Stort luftkonditionerat hem som enkelt kan delas med vÀnner eller flera familjer.
Detta Àr ett familjevÀnligt hus och vi letar inte efter att hyra ut till gymnasieexamen som letar efter ett stÀlle att trÀffas innan vi gÄr till college.
2. 5 bad. Sover 14+. 5 sovrum: 1 queensize-sÀng i 3 sovrum, 1 full i 1 sovrum och 2 tvillingar i 1 sovrum, dubbel utdragbar soffa och dubbel futon i vardagsrum. Master bad har 2 personer jacuzzi! Gratis tvÀttmaskin, torktumlare, utemöbler, strandvagn, gasgrill och cyklar ingÄr. Plats för 2 bilar i uppfarten och gott om gatuparkering. En 10 minuters promenad till stranden. En kort bilresa till Dunkin 'Donuts! Husdjur beaktas !! Detta Àr ett ljust, vackert hem. WiFi ingÄr !!!!
HyresgÀster Àr ansvariga för att ta med egna lakan och handdukar samt att göra lÀtt stÀdning i slutet av din vistelse. Det finns bÄde gratis och $ 5 parkering i slutet av min vÀg till stranden !!!!!
En avgift pÄ 4% debiteras om du betalar med kreditkort.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable stay. Lots of seating for hanging out or meals, and plenty of sleeping space for everyone. Location was convenient, and the host was super responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay again.

Great setup for multi family members and friends to hang in the common area. The outside seating area is very dated and needs a good cleaning (but that was outside)

Not as clean as I would have liked. There was mold on the shower curtain and kitchen counters were sticky. The basement beds are not usable because of the mold. Overall, it is a good property for a large gathering (we were 10) - with good beds & baths. I would suggest a complete cleaning between tenants. Maybe charge a cleaning fee?

Great Spot

We stayed here for a long weekend with 6 adults and 7 kids. Lots of space for everyone, it was much larger than we expected. Plenty of beds for everyone, although the mattresses were extremely firm with the exception of the one memory foam bed upstairs. It’s about a .5 mile walk to the beach, so keep that in mind if you have smaller children. Overall a great stay, thank you!

Best summer rental ever!

We absolutely loved this rental...plenty of room for family of 10 and there was extra beds in basement as well. The kitchen was fully stocked and had both coffee maker and keurig along with dishwasher! Plenty of utensils pots n pans et Clothes washer and coin operated dryer helped us out Air conditioners in all 5 bedrooms and living room kept us comfortable Televisions in all bedrooms with cute built in drawers and closets I hope we can rent same place next year

Beach stay

The house had a great location, and plenty of room. Communication with the owner was very good. However, there was sand on all the floors, the carpets and hardwood floors were dirty. There was mold in the master shower. He listed a “hot tub” which is really a jacuzzi in the master bath. There was plenty of room and some nice beach toys for the younger kids. The keys didn’t work well AT ALL in the front door. He didn’t seem worried and said he didn’t have any complaints about them before.

Great Stay, Tons of Room

We had a great time, weather was perfect. More sleeping options then was needed and we had a good sized group up for the 4th. I would definitely recommend for a large group vacation.

Perfect Family Rental

We were three families travelling together with children. This vacation home was extremely spacious. With 12 people in the home, we were never in each other’s way. The kitchen is well equipped. I was also thrilled to find beach toys for the kids and a wagon to hold our things as we walked to the beach. The outdoor space is small but cozy and perfect. The kids also roasted some marshmallows during our stay (roasting sticks were also provided). I couldn’t have asked for a better vacation rental for our family.

Enjoyable Despite Weather

House was more spacious than we had even realized when booking. Close enough to walk to rides and attractions of OOB as well as many different dining options. Weather did not work out in our favor, but overall experience was positive and I would likely book again.

Great location, good house for a large group

We stayed here at the end of a 2-week photography tour of downcoast Maine. Great location. Ceiling fans in bedrooms were nice. Plenty of space and parking, close to Duffy's restaurant, which was awesome. Owner was pleasant to work with

Sandy Castle— 2022

The house was as advertised and plenty large enough for my extended family. The owner was responsive and easy to work with for our needs and questions. I would recommend this house to others— especially those who like to cook and eat at home to keep costs down— the kitchen and entertainment space was perfect for that! The one down side was the beds being uncomfortable, and that made for a long week with some stiffness being felt in the mornings. Granted— we have gel mattresses at home and these were spring mattresses so it could just have been part of the issue, so I want to caveat with that. Overall a 4 star stay and we would love to come back again!

Family memories ❀

We had an awesome time at Sandy castle there was plenty of room for 8 adults and 6 children. The house was equipped with everything that we needed, Which was incredibly helpful! I I especially loved how big the kitchen was,and that it overlooked a large living room so we could all get dinner ready together and watch the younger kids play. The beach was a bit of a hike with the younger children in tow, so I would suggest driving to the end of the road and paying the money to park and then walk from there! It was also only a 5 minute drive to the famous pier,where there was something for everyone! Family vacation 2021 in the books.. Thanks Michael 😊

Family vacation

Very spacious house with 4 bedrooms & a nook with a futon on the second floor and a large bedroom on the first floor. The kitchen has a table & a long counter top with stools. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepared meals. There are two refrigerators in the house. AC units & tvs are in all of the bedrooms & living room. Nice fenced in front yard with a fire pit & 2 tables. Overall a very nice house which met all of our needs and expectations for vacation.
