1300 kvadratmeter lägre enhet i en fyrdubbelsäng, privat tvättstuga, LVP-golv i hela, nya skåp, vitvaror i rostfritt stål, bänkskivor av kvarts.

Sovrummet har en king size-säng, kabel-tv och eget badrum. Det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar med kabel-tv och DVD. Tredje sovrummet har en queen size-säng och grundkabel. Mittemot dessa rum finns ett badkar med badkar / duschkombination.

Vardagsrummet har 2 lädersoffor i läder. En annan futon i full storlek ligger nära matplatsen. Perfect beach getaway that is steps from the sand

We had the most amazing stay at this beachfront gem! The location is unbeatable - steps from the sand! We really enjoyed watching the sunsets and strolling on the beach looking for shells and fishing. The location is very convenient to the local fresh seafood market, trading post and bait shop. The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated, creating a really relaxing stay. The kitchen has everything you could ever need and there are plenty of beach essentials. But the house is so close, you really don’t even need a beach bag! Overall, we loved the condo and can’t wait to go back!

Perfection

This place is absolutely wonderful. I have rented many houses, cabins, etc and this place is one of the best. The furniture and beds are actually super comfortable, the kitchen is stocked so well (including good quality, sharp knives!), and the deck chairs are so cozy. And complete honesty...I was hesitant to rent a condo. I own a loud, busy business and like to have peace and quiet on vacation, but this building only has four units, and everyone was respectful and quiet. I highly recommend this place!

Wonderful Time!

we had a wonderful time in Cape San Blas! The property was beautiful. It was very convenient being 7 months pregnant with an almost 2 year old. The king size bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve had away from home! Kitchen was fully stocked! The owner was very informative and responsive! Will definitely be returning!

Perfect place to stay in Cape San Blas

This house was lovely! It was very clean, had comfortable beds, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the covered deck and the closeness of the house to the water. We saw dolphins several times from the deck, enjoyed walks on the pristine beach and our son had a lot of success surf fishing. We highly recommend this place!

We Know Wonderful

This beach rental in Cape San Blas was truly exceptional. First off, we’ve stayed at many beachfront properties in the past, and this is the absolute closest one to the water. It’s practically right outside the door. To open the windows at night and hear that surf made for some great sleep at night. The quality and first-class furniture & decor is evident in every room…the beautiful reclining sofas, the tempurpedic mattresses, the large flat screen tv’s throughout. We especially liked the small Christmas tree made of driftwood that was placed in the condo to help make us feel the holiday spirit. Which brings me to the owner, Allison. A truly kind and wonderful person who will do everything to make your stay a memorable one. Her recommendations on the local shops and eateries were welcomed and spot on every single time. Like the title says, “we know wonderful”, and this is it!!!

Just steps from the ocean

The unit was very clean on arrival, the reclining sofas in the LR were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare a meal. The king bed was very comfortable. Loved being able to sit on the deck to watch the sunset every day. The water is very clear in front of the rental and we were able to see groups of stingrays swimming by on several occasions and one day a couple of dolphins swam by also. Allison was great to work with, gave us some driving instructions, tips on stops with nice clean restrooms, tips on restaurants and checked in with us many times to make sure everything was ok in the rental.

Awesome stay on Cape San Blas

The house had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable. Our host checked on us and made sure everything was ok. Beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. This is definitely a place we would love to visit again.

Little piece of paradise

This is our second or third year staying here and we absolutely LOVE it! The unit is spotless and impeccably maintained. It is a home that you can come to and truly relax. Each room faces the water and you can fall asleep (or nap) to the waves crashing on shore. I cannot recommend enough!

Perfect Beach Vacation Location

This was the perfect beach vacation for our family. We spent every morning and evening on the deck overlooking the ocean and had a wonderful time playing, collecting shells and hanging out in the water. The beach was perfectly uncrowded, the water was clear and the shore sloped out gradually. It felt like home with comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, wi-fi and washer/dryer. We loved the relaxing feel of Cape San Blas and also explored the region with excursions for fishing, snorkeling, golf and local seafood. We couldn't ask for more.

On The Beach

This condo was perfect for my husband and I because it was literally one step onto the beach. We could sit on the deck and feel like we were on the sand. The condo is close to restaurants, coffee shop and ice cream! What more could you want? Allison was amazing and gave us many wonderful recommendations for New Year’s Eve. We’d definitely stay here again

You are on the ocean

Great location! You will not regret booking this place. The place has been completely updated. Sitting on the porch is just like being on the beach. Allison is a wonderful host, we stay here every year.

We are the Jiles Family. We live in Villa Rica, GA near the University of West Georgia. We are all alumnus of Carrollton High School and have either acquired degrees from the University or are in the process of finishing these degrees. We have a daughter who is an RN and a son pursuing computer engineering. Both my husband and I are retired from GA Power generating company. This is a new adventure for us in the hosting business!

Varför värden valde detta boende

In May of 2016 we purchased this condominium from the Schlandt family. They had poured their hearts and efforts into this lovely beach getaway. We felt it was our privilege to continue caring for this special beach home and share our experience with others. This is our favorite location on the Gulf of Mexico, prized for its seclusion and unspoiled beauty.
In October of 2018, Hurricane Michael came ashore and devastated the area as well as our quad. Hence, everything is new!

Within walking distance of The Trading Post, fresh donuts, ice cream and coffee bars are available along with bait for fishing and sundry groceries for anything you may have forgotten. Mere steps from the beach, you are THERE as of walking down the stairs.
