Great lake cabin

We very much enjoyed this secluded, quiet property. Access to the water and views from the deck were fantastic. The house is very well stocked with all the kitchen amenities you will need and we lacked for nothing during our stay. The only negative was the constantly squeaking ramp to the dock; that grew tiresome after an hour and really disturbed the tranquility of the place. The entire dock needs work as well. Multiple nails protruding and the ramp up to it looks like it will not support weight much longer. Regardless we still enjoyed this vacation. Easy access to Coeur d’Alene and Silverwood.

Great waterfront cabin

We loved being right on the water, the lower deck is a perfect place to unwind while watching the lake and the many hummingbirds that visit. This well stocked house will not disappoint. The beds are comfortable and while there is no air conditioning, the house stays fairly cool being tucked in the trees. We enjoyed the water toys and swimming off the dock. One does has to be mindful though, the dock is in rough shape and the consistently squeaking dock ramp grew tiresome after a day. All being said, we still enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

We love the home. Beautiful and was stocked with everything we could need. We had family dinners. Kitchen was fully stocked. Great washer, dryer, towels etc. The rowboat, kayak, paddle board and canoe were fun. My grandsons caught a large pike, three large bass plus a lot of small perch and bass. We had a great stay and look forward coming back.

Family vacation

We loved the place. Great view, clean, everything you could ask for was provided. Had fun in the water craft, caught a pike 8lb three small mouth bass 5lns and lots of smaller fish. We love to cook and eat as a family. The kitchen was unbelievably stocked. Parking was only tough part.

Great Views But Not the best property

We stayed for 5 nights, and while the views were great we had a lot of issues. We ended up buying a mattress topper for the master bedroom because the bed was so awful. The check in process also wasn’t communicated and not easy to deal with. I also asked if this house had any fans and they said no. We arrived and it had fans after we had already purchased 3. So we had to spend time returning. There is also a terrible smell when you walk in the kitchen. I would not book this property again.

Cute lake house

We loved our stay at this lake house. The kitchen was well stocked- check out what’s there before you go shopping because it may be there. Plenty of towels. Comfy beds. Lots of games, books, puzzles. We enjoyed playing on the lake. Please note: the canoe has a leak and is unusable, and there is one hard paddle board that was not listed in amenities at our time of booking. All of the boats are well used and worn, but we still loved exploring the lake on the kayak, row boat and paddle board. The two decks were beautiful and the view from them was amazing.

Peaceful Lakefront Retreat

Our family of 4 loved this lake home! Kitchen and home were well appointed with everything we needed. Easy access to dock and shore was great!We enjoyed paddleboarding and kayaking in the lovely bay. Hope to return!Ask for specific instructions as to wear to park.

Immaculate!

We absolutely love this place!! It was the perfect location, great privacy, and perfect size for our family. The views were immaculate. The boat, kayak, and paddleboard were a great addition- and we loved having the dock!! Definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants a nice quiet vacation!

Great Lake Coeur d’Alene rental house!!

Exceptionally clean, comfortable house that actually exceeded our expectations. Kitchen has more than enough dishes, pots and pans, utensils for hearty meal prep. Very comfortable beds and well appointed bathrooms. Enjoyed the paddle board, canoe, kayak and row boat and appreciated having life vests available as well. Nice, comfortable deck furniture as well. Really enjoyed our staying this house and would rent it again.

