Med över 1 750 kvm Àr enheten mycket rymlig, nyinredd och ny pÄ hyresmarknaden !!



BekvÀmligheter finns rikligt pÄ denna Phoenix Gulf Shores lÀgenhet: enheten Àr utrustad med full storlek apparater, vÄt bar med ismaskin, 65 "plattskÀrms HDTV i vardagsrummet och en platt skÀrm 43" 4K Smart TV i master och 2: a och 3: e sovrum. Vi har ett tvÀttstuga med tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek, surroundljud i vardagsrummet, gott om disk / glasartiklar, brödrost, mixer, vanlig kaffebryggare och en Keurig! Det finns en kungssÀng i befÀlhavaren, en kungssÀng i det andra sovrummet, tvÄ drottningssÀngar i det tredje sovrummet och en bÀddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Vi har ocksÄ ett paket för smÄbarn och en sprÀngmadrass om du behöver det.



Det finns en fantastisk utomhuspool med nollintrÀde med en vattenrutschbana, uppvÀrmd simbassÀng i dörren, tvÄ Jacuzzis, toppmoderna gym med utsikt över viken, BBQ-grillar och en tennisbana.

We had an enjoyable stay. Condo was very nice, plenty of room to spread out and great views of the ocean. Could hear neighbors above, but that could change for each group.

Location was excellent. Property overall was very clean. Condo was great and had everything we needed! Never had to wait on elevators. parking garage was great. Would definitely stay here again. Only complaint would be the outdoor pool. It Needs cleaned better. everyday I found trash in the pool, even found a fish hook and a dead fish in the pool.

This was a great property! View from our 22nd floor was spectacular! We had a couple days that were too chilly for the beach, but the indoor pool made up for that. We had a great vacation!

Everything was perfect

Easy check in and unit was as described. Lots of room for all 6 of us. We loved the beach toys for the kids and the indoor pool was wonderful.

Best condo we ever rented. Everything was just as described. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything a good cook needs. The balcony view was spectacular. Highly recommend. Looking forward to returning again.

Recent stay at Phoenix Gulf shores

Location was wonderful! Loved the resort and it’s amenities. Condo was very nice, view was spectacular! Only complaint was the master bed was so hard and uncomfortable that my back was killing me by the end of the seven days. Still enjoyed our stay. Will treasure the memories made.

Absolutely Perfect!!

Paradise on the beach

This place was amazing! The view from the patio was breathtaking. The condo had everything you needed if wanting to stay in and cook your own meals. I’d request that more towels be stocked in the condo as we had to wash them all mid stay. The last 2 days of our stay the air conditioning quit working. It was difficult to contact the owner after hours and the number we had to the front desk or to report and issue was closed after 430pm.

Will definitely consider this unit in the future. My only complaint is it seems like the property management company could do a better job getting the sand out of the pools and hot tubs at night. One of the hot tubs had a significant layer of sand at the bottom of it.

These beds(all bedrooms) were like sleeping on concrete. Even went and bought a mattress topper after the 1st night to get thru the week. This is my only criticism. Other than that it is a great place to stay.

Great location- poorly managed

Check-in no early than 4:30, front desk closes at 5.pm. 30 min window to check in OR you do not get access codes for beach or gym until the next morning at 9am. Grout in tile was nasty, poorly cleaned, surround sound in-opt, no pack and play as advertised in description, bulbs out, several outlets did not work, plenty of extra pillows, no pillow cases available...until we found them stuffed inside entertainment center cabinet drawer in the living room, really??? I will not stay there again.
