Det stora sovrummet har en inbjudande king size-säng och badrum med duschkabin, dubbla handfat och jacuzzi. Ytterligare två gästrum erbjuder queen size-sängar medan det fjärde sovrummet har två full size-sängar. Slappna av från en upptagen stranddag med de stora plattskärms-TV och plyschmadrasser som finns i alla rum.

Upptäck bekvämligheter finns i närheten av det exklusiva samhället Destiny East. Perfect Neighborhood and Location

Perfect location in Destin. Very nice neighborhood. Short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in Destin.

Awesome Vacation

This property is so nice with everything one needs for a wonderful beach vacation. The beach is just a short walk or even shorter drive and the bikes were a big hit. It was great to be able to take a break from the sand and just enjoy the pool too.

Spacious super clean and well maintained home.

House was perfect for a large family with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Very clean and well maintained home. The porch with gas grill was a nice plus. Neighborhood is nice for swimming, tennis courts and Pickleball. 10/10

Perfect Place

Could not have asked for a better place. Really close to the beach and plenty of room for everyone. Loved that they had bike you could use and that it was a gated community! Highly recommend!

Family Fun in the Sun

Stayed with my family (8 total - 6 Adults, 2 kids) and had a blast. Location was absolutely perfect, the amenities were great, convenient to the Beach, Food, Shopping. Highly recommend Bruster’s Icecream. The house had comfy beds, showers, a piano that my girls loved, and books to read and relax.

Beautiful home, upscale amenities, close to beach

Loved this home, nice quiet neighborhood with a beautiful community pool. Highly recommend cooking out by the pool. The screened in porch is amazing! Walking distance to the beach but you do have to drive if carrying beach coolers and umbrellas.

Great Family Vacation

This home and community was absolutely wonderful and perfect for our family. We have three kiddos who enjoyed it, loved the screened in porch and the convienience to the pool and the beach. The Home is decorated beautifully with everything you would need and its very spacious, plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 children. Each bedroom is a big space with its own bathroom and and TV. We loved the customer service from the Property Managers. It was perfect.

AWESOME Retreat

This house had everything you could ask for! It was beautifully decorated and offered all the comforts of home! It was walking distance to the beach and the owners also supplied everything needed for the beach! The kids also enjoyed the pool and the playground! The only thing the house didn’t have was a golf cart, but we were able to rent one after a few phone calls! My extended family and I vacation together every year but this was by far the best trip ever! We didn’t want to leave so we will definitely be back!

Graduation Get-away

Our first time in Destin won't be the last. Two families (4 parents, 6 late teens/early 20s) celebrated our high schoolers' graduation in this lovely home. The "kids" said it was bougie which (I found out) is a high compliment. They enjoyed the bikes and proximity to the beach tremendously. Having a second fridge in the garage was a wonderful surprise as we cooked many meals in the well stocked, spacious kitchen. Highly recommend!

Great place for a family stay!!!

Overall, we had a wonderful time with the family. House was incredible and enough room for all of us. Close to everything in Destin!!! Family created many memories this trip! HOA rules are a little over the top. It was difficult to get three vehicles in the driveway per HOA!! The listing stated Beach toys, chairs and bikes but most of the chairs were rusted and the toys overused. The bike tires were low on air and we had to buy a pump!

Paradise Found!

This was quite possibly one of The Best Vacations we have had in a long time. Everything was made so easy, which is what a vacation is supposed to be....no stress! Booking, communication, instructions, location, privacy.... and what kept blowing our mind was the cleanliness of everything in this home as well as on the beach and in the shopping areas, it was SO CLEAN! This absolutely breathtaking home and its location helped make this a vacation to remember! The owners and rental staff have outdone theirselves with helping you feel right at home as a guest! The only thing i would say was missing was a golf cart provided at the house, but we rented one and had a blast! Thank you all for your dedicated efforts to provide us a wonderful time away it was so appreciated by me and my family! We have already told everyone back home in NC to visit! HOA loaded with rules

The house was beautiful and exactly as pictured but the rules for the HOA are not clearly stated and way over the top. We had three cars and were constantly moving them around to keep from being fined. The location is excellent, lots of fun restaurants, but way to many rules.

Great Property

The home was very clean and we made sure it was the way it was supposed to be when we left. Enjoyed the stay. The only things we wish were different was that there was more than one hot water heater and the delta knobs in faucets were hard in some bathrooms to turn to the hot position. I haven't seen those type knobs in a while. Besides that it was like sort of being at home. Had to adjust to three bathrooms while at home we have four plus a half upstairs and one half downstairs. I still would give it 5 stars.

The best vacation of my life

The best vacation property I have ever stayed in in my entire life all the accoutrements were present,, which makes all the difference between cooking at home or eating out enjoying your stay or stressing over going to Walmart. Every room had a TV so we could separate at will and maintain sanity in the household after five days I never want to leave. I can’t stress that, you have if ever rented before you have never Rented this property, it’s the best we have ever done I can’t stress that enough. I have ordered prime rib from Herbets , and who knew they were the best meat market on planet earth, the compound we stayed at was perfection everything at once but the price you can afford. The fact that our three remaining members of our family were able to join together was beyond compare. The grill, the icemaker has everyone mentions, or fabulous being gone anything we have at our homes. My goal is to live this life. Thank you to our hosts for the best vacation of my life!

Worth it!

This property was wonderful. It even came with a pack n play for my infant and a high chair for her meals. It was a great property public access was only 5 minutes away. I definitely recommend them.

Shannon and I moved from St. Louis, MO to Destin, FL in the Summer of 2011. I have over 20 years in the Property Management field, including Vacation Rentals, Multi-Family, and Senior Living. I am also a Realtor with Worth Clark Realty. Shannon is our “go to guy” and always goes above and beyond. He handles the majority of operations, which includes Inspecting and Scheduling Turns, Owners Statements, Accounting, and helping to oversee our Housekeeping Department. You will find that we are passionate and very hands-on. Not only are we available to our Homeowner's at all times, we are also available to our guests.

God has blessed us with our two children, Riley and Jax. Our hearts and home are also filled with our fur babies! We look forward to our Friday night movies at home with our children, fishing (although we aren't any good at it – haha), church, and Sunday football. We are very family oriented and find that most homeowners become like family to us.

In the Spring of 2016, we expanded our business by hiring Debbie. She is my amazing mom! When it came time to hire someone, it only made sense to bring her on board! You honestly can't find a more caring, loyal, and trustworthy person! Debbie handles all of our reservations and during the summer months, she helps with our inspections. If you ever want to hear a friendly voice and be uplifted, call her!
