We had a wonderful stay at this property, and the process couldn’t have been simpler. Steve was lovely to deal with, and the location was fantastic—having easy access to both the bay and the Pacific made it ideal. The check-in process was very straightforward, and everything we needed was right there for us.As a family that doesn’t live near the ocean, we may not fully appreciate how the environment contributes to the upkeep of coastal properties, but we did notice that certain elements could benefit from a refresh. That said, everything was functional and comfortable, and it didn’t take away from our experience.We especially appreciated the convenience of laundry facilities, the relaxing hot tub, and being within walking distance of so many great activities for the family. Overall, the property had everything we needed, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would happily return and book this location again. Thank you for a great experience!

We didn't get to stay. The host never sent check in information. VRBO customer service wasn't able to reach him either. So, when we got to San Diego, we didn't have a place to stay. There weren't any other rentals or hotels available the 1st night, so we had to rough it. It was a terrible experience.

Did a girl's vacation to San Diego. This spot was perfect access to the beach and all activities. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Needs attention

Location is awesome! No escaping other renters’ noise . Especially when they run water. Cleaning patio at 7am was not expected. Floors coming apart. Home dirty, food dried on floor in living room. Not enuf hot water for 2 showers. Coukd not get cable/internet. Left after only 20 hrs.

Convenient Mission Beach Location

The property was an excellent location for a San Diego Vacation. The hot tub was a nice benefit after a long day of walking. Everything was as described. The only thing that would have improved the stay is that the kitchen was lacking a big pot to cook pasta, and a large skillet. However, we were able to improvise and make do with the cooking utensils provided. Overall, I was happy with the property.

Love this location

We love this location and this unit was excellent. It was just as described with everything we needed. We love the neighborly vibe, the view of the channel, and even enjoyed a dip in the hot tub. We’ll definitely be back.

Cute little place with a great View.

We had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. And the walk to the beach and to the parks was easy. Hot tub was great. We would definitely stay again.

Not what we expected

If this was our first VRBO experience, I wouldn’t hurry back. Good things - Location! Beach chairs were provided but were stuffed into a closet. The bed was super comfy, but the pillows were sketch (crinkly). The blow dryer made me want to switch brands! Excellent.But, the rest of the place was basic. NO WELCOME BASKET with starter coffee, nearly no cookware, VERY BASIC kitcgen (which is important to us, otherwise we’d stay in a hotel) The furniture was “shoved” in a corner and had to be moved to be used. The funky light system between the kitchen and bedroom took time to figure out. Overall, if you want basic, this is your place, at the same price that others in the complex offer for EXCELLENT. Location is jey, and this place has it. The owner is doing this unit on the cheap, but we survived!

Nice location and condo

This 1 bedroom with a pull out couch was perfect for the 2 of us! The location was great as we could walk along Mission beach. We loved having the bikes available to take bike rides.

Perfect getaway

We had a great stay. The location was perfect for our little family of 3. Very close to everything. Walking distance to the beach, park & belmont park. Close to airport, Sea World, Zoo & Legoland. This was the perfect little condo for us. All the neighbors were nice & friendly, nice location. Felt very safe. Owner was excellent in communication with us. Always very quick to respond. The only con I would say is that the condo is close to the airport, so it is pretty loud at night. We got use to it after few nights.

Great location, but be aware San Diego airport passenger planes fly right over beginning 6am! Place has everything you need but needs some upgrade or TLC. Owner very responsive to our needs. Amazing breakfast spots just down the street & easy access to both bayside & Ovean beaches!

Great location!

Lovely view of the channel from front patio, 3 minute walk to Mission Beach and incredible sunsets, hottub was relaxing and clean, bed was comfy, host was very responsive, and free bike use was a great perk. There was a fair amount of traffic on the shared front patio, but everyone was quiet and respectful... it just wasn't super private if that is what you are looking for.
