Clean room. The hot tub was premium size and comfort with more jets for maximum effect. Sauna was awesome. Used the bikes for Mission Beach boardwalk. Stunning views. Boogie boards and beach chairs were nice.

Girls weekend

Did a girl's vacation to San Diego. This spot was perfect access to the beach and all activities. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Spring Break trip

Great place for 3 of us - 2 adults and a teenage. Great location and the owner was so easy to communicate with and was very responsive! We will be back!

Convenient Mission Beach Location

The property was an excellent location for a San Diego Vacation. The hot tub was a nice benefit after a long day of walking. Everything was as described. The only thing that would have improved the stay is that the kitchen was lacking a big pot to cook pasta, and a large skillet. However, we were able to improvise and make do with the cooking utensils provided. Overall, I was happy with the property.

Amazing

Awesome location, simple to come and go, walking distance to beach, bars, market, liquor store, Belmont park. Common patio area is quiet. Very happy

Nice location and condo

This 1 bedroom with a pull out couch was perfect for the 2 of us! The location was great as we could walk along Mission beach. We loved having the bikes available to take bike rides.

Great location

We enjoyed the location, between the beach and the bay could enjoy waves for adults and calm shallow waters for the kids. Wasnt far to travel for any attractions, clean and friendly environment. We saw dolphins, sea lions and rays every morning. Neighbor's were friendly and inviting. Great time overall.

Wonderful condo with a great view!

We had a great time staying at this property. It was perfect for our little family of 3. The patio area right outside of the condo was a plus! We could use our monitor and enjoy the outside while baby was sleeping. Check in was a cake walk and the place was super clean. We would for sure rent again!

Great location!

Lovely view of the channel from front patio, 3 minute walk to Mission Beach and incredible sunsets, hottub was relaxing and clean, bed was comfy, host was very responsive, and free bike use was a great perk. There was a fair amount of traffic on the shared front patio, but everyone was quiet and respectful... it just wasn't super private if that is what you are looking for.

We enjoyed our stay at Mission Beach. The home was clean & nicely decorated. Room for 4 of us. We enjoyed walking the path along the beach which is very close! Friendly neighbors. The owner was accommodating to our requests & very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would stay there again.

Great Place

Our family had a wonderful time in this cute little home. We walked to the boardwalk every morning for breakfast...rented scooters to get around and back to the property. The home was clean and had all the basic amenities. There is a hot tub out front and the beach was super close. Robert was easy to work with and accommodating.

This place is terrific!

A terrific weekend stay! The unit is clean and very comfortable. Opened up the front door to a beautiful view of the bay. Outdoor grills are clean. Outdoor common area is nice! Communication with the home owner was fantastic! We look forward to returning again!

Cute condo steps to sand

Weather was not good but beaches were clean and accessible by foot. Condo is small. 3-4 people max. Well equipped for cooking . Hot tub was a nice plus!

Just perfect!

What an amazing little condo! Everything was perfect! The location was better than expected and it has a parking spot which is hard to come by! Though it is super tiny! So many good things to say. The beach is behind and in front of the condo! The ocean is less than half a mile. The one bummer I would say is there were no kitchen spatulas or tools to cook with. We walked to the ocean everyday and didn’t even get the bikes out! Also got to sunburnt the first day to use the hot tub! Will definitely book this place every time we come to San Diego! And will recommend to everyone!

Very good in so many ways

We very much appreciated the comfort of this place. The bed was very good and we had everything we needed to eat some meals in the condo. The patio is good too, with views of the sunset in the fall and a maintained barbecue. The hot tub was not working when we were there but the owners were working to fix it. We appreciated the efforts made to provide some rec equipment. The bikes are a 1 speed cruiser and a newish 21 speed mountain bike. The front brake doesn't work on the mountain bike. As is noted, there are places to rent bikes nearby, but for the distance we biked, the ones included were sufficient. It was clean, but there was a junk drawer in the kitchen and extra to rental stuff in the bedroom closet. We loved the energy of the neighborhood surrounding Mission Beach.

Can't ask for better while vacationing in San Diego

The properly is perfect if you're looking to vacation in San Diego. The location is excellent as it is close to the beach and many bars and restaurants. The space is well laid out and the outdoor space enlarges the living space dramatically. The decor gives it the beachy vibe which only enhances the ambiance. We had everything we needed at our fingertips. The facilities were top notch and the neighbors in the complex could not have been nicer. We spent a lot of time outside grilling and hanging out there for meals. The hot tub was great as well. We had no issues at all but Rob did check in to make sure we were OK. We had 3 adults and the condo was roomy enough for all of us. Bathroom is a great size as is the shower. Linens were high quality and having laundry in the facility is a plus especially for the beach towels which were provided as well. Kitchen was well equipped - we had no issues cooking a few meals there. If you're looking for a place to stay in SD, I would highly recommend!!!!
