Observera: Denna lägenhet ligger i The Brunswick med en restaurang och lounge nere med levande musik. Levande musik på uteplatsen på sommaren. Band spelar fram till 11 veckokvällar och 1 a. m. på helgerna under balkongen på sommaren. Om buller är ett problem för dig skulle detta vara en bra plats utanför säsongen för dig. Bekväma och rena. Loved this condo!

I went to Wendy’s condo as a weekend getaway and I loved every minute of it! The view was amazing, the condo was clean and lovely, and the location was perfect! Wendy was really generous with letting me check in early and out late since her cleaners were not going to be there until later and she communicated well. I would 100% stay here again!

Great little visit

We stayed off season to just get away. The beach view is really nice. We went to the restaurant downstairs for food and live music. Very convenient! Place was clean.

The perfect overnight escape.

Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by a beach-themed interior, a clean and comfortable atmosphere. Further inside, a magnificent, large sliding door reveals a stunning ocean view.I experienced a minor difficulty connecting the television to the Wi-Fi network, but Wendy promptly assisted me, and we resolved the problem within minutes. Its the ideal overnight escape.

A much needed reset.

This is exactly what we needed to do a "wow what a crazy life we have" reset. Beautiful view for sure. And the deck was warm in the winter sun.

Spectacular view

Beautiful view and very clean. A little noisy at night due to band playing on first level…this condo is on third floor…didn’t bother us but might bother others if you are a light sleeper and go to bed early.Very convenient to town/pier. Owner was quick to respond to inquiry.

Great location

The sunrises, which we could easily view from the balcony, were spectacular! Music and food from the Swick was also good. The location was great for exploring other areas nearby such as Kennebunkport to Portland. Wendy gave excellent details and gave immediate feedback when needed.

Ocean view and fall leaves

We had a great time in Maine. Water views, light houses and great food. I even got a tattoo at Good and Evil of a maple leaf. Great memories.

Anniversary trip

The condo in OOB, was perfect! Loved having coffee in morning on deck watching the sunrise! Loved walking the beach, lots of shells and even found a few sand dollars! Great area to find local shopping and places to eat! Brunswick had fun bands out and could listen from deck! Wendy was very responsive to messages sent! Great place to stay!

Beautiful OOB beachfront condo in the center of it all

We had a wonderful time staying at Wendy's place. The condo was clean and very cozy. The mornings out on the balcony were breathtaking! The live music in the evenings was a welcomed bonus for us. But probably not ideal if you have young ones as it goes until almost 1am. The condo is located just a very short walk to the pier and all that OOB has to offer. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay!

Beach stay

Husband and I were traveling across the upper Midwest to Acadia National Park. We decided to stop for a night on the ocean. The condo is on the beach and was adequate for our short stay. Owner was responsive and helpful. We only used the coffee pot but the kitchen was well equipped. In spite of it being cold and rainy, we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this property to others.

Our first honeymoon after 60 years of marriage.

We wanted a quiet get-a-way after raising 5 children. This was perfect, quiet after Labor Day, beautiful weather, sunrises, and week of the full moon. No obstruction for the sunrises other that a couple days of fog, same with the full moon rises. Unit was clean, nicely furnished with furniture and kitchen items.

Wonderful weekend getaway

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and quaint with an amazing ocean view from the beachfront deck! The gorgeous beach is literally steps away where familles were playing in the sand, dogs having a blast and surfers enjoying the great waves. The bar downstairs featured live music from noon until 1am along with delicious food, tasty drinks and wonderful waitstaff! The three bands we listened to had beautiful harmonies, tight instrumentals and fantastic song selection. Also enjoyed their sense of humor! 😂 Parking can be difficult as people don’t always abide by the clearly visible private parking signs and take your spot. We would definitely rent this place again! 👍

Long weekend at the Swick

We've stayed at the Brunswick several times, at different condos. This one is a single bedroom gem. The pictures in the listing show all you need to know. Very comfortable and excellent 3rd floor location, right in the middle of the nightlife of "the Swick". Had a wonderful visit and would book again.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This was the perfect location and a great little condo, exceeded our expectations. Definitely not the Ritz, but well maintained and very comfortable! We were in town for the bands, the deck was huge and overlooking the patio. Best seat in the place! Only a few steps to the beach and restaurants. The owner was great to deal with, we will book again in the future.

Great rental at OOB!

Excellent rental right in the middle of the best action that OOB has to offer. Property is at the Brunswick, right above live entertainment, which was a bonus for us! East walk to beach and downtown activities. Definitely worth it!

Varför värden valde detta boende

This is our dream come true! This is also the only condo building in Old Orchard Beach with a restaurant and lounge below. It also is home of the largest Patio Bar on the beach! Walk right from the sand to the bar! The huge balconies are private to each individual condo. The view is amazing! Sunrises are amazing. Steps to the beach and a couple minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants. It's just a short driving distance to mini golf, mega shopping, antiquing, homemade ice cream stands and many great eating places. Just 20 minutes to Portland. You can drive, take the bus or train. The bus and train depot is 5 minutes walking distance from our condo. We are on the third floor with elevator service! The Brunswick building has just been renovated inside and out with new carpeting, paint and siding.

The Patio Bar! In the summer live bands play right below the balcony at the Patio Bar during the day. Great for people watching! Live bands play inside on weekends year round. The Brunswick Restaurant and Lounge is on the 1st floor of our building. You don't have to leave the building for anything if you don't want to! We are just steps away from the Palace Playground, The Pier, Pier Fries and all the shops, restaurants and bars right downtown. Five minute walk! Enjoy fireworks from the balcony on Thursdays in the summer. Enjoy sunrises from the living room and balcony. You can view the islands in Saco Bay and also see Black Point in Scarborough. Home of artist Winslow Homer. Walking distance to Ocean Park. Walking distance to laundromats, grocery store and pharmacy.
