3B / 2B Modern Downtown Moab Townhouse - Gratis Städning och WiFi

Vår moderna 1500 kvadratfot dubbelbostad byggdes 2015 i mitten av Moab, bara två kvarter från Main Street. Det ligger i ett lugnt område, gångavstånd till några av de bästa restaurangerna och butikerna. Den dubbla hemmet bredvid ägs av våra vänner och kan också vara tillgänglig för uthyrning. Välvda tak gör vardagsrummet ljus och ljus med fönster mot öster och söder.

Vårt granit- och rostfritt kök är fullt utrustat med köksredskap, tallrikar och redskap för att göra stora måltider. Koppla av i vardagsrummet med öppen planlösning och fånga din favoritserie på 50-tums platt-TV med tillgängliga HDMI-portar.

De två nedre sovrummen har bekväma queen size-sängar och 32 "platt-TV i varje. Den nedre badrummet har en travertin duschkabin och granit fåfänga. Vi tillhandahåller tvål, schampo och alla sängkläder.

På andra våningen, njut av en super bekväm king size-säng i master sviten ligger på andra våningen med 32 "platt-TV, hickory trägolv och en klädkammare. Den ljusa mästaren badet har en underbar travertin dusch, badkar och granit fåfänga.

Njut av en bok eller hämta på något arbete på loftet som har en praktisk arbetsstation och självklart dubbelband wifi i hela hemmet.

Pack ljus och använd vår standard storlek tvättmaskin / torktumlare med strykjärn, strykbräda, diskmedel och torktumlare lakan.

Utanför köket och vardagsrummet finns en privat uteplats. Använd vår propan BBQ och njut av middag utanför beundra de vackra cottonwood träd längs bakre staketet.

Tvåbilen, carport hade en stor låsbar cykel / växellåda. Du hittar stolar i närheten för att lägga på ditt redskap och damma av öknen från dina äventyr. Det finns en ny cykelbutik bara två dörrar ner.

Twin-enheten bredvid ägs av våra vänner och kan också vara tillgänglig. En hög mur och port skiljer de två bakre uteplatsarna, men porten kan öppnas om båda hyresgästerna önskar.

Vi har precis köpt den här enheten i mars 2018. Vårt konto visar inte de betyg av recensioner som tidigare ägare mottog. Enheten fick emellertid fem stjärnor konsekvent de två år som den ursprungliga ägaren hade på Airbnb.

Grandmother, daughter and 3 grandkids for 5 nights

The property was neat and clean and ready to go, even had pool towels for the amazing Moab Aquatic Center, a walk away and a big hit. Also walking distance to ice cream store and an extraordinary Magic Show at the Community Theater on Saturday night. We enjoyed the outdoor patio for dinner in the long Spring evenings. Very comfortable and Susan was very responsive with any questions.

Beautiful townhouse in the perfect location!

Beautiful townhouse in the perfect location. We were close to everything you'd want to do in/near Moab. The townhouse was clean, had everything we needed and was a perfect fit for three adult couples. Highly recommend if you're needing a nice rental in Moab!

Great Home to stay

The unit was in a great location after hiking in Arches and Canyonland. The home was well equipped with a total tasteful renovation. The private patio was awesome for dinners. Susan the owner was very organized in the directions for our stay. I recommend this place to stay without any hesitation. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Spot in Moab

This townhouse was perfect for our stay in Moab. It was spotless on arrival, very comfortable and well-appointed, and check-in was easy. Susan was extremely responsive both before and after booking. The location was so convenient. Quick walk to the main drag for food, coffee, shopping, etc. If I'm ever lucky enough to be in southern utah again I would certainly stay here!

Well thought out home

We had a family trip to Moab in the summer - hot week. This place was excellent. Very clean, modern, comfortable and cool in the summer heat wave. The kitchen, with a gas stove, provided for great meal preparation and clean up. We had a short 7 minute walk to downtown. Very close to several restaurants and coffee shops.

Perfect location in Moab

We had a wonderful week in Moab. This condo is in a perfect location - walking distance to plenty of downtown eateries and doors down from a bike rental shop. Minutes to Arches Nat'l park and other popular attractions/activities. The condo was very clean and well equipped with everything you will need for your visit. Perfect for our family.

Moab-Excellent Location

The townhouse on Williams Avenue was exactly as described. Very clean and was well appointed. The only downside was the outside area was not usable because of tent worms. This is a seasonal problem, it probably lasts 2-3 weeks. Moab has plenty to offer, loved the area.

Perfect location!

Beautiful, newer property, close to all That Moab has to offer. Susan was very quick to respond to any questions. Very comfortable beds, great kitchen, BBQ. Lots of thoughtful touches including extra swimming towels and cooler (which we didn’t used but it was nice to have them). Our party of six, two couples and our two kids, had a great time. We will definitely be back!!

Great Stay in Moab

It was great! The location was excellent being walkable to downtown. We appreciated having the grill to cookout and really enjoyed dinner on the patio. It was a little hard to get the upstairs bedroom cooled to where we liked it but were able to get comfortable with the ceiling fan. We’d definitely book this property again. Susan was very responsive and even let us in a bit early. Great stay!

Moab Vacation

My family rented this property for our Spring Break trip. It was a great place to use as our home base during the week. Arches NP, Canyonlands NP, Dead Horse Point SP, and many other attractions were all within a short driving distance from the property. The property was very clean and well maintained. Downtown Moab restaurants and shops are all within a 10-minute walk from the townhouse. The kitchen is also well-stocked if you wish to eat in. We enjoyed the visit and would definitely stay here again on a return visit to Moab.

Perfect Property For Exploring Moab

If you are visiting Moab and the surrounding national parks, this property is where you want to stay! Great location within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores and plenty of room for us 4 adults to spread out and enjoy this house. We ended up using the gas grill twice to cook dinner after long days of hiking. The kitchen has everything you need from utensils and pots and pans to plenty of spices and sauces to make a delicious meal. This house is exactly as described, and the owner is extremely reliable and responsive to any request. You cannot go wrong with this house!

The perfect stay in Moab

This townhouse is very nicely decorated, well-stocked and very clean. Our car was parked under a covered carport right in front of the the townhouse. There is a lovely outdoor seating area where I sat to relax daily after hiking. The location is perfect as it is a 1.5 block walk to all kinds of restaurants, bars and shops including awesome Mexican food at Miguel's Baja Grill, The Spoke for great beer and burgers and Crystal's Cakes and Cones for locally made ice cream that was delicious. The beds were super comfy and we felt like we had plenty of privacy. The owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!
