett rymligt vardagsrum med en öppen spis. Det har ett överflöd av fönster. Tre sovrum på övervåningen och ett badrum. Badrummet har dubbla handfat och badkar / dusch combo. Halv bad är nere. Matsal utanför köket. Tvättmaskin torktumlare. Bakre gården på gränden. Övervaknings- eller inspelningsenheter på egendom - Säkerhetskameror på utsidan av heminspelning allt exteriör.

Huset ligger i ett lugnt bostadsområde som ligger utanför huvudgatan. På gångavstånd finns Trader Joe's, Aldi's, Whole Foods och Walgreens. Det finns en bra thailändsk restaurang bara ett hörn.

Pittoreska Shem Creek barer och restauranger, Mount Pleasant Waterfront Park, Cooper River Bridge och Patriot Point Yorktown ligger inom 1-2 miles avstånd.

Till Isle of Palms är det en 16 minuters bilresa. Till Sullivans ö, som är rakt upp Coleman Blvd. från grannskapet är det 12 minuter. Båda är offentliga stränder.

Great place and location

Stay here with a buddy for the weekend to attend a few concerts. The place was exactly what was in the pictures. Close proximity to all amenities. Will stay here again when I come back.

Ideal Location Between Charm and Coast

This spot was perfect for exploring both Mount Pleasant and downtown Charleston. A quick drive over the Ravenel Bridge to histocia Charleston for sightseeing, shopping and dining. We also took day trips to Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms - beautiful beaches and great local restaurants. The neighborhood was peaceful, with nearby grocery stores and walking distance to Shem Creek. We couldn't have asked for a better location.

What a beautiful lil house, close to the city, and perfectly accommodating for my family of five. The beds were comfy, the living room was comfy and enough space for the five of us to relax after long days of exploring. We were all able to enjoy breakfast around the table. Wonderful Place!

Michelle's newly renovated townhouse was lovely in every way, from the decor, cleanliness, personal touches and best of all, the location - so easy to get everywhere - downtown Charleston, beaches, Shem Creek, Patriot's Point, and stores and restaurants. We had a great visit and would rent this townhouse again in the future. It was a perfect size for our family of 5.

Stop searching, stay here

Location is convenient to everywhere and anything you'll need in the Mt Pleasant and Charleston areas. Newly renovated, comfortable and very tastefully done, this townhouse is priced fairly and has all the comforts of home which makes it the ideal place for your Coastal SC visit. Even nicer than the photos depict and owner is very communicative to make sure your stay is hassle-free.

Perfect Place

This townhouse was just what we needed for our long weekend in Charleston. It is comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Enjoyed our afternoons in the shady backyard for happy hour 🍻. This property is a great location for visiting the city and Mt Pleasant. So close to Shem Creek and Patriot’s Point. We loved it.

Perfect spot

We stayed for a girls weekend and this home was fab. Great spot...walking distance to food stores and Shem creek bars/restaurants and just a 10$ uber to downtown. The home itself is very clean, comfy and all around a great place to stay. Michelle was easy to work with. We really enjoyed our time here and were very happy with your home. Thank you!!

Wonderful Home!

In Mt Pleasant for a wedding and found this cute townhouse. Beds were so comfortable, very nice linens & pillows. Well stocked kitchen- I loved that there were all the condiments, spices, paper plates , cups. Etc. My grandchildren had a safe little yard to play in- perfection all around!

Perfect Charleston/Mount Pleasant Getaway

This property was comfortable for five to six guests as well as very clean and convenient to all tourist attractions, grocery stores, restaurants, and beaches. It was an easy short drive to the City of Charleston Historical area for shopping and dining at local restaurants. And it was also a short drive to Sullivan’s Island and a pleasant but slightly longer drive to Magnolia Plantations & Gardens in Charleston. Michelle, the property manager, made check-in and check-out easy, provided basic household supplies for our four-night stay as well as local tourist attraction information for the Charleston/Mount Pleasant area. My husband, college friends, and I would definitely stay at this wonderful accommodation again in the future. Thank you for a great getaway!

Great location and amenities

The place is in the perfect little spot to get around Mount Pleasant and grab groceries, to get to Sullivans island for the beach and even supplies beach chairs which is super nice, and easy to get into Charleston. They had all the little things a little group would need for the week as well like coffee, hair blow dryer and even bandaids
