Joyce’s condo was absolutely adorable! She has everything in there that you could possibly need: cooking supplies, beach chairs, games, and so much more. The condo itself is in a perfect location less than a block away from the beach, just cross the street and you are basically there! I will be back next year!

The description of the property and the location is very accurate, and the host communication and kindness is what makes this place so special. We will return to this paradise on our next trip to fort Walton Beach. Do not hesitate to book this place because it is so special and you will never regret it! Communication pre-trip and throughout with the host was excellent. The AC was excellent and easy to control. With all of the sand in the area, we were amazed at how clean the home was. The location had perfect access to the beach so close. The view of the Gulf from the deck is slight, but it is there! Restaurants, ice cream, and even an acai shop were within walking distance. Great stay!

We loved the location and the place was just as described (minus beach towels, my mistake so pack them). My only complaint has nothing to do with the owner or condo, but the others staying in same building, The 3rd floor guests right above us were so loud we could hear them yelling and walking/ stomping at all hours of morning day and night.

The location was exactly as described online, and upon arrival we found a clean tidy, neat and functional space. It was a comfortable week spending in Florida with amenities close by within walking distance, and Destin being just a short drive away. I will make every effort to rebook this property again for my next trip to the Florida panhandle.
