Beläget strax utanför Midway i Ocean Beach .... steg från både stranden tillgång och stad restauranger / barer. Nytt kök - kvarts bänkskivor, diskmaskin, spis, kylskåp, ugn, mikro & tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Stor matplats. Utomhusdusch. Stort däck med utemöbler / utomhus lounge stolar. 4 sovrum har 1 king size-säng, 3 enkelsängar med badrum på övervåningen; samt 1 king size-säng med 3 enkelsängar nere, 1 utdragbar soffa och ett annat nyrenoverat badrum.
Huset kommer med 10 strandstolar, storhjulstrandsvagn, TV, Fios WiFi, Weber Grill, 2 Blenders, Brödrost, Keurig Coffee, fristående Icemaker och mycket mer. (se bilderna!)

Wonderful trip

The Happy Place was everything we dreamed of. The pictures were accurate, everything worked, was clean and the house is decorated very nice and beachy. The host is wonderful and very attentive. My family thoroughly enjoyed the week, thanks to staying in a beautiful home-thank you

Beautiful, Spacious with everything you need from soup to nuts! This Beach home was perfect for my family :) we created Memories here and would love to come back next year (with my baby grandson) !!!!! Thank You so very much!

Girls trip

We were a group of 8 women looking for a nice beach getaway . The location of the house could not be beat.. quick walk to the ferry in one direction and the beach in the other . The house was impeccably clean and well appointed . All appliances in great repair , great air conditioning and plenty of space ! The hosts were immediately available and answered all if our questions immediately. I can’t wait to go back !

Happy Beach House

We had a great time at this property. The owners were easy to contact, and they came to the property the next day when I was having trouble with the BBQ and bikes. The listing is slightly misleading in that it actually only sleeps 11, not 12 people. But for 11 people, it's great! Plenty of space and light. All needed cooking equipment was present. Highly recommend.

Inside redone and worked great. Plenty of flexibility with many beds and rooms. Location in the center of everything. Owner provided plenty of information and always responded quickly.

Great house, Great location

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Beach. House was very nicely layed out and decorated perfectly for the beach. Plenty of space for a large party 10+ family members. The owners were extremely responsive and available during our stay.

Amazing stay

The location is absolutely perfect and the house is adorable. Spacious and renovated with all the amenities you could need. Ideal distance between the main strip of bars/restaurants/shops and the beach. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Wonderful house and amenities!

Great Beach Getaway!

A group of 10 friends and I stayed at Kelly’s adorable home by the beach. First, the place was decorated so lovely and very spacious for our group. The house is located a short 5 minutes from the main strip of bars and restaurants and five minutes from the beach. The price is very reasonable for what you are getting as well. The home was well taken care of and very clean for our stay. Kelly was so easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions promptly. I would love to return for another stay and recommend to anyone looking for a nice weekend away with some friends or family.
