Our stay was great! It was tastefully decorated. It was fully stocked with amenities. It was close to everything we wanted to see. We felt safe in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful home with very attentive landlords. House was extremely neat, tons of brochures on things to do. They had a little care package for us to eat on. Washer and dryer were a wonderful! Thanks again for the lovely home!

The house was absolutely perfect! So cute, cozy and so clean!!! The restaurant recommendations from the hosts were spot on and so close. They have everything you need and it is so welcoming ! We also love the fact that it had a washer and dryer. We highly recommend this house!

Perfect for our Downtown stay in Colorado Springs. So many great places within walking distance, and other places just a short drive. This place is super comfy/cozy and very well appointed. Lots of little extras including a great coffee/tea station and a cute basket of snacks. Cute and functional backyard with a nice BBQ. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great location. Close to downtown, Pikes Peak, Garden of Gods and much more! House was clean and comfortable. Appreciated that it had a washer and dryer and the kitchen was well equipped. Couple call outs... there is only street parking so you are not guaranteed a space near the house and you can hear the train throughout the night.

Great location! Walk to fantastic restaurants, short drive to amazing hiking. Perfect for a couple. The property also had a lot of stocked supplies for guests to use in kitchen and bath. Very well thought out. Would stay again.

Cozy Gnome Home

My husband and I were here on vacation staying at my niece’s house in Divide. My husband ended up with a collapsed lung and had to have emergency surgery and was hospitalized for a week. After he was released we wanted to stay somewhere closer to the hospital and I happened upon the gnome home. It was very cute and cozy. It was very clean and neat. The bed was comfortable and the sheets smelled clean and fresh. There were some snacks left out, which we enjoyed. I would highly recommend this adorable home if you’re looking for a cozy place to stay. Thank you Hunter and Beth for making us feel welcome.

Cute Gnome House!!!

Excellent location (especially for 4th of July fireworks). Darling bungalow. All of the supplies were high quality!!! Super clean and well equipped home. Snacks were a nice surprise!!!Also outside back yard was private and comfortable (and lively atmosphere).

Charming stay at Colorado Springs

We loved our stay! The location is unbeatable, 10-15min drive to all the places we wanted to visit near Colorado Springs! We absolutely loved the backyard and were having dinner outside almost every evening! We really enjoyed all the board games and the kids really appreciated all the snacks the hosts have left for us. The bungalow was extremely clean, very charming, super comfortable and had everything we needed! It was exactly as described and better!

Soccer Camp UCCS

Held up at the cottage for 4 days while my son attended a sports camp at UCCS. Teleworked during the day and biked and hiked in the afternoons. Also enjoyed the short walk to downtown for dinner and such, it was very convenient. The neighbors are super friendly and we even enjoyed a short evening on their porch visiting. Overall a perfect stay and hopefully can do it all again next year!

Great stay

Property was very clean. Check in was easy. I loved the interior decor with the gnomes. Couch and bed were very comfortable. Loved the snacks! Only thing that was hard for me was neing so close to the train tracks.

This house exceeded our expectations! The hosts were super friendly and communicated quickly with us when we had questions. The location is great and near a lot of fun things to do, many of which are within walking distance. There's also a great local coffee shop nearby. Overall great experience!

Perfect Stay!

The place was exactly as described. Very clean and had everything we could have needed for our week long stay. The location was great and walkable to a lot of bars and restaurants and close driving distance to all the main hiking hot spots. The host provided great recommendations as well and were very responsive!

Great place for couples to stay

My husband and I were in town for nieces graduation from Air force Academy. Short 20 minutes drive. We came a few days early explored. Close to so much. This home was so cozy with everything you might need but wouldn’t think to bring.snacks, coffee and water helped get us started! Would highly recommend and would stay again. Oh also so very clean!

The Perfect Stay

Everything was exactly as listed. Very clean and well equipped with everything we needed to make us comfortable during our stay. The location was great to a lot of bars and restaurants and also close to all the nearby hiking trails. We would 100% stay again!

Lovely Spot in Beautiful Downtown Colorado Springs!

This little house was even better than I expected. It was clean, the kitchen stocked with everything I needed along with a few extra goodies. The neighborhood was quiet and safe (I was a woman traveling alone, so I appreciated this!) There is a lovely outdoor spot in the backyard. The bed was comfy, and location was within walking distance to all the activity of downtown. Food and coffee close by. This place made my stay even better than it would have been otherwise. I would stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality.
