Njut av din vistelse på denna villa i Hawaii, som är planterad i stil, intill kongens butiker och en kort promenad till den natursköna Anaeho'omalu Bay. Villan ligger på 3: e grön av världsklass Beach Course i hjärtat av Waikoloa Beach Resort. Gör dig redo att låsa upp dörren till din lyxiga semesterort.

Du kommer att gå över en marmor tröskel i foajén av ett vackert anpassat inredda hem. Titta in i vardagsrummet ser du en inbjudande chenille soffa, stort nöjescenter och väggar prydda med landskap av en lokal hawaiisk konstnär. När du går förbi koa klockan hittar du ett modernt kök med rika träskåp, rostfria vitvaror och granitbänkskivor.

Gästrummen, beskrivna som "bekväma och eleganta", har queen size-sängar med lätta duntäcken med angränsande rymliga badrum. Det öppna loftet på trappan har en dagbädd med trille och ett skrivbord för att skriva dina vykort.

Vårt favoritrum, sovrummet sviten ser över det välskötta bermuda gräset av 8: e gröna, den berömda kungens spår och vetter mot den gamla Kohala vulkanen. Rummet är utformat med inredning från Tommy Bahama. I master badrummet, koppla av i jacuzzin badkar efter en lång dag i solen. Missa inte frukost på den fridfulla Lanai när du tittar på soluppgången över Mauna Kea.

På plats vid Waikoloa Beach Villas, njut av din tid vid lavastensbassängerna och spa med förhöjda vattenfall, fridfulla ljud från lokala fåglar eller använd grillen vid poolområdet. Glöm inte att shoppa på kungens butiker (Louis Vitton, Tiffany, etc.) och den härliga Drottningens MarketPlace.

Don't think twice, book this unit...it's even better in person! We've stayed on the island in several units and this one was by far our favourite. Everything from the beautiful decor, cleanliness, fully stocked kitchen, labeled cupboards with stocked supplies, ample beach equipment, comfortable beds, beautiful lanai, and amazing hosts. Truly a wonderful family vacation made even more special because of the added Aloha by staying in such a perfect home, thank you for sharing your paradise with us. The Desousa Family

We had an exceptional stay at this condo. It had everything we needed to make our 10-day vacation comfortable and memorable. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked, making it feel like a home away from home.One of our favorite features was the location. We loved being able to walk to A-Bay whenever we wanted, and it was incredibly convenient to have both Kings’ Shops and Queens’ Marketplace just across the street for shopping, dining, and groceries. Despite being so close to everything, the condo was remarkably quiet—we never noticed any traffic or outside noise, which made it a peaceful place to relax after a day of exploring.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Big Island.

Beautiful villa close to a-bay and shops. We loved visiting the beaches (hapuna) night snorkel with manta rays (must do!!!) akaka falls, sunset on mauna kea, and the volcano. Go to lava lava! Only wish it was a longer stay and they had one more beach chair. Loved the cooler and beach supplies. So helpful!

Our unit was nicely furnished with everything we needed. We appreciated the restaurant suggestions….great picks for places to enjoy meals in the area. The hosts were excellent with communication. It was perfect for our family. We most definitely had a wonderful week in Waikoloa and would come back and stay here again!

Great family stay!

Great condo in great location. Very close to pool, and nice golf course view. One of three condos we rented , and appreciated the patio furniture to enjoy the evenings and early morning coffees, baby equipment, and beach gear. Would stay here again if we return.

This was our second time at the location/unit! Fully stocked kitchen for “home cooked” meals; perfect location at the villas, shops, and restaurants in Waikoloa Beach Resort. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay… just sad the time went so quickly.

Great Stay - Again

We have stayed at this property a couple of times and our experience has been great each time. The location is ideal with the Queen’s and King’s shopping centers a short walk away. There is ample room for the family to spread out on the lanai. Stacy, the property owner is very responsive if there are requests or questions.

UPDATE: We now have a teenager and a pre-teen in the house. Some days are AMAZING and some days, well... TEENS. I know many of you can relate. James and I are very much enjoying the trials and tribulations of the teen years. The Big Island always felt a bit small to us but now... WOW! "Its' a whole new world" of adventures. Our family enjoys hiking, snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking and just about anything in Hawaii, as well as NOTHING. Isn't that what vacations are for, anyway. Please enjoy our home away from home as much as we do. It's our happy place!

We both grew up on the coast of California so the beach has been part of our lives from the beginning. We were married on the island in 2002 and have been coming back together since. The Big Island has definitely become part of our life as a couple. Now, as our family has grown we continue to spend time here with our children. We enjoy all the outdoor activities from snorkling, golf, tennis, hiking and especially whale watching. We hope that you and your family will enjoy and appreciate it as much as we do. Varför värden valde detta boende

We purchased our first Hawaii home in 2003 to escape our busy lives in the Bay Area. After finding out that we were expecting our first child, we decided it was time to grown our home away from home. The conveniences of the Waikoloa Beach Resort continued to fit our families needs and Waikoloa Beach Villas was the newest complex in the resort area. We still visit the island 4-5 times a year along with with friends and family. Only now, we stay for longer periods of time.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We enjoy the proximity to all the amenities of the resort area. We always take a snorkel or sunset cruise with Ocean Sports right out of A-Bay. They are friendly and consistently give great service. Most of all, we love hang out on the lanai in the evening to watch our son and daughter run around.