Great cabin in the lake

This was our second time renting a home on this lake. We loved the location being further north on the lake compared to our last house. The updates are done very nicely inside the home and everything was very clean. I read several reviews complaining about the upstairs not being renovated but I liked it. It was a real cabin feel in the bedrooms. And we literally only went up there at night to watch a movie and sleep. The bathroom upstairs is new and clean, the couch is new and clean and so is the carpet. Beds were comfortable and packed with extra pillows and blankets. What else do you need? The kitchen is beyond full of everything you need and there was also propane for the grill. The dock outside could really use some help. I think we all got a splinter everyday walking on it. There were also nails on the beach near the fire pit. No idea where they came from but we always spotted them before stepping on them. The beach and dock could really use a clean up. The house we stayed at before though was up on a hill and it was a terrible hike with kids going back and forth so this was really nice being so close to grab snacks and drink in the kitchen and be right back on the water. If they could fix up the beach and dock I would love to stay here again. It really was a great setup for two adults and two small kids. I think I just have an issue with Vacasa, we try to stay in homes when we travel and it always seems like the owners that use Vacasa could make their homes so much better with a better company. Vacasa never emails you back, it’s impossible to get any extra info about the house. This home is just missing that extra personal touch

Beautiful lake view!!

Waking up to an amazing view of the lake with a cup of coffee made for great mornings! We were celebrating my husband's 70th birthday and sitting on the porch (when not too cold) over looking the calm, peaceful lake was VERY relaxing!! Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate, unexpectedly cold during our June stay, so we could not take advantage of the canoes, paddle board, etc. The house was very well stocked with dishes, spices, linens, etc. and the homeowner did a very nice job with the remodel. It was bright, clean with nice furnishings. Bedrooms could use some updating but overall very nice! I would love to return but hopefully during warmer weather!

Loved most of it

Clean cozy and remodeled made this older lake cabin great! The back deck overlooking the amazing lake views was awesome. Although it could use some work having a nice boat dock was incredible. Internet was very slow but didn’t bother us too much as we weren’t there to work or watch tv.

Great view

Nice house overall, fantastic views, nice updates, overall very clean and easy checkin process. Only issue at all was bed in master bedroom was uncomfortable. Overall had a great time and would stay at house again.

Quiet and secluded

Outside it’s an unassuming lake house. Inside it’s a spacious, tasteful, and comfortable home. The huge decks (upper and lower) each provide plenty of space for relaxing (and napping.) The only thing you need to bring is food and drink because the cabin is fully (and I mean *fully*) furnished with everything you need. Plenty of room for a family and still each person can find their own space. Direct access to the lake and also a pier. Very much looking forward to a return visit to this peaceful retreat.

My friends and I booked this house for a boys trip and it was absolutely fantastic! Great fishing off the dock and comfy bed for night! Would 100 percent rent again!

Nice place, but very old

This is a nice home but old and rundown on the outside. The listing doesn’t show any photos of the front of the house so, after a 6hr drive, we weren’t even sure we were at the right house - there is no address on it. The code for the keypad didn’t work so it took us a half hour to get inside. The listing mentions that there are stairs (it’s a 2-story home) but it does not mention how steep it is walking from where you have to park to where you enter the house. I have a bad knee and this posed a problem for me; stairs are fine, but a steep and muddy incline is not and we would not have chosen this property if they had mentioned this in the listing. The inside was nice and looked mostly like the photos. The stuff in the kitchen was mostly clean, but the utensil drawers were crumby and some of the utensils and dishes were not very clean. Everything else was surprisingly clean though and the furnishings were comfortable except for the king bed in the room with the view - it sucks. It has a queen size pillow topper on a king mattress and was not comfortable. The other king bed was a super firm and noisy mattress that also had bedding that was too small. The owners really need to spring for a functioning set of curtains for both sliding doors upstairs. They kept falling off the clips that held them in place and were on the jankiest curtain rods I’ve ever seen; they literally looked like they were seconds away from falling down. There is also a lamp upstairs in the family room that is a fire hazard - the wiring and lightbulb are super loose so we unplugged it. As for the outside, the Adirondack chairs were missing, but we were surprised to find fishing poles, although only one of them actually worked. The dock is larger in person than it appears in the photos, and we used the fire pit one night but couldn’t find roasting sticks anywhere. The town is nice and there’s an excellent beach with a really amazing playground near the marina, so we went there and flew a kite and walked on the world’s largest floating boardwalk. We literally had the beach to ourselves because it was the off season, so it was peaceful. Overall, we had a nice stay, but there are definitely things they could do to make the home better.
