The unit was beautiful and well maintained. The owners were nice and responsive to our needs and communication. The location was also incredible, so close to the beach. Definitely would return for another stay.

PERFECT LOCATION, BEAUTIFUL CONDO INSIDE, EASY ACESS

The condo is located close to great restaurants and the beach within walking distance, beautifully decorated, comfy beds and plenty of seating areas, loved our stay here.

We camd down for my son's baseball games from Ky, and this was perfect location a block from the boys, extremely clean, and well stocked. Perfect experience!

The condo was so much more beautiful than the pictures showed. The beach was a 10 minute walk at max as well as really good food within a very short walking distance. The kitchen was fully stocked with any utensils you might need. The host was amazing! Very responsive and just overall a great experience. I would rebook this same condo again.

Fall Break Family Vaca

We had a great stay in Joyce’s condo! It was the perfect size for our little family of 4. Located right across the road from a beach entrance and very convenient to anywhere we needed to go. We would definitely love to stay here again!

What a great property amd an amazing experience! We enjoyed our stay immensely a d plan to visit again in the future. The location was absolutely perfect for what we wanted for our vacation. The property was clean, close to so many wonderful restaurants, and had so many wonderful supplies! They had games, beach umbrellas, and all the necessities required for a great stay!

Okaloosa Island Getaway

Great property with good location and very reasonably priced. Very clean place and one of the few we found with two queen beds and two bathrooms for the price. Walking to the beach is easy and Destin was a quick drive from the rental. We did not have any issue or a need to contact the owner. Check in was easy and checking out was simple also. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great Weekend Rental

The inside was great. Some of the others condos looked a little rough on the exterior. The entire condo was well stocked for anything you need. Would prefer a few more cable channels, but it was a nice cozy property.

Nice condo close to the beach

I liked almost everything about the property and I enjoyed eating at the restaurant almost next door but if it were me I would hang tv's in the bedroom's. I find it so much more comfortable to watch tv in bed. Even if they were just smart tv's where we could enter in our Netflix accounts etc. Otherwise everything was fine and will likely stay again sometime.

Dance Nationals Vacation

We were down for the Mark of Excellence dance nationals & Joyce's place was the absolutely perfect place to stay. It was close to the convention center, exactly as pictured in her listing & she was super quick to respond to all my questions. We weren't able to enjoy the beach during our quick stay, but the condo was stocked with all the equipment you would need for a great day in the sand. Only disappointment is that her calendar isn't open far enough for me to book it yet for next year! #10outof10wouldrecommend
