Welcome to our beach house! This 5 BR home has an inverted layout that's perfect for entertaining!! With large, open living space upstairs, you get great views of the bay from the living room and second story deck. You can hear the ocean as you are above many houses in the area. This house is large and very spacious, providing you and your family ample room to "spread out". Bedrooms have plenty of space. Lower deck provides a great spot to have a nice morning coffee and listen to the birds. New to 2022, all rooms througout home have split unit air conditioning and heat. The house has high speed wireless internet (300Mbps) and Hulu with Live TV in the living room and every bedroom. Large Weber grill provided with propane as well as house amenities (laundry machines, detergent, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher detergent). 6 bikes provided with the house for your use.

Perfect Location for a Relaxing Week

VRBO Review: Had a group of nine that stayed with plenty of space to stretch out, do some work during the week and destress. The kitchen is well stocked with the essentials (we cooked at home for the majority of meals) including two wine fridges for a week's worth of beverages. Definitely plan 48 hours ahead for grocery delivery; the sticker shock at the local shops is very real, or it would be if there were price stickers on anything for sale. WiFi was reliable, everyone slept great, and the beach is a block away with plenty of towels and beach chairs on hand. Brian and Julie were super accommodating hosts and had nice touches & suggestions. We used the house bikes to get over to Ocean Beach for the nightlife, but appreciated how quiet the immediate neighborhood remains. Highly recommended!

Great Stay at Brian and Julie’s

We had a great 4th of July stay at Brian and Julie’s house. The location was great and the house had everything you could need. The outdoor shower and foot shower were really useful. We had a very memorable trip.

This house was perfect for our stay in Fire Island. The hosts were very accessible and helpful. The amenities were perfect and I would recommend staying at this house again and again. Thank you Julie and Brian for making our vacation unforgettable and we can’t wait to book with you next year!!

Beautiful House, Great Hosts

I stayed here with 9 other friends recently for a girls' weekend. We had such a great time. The house is so clean and has every amenity you'd need. There were more than enough beach chairs and towels and the beds were so comfortable. It's also in a great spot. It was about a 5 minute walk from the ferry and another 5 minutes to the beach. Brian and Julie are wonderful hosts. They respond quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. My group is already planning to come back and we will make sure to stay here again. Thank you Brian and Julie!

Exceptional

Perfect Vacation!!!!! Extended family vacation with cousins ranging from age 10-32. The house was beautiful. Kitchen well stocked, and user friendly , great center island and fridge with ice maker!! Two additional drink fridges which was so convenient for our crowd. Rooms spacious and the layout perfect with two rooms with bunks where cousins could hang together as well as 3 other bedrooms. Closet full of towels and double washer dryer that worked great. Comfy sectional couch in a spacious living room Back deck lovely with a huge Weber grill that worked great. Clean and private outdoor shower Bottom deck shady and great place for morning tea and book while listening to ocean. Literally 3 min walk to a beautiful ocean beach Town adorable with live music at bar almost if not all nights so older cousins had something to do in evening besides games But very laid back. 15 min bike ride to Ocean Beach which has Shopping , multiple bars and restaurants and yoga classes every morning. Brian, the host, was immediately available with another propane tank when we ran out and to help with bike lock when it got stuck. We have stayed in multiple places / towns in Fire Island for our extended family vacation and this house and location was by far the best!!!!! Thank you so much Brian and Jules!!!

Great Beach House

The house was conveniently located between the ferry, town, and beach. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you may need. The house had plenty of quality beach chairs and towels. Owners were great at communicating throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed.

Great Family Beach House.

Brian and Julie are great hosts and make a great effort to have the house well stocked and ready for their guests. The five bedrooms are set up very well for families with mixed ages and needs. The kitchen is big and part of a classic great room where everyone can be together. They plan to make some improvements which will enhance an already great property.

Phenomenal

We had three families with children ranging from 4-11 and we had an absolute blast! Very family friendly, great location, incredibly clean, and every possible amenity we could ask for. Brian was a complete pleasure and so professional and friendly to work with. Highly recommend!

A great stay with friendly hosts

Brian and Julie made our annual Fire Island college reunion getaway one to remember, and we'll certainly want to come back next summer. Well before our trip, Brian was extremely communicative, giving us info about the house, how to get groceries delivered, and identified and fixed any potential problems. He met our group at the ferry when we arrived, helping with our bags and escorted us to the property. He showed us around the house and gave us the intro, making sure we felt comfortable. He stayed in contact with us throughout our stay as well. The house itself was fantastic. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean, the open kitchen/living room were great for our large group. The kitchen had all the utensils and basic cooking items, which was great because we grilled and cooked almost every night. The house comes with everything we could need: beach chairs, toys/games for the beach, towels, bikes, and a wagon. It was just a short walk to the beach in one direction, and right onto the main street with bars and restaurants in the other. When our simultaneous blowdryers blew the fuse, Brian and Julie quickly came over to assess the situation, then had an electrician come by right after to fix it. We loved getting to know Brian and Julie and highly recommend this house for anyone planning a group vacation.

Perfect spot in OBP!

Thank you Brian. & Julie! Your home was beautiful, clean, functional and well supplied for my family vacation! You were so accommodating to meet us at the ferry and help with our grocery delivery. We had family members from LI come and go throughout our stay and there was plenty of room for sleeping, cooking and entertaining. The lower deck was perfect to come back to after the beach for outdoor showers and stroller/wagon storage. Loved the kid toy bin and was so happy the living room stairway did have a gate! FI is a really special place and your home was a perfect spot to capture it all. Same time next year?! Thanks again!

Don’t Rent this House

Completely Horrible in many ways - This house has absolutely no air conditioning where you need it most - in all the gathering places like kitchen, living room and dining room! It was horribly hot and we had to stay in our rooms in order to survive. There are no private bathrooms in any of the bedrooms, not enough paper goods as promised and everything is old and damaged. They had 8 bikes at the house that were so rusty that they crumbled as we were riding them and then they had the nerve to want to charge us $600 to replace them! I have stayed in houses around the world with my family and have never had such a horrible experience as this which was sad because I grew up in New York. The owner is petty and eager to make a quick buck so beware of this one.

Perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay. The home is spacious and comfortable, the deck is high and breezy, the kitchen is well-equipped, and Brian and Julie were warm and attentive. Memorial Day Weekend

Brian and Julie’s beach house was perfect for the long weekend away with friends. The house was clean, spacious, updated, and had everything we needed. The location was amazing as well - short walk to the ferry and the beach. I would highly recommend booking their beautiful beach house for a getaway! Getaway weekend

Brian and Julie’s home was the most perfect place for a girls getaway weekend. Don’t think twice about renting, just do it! Stayed for a short weekend and everything was exactly as we hoped. The house is very large and easily accommodated our 11 girls with ample space to hang out in the living room, kitchen, and outdoor common areas. The house was spotless when we arrived, and had little touches all throughout that made our stay much more pleasant. Brian was very quick to respond to all my questions before check in, and then was local through the whole stay which made it very easy to communicate if we needed. Steps from the ocean, bay, restaurants, and market, it is the perfect escape. I have stayed in many homes on Fire Island in the past and this was by far my favorite. Charming home and fantastic hosts. I would go back here anytime! Thank you Brian and Julie for all your hospitality!!
