Very nice great for a couple super cute and cozy only downfall was the busy road it was on was a little loud and if you drive a big vehicle not the best for parking we almost couldn’t fit in drive way but home was very nice and pet friendly so our baby got to come along

Great location and size

I was traveling alone, visiting a friend, OCC and Manitou Springs. I was able to walk into OCC easily and quickly and take a short bus ride to Manitou Springs. The hosts gave me helpful instructions. The place was the perfect little "cabin" with a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room combo. I was able to eat locally and also cook light fare in the cabin. Host was responsive adn helpful. I would stay there again.

The house VRBO was not the house we stayed inPictures on website are excellent But very outdated It never got below 83 degrees in the house it only has a swamp cooler An a fanBack yard was not inviting at all but gods enough for our animalPlace needs alot of TLC An cleaning hand prints on doors An wallsSo no we did not enjoy our stayHowever on a side note host was very nice when we needed something It’s a shame it could be a nicer place with some care

Cute little cottage in a great location

We enjoyed this small cottage; it was centrally located for CO & Manitou Springs, good full kitchen and fenced yard for our dog. It was a good size for the 2 of us for our stay. Would stay here again!

Great place

Overall great place for 2 people and the location was great as well. The hosts were great and easy to talk to if you needed to. It was clean and had a fire pit out back. The sofa is pretty uncomfortable I will say and the tv is slow but otherwise it was great. I’d say here again.

Home away from home

It is a cute hoise within walking distance to charming reataurants in old Colo City. Really enjoyed the fenced backyard!

Cute cottage in Colorado Springs

Perfect place to stay to be near all the great things to do in Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. We love having our own outdoor space to relax in after a busy day and a full kitchen to cook in. Save a bit of cash for other things! I would recommend and stay here again.
