Detta 5 sovrum hem ligger på en tunnland mark. Det stora stora rummet har massor av sittplatser och ett spelbord för brädspel och pussel. Det över stora matbordet har plats för 10 enkelt. Köket är fullt utrustat med kastruller, kastruller, serveringsstycken, diskar och ett helt kryddstativ. Det finns 2 kompletta badrum (inga badkar) och ett 2-bil garage. Det finns två däck, ett utanför det stora rummet med gungstolar - perfekt för morgonkaffe och djurliv. Det stora däcket utanför köket har en grill och uteplats med massor av solstolar för uteservering. Linne garderoben är fylld med extra handdukar och dukar. Tvättstugan är belägen i walk-out källaren tillsammans med två nyrenoverade sovrum, ett litet vardagsrum och nytt badrum. WIFI och kabel-TV finns tillgängliga. Klippformationen på framsidan av huset är en fantastisk klättringsplats för både barn och vuxna och är också den perfekta miljön för familjefoton. Ligger mitt på vägen mellan ingången till Rocky Mountain National Park och centrala Estes Park, är vi mindre än 2 miles från antingen.

Mountain home

House was great! Everything was clean and we were able to see elk and mule deer right from the living room. Gave our group of 7 plenty of room! Would definitely book this place again

Wonderful

2 families staying in Estes to do hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park. It was a great location to the park & close to town. Wonderful just chilling on the decks,watching wildlife & the views, lounging in the living room, cooking in the kitchen and enjoying meals at the large table with all of us. We even took advantage of the many games & puzzles that were provided. Highly recommend this home for families, its very spacious & kid friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice stay!

This property is really nice. Very clean, organized, and full of supplies that a family may possibly need during a trip to the mountains. Communication with the owner is also very smooth and helpful. Pat was a very nice lady she really puts the guest as the top priority. We had some issues on the lock ( it was a problem on our side), she was trying her best to find someone to help us, and in the meanwhile, she gave us some idea on what to do while we were waiting for the person to come. This is a place we definitely will stay again if we are back to Estes Park.

Clean, Spacious and a Great Location

We met and stayed a week at this VRBO. The house is very clean and very well stocked of essential needs. Very spacious and a great location between Estes and RMNP.

Our new favorite rental in Estes Park!

We've been to Estes four times in the last 12 years, and we've stayed at some incredible places, but this is our new favorite! It's close to the National Park and everything in town, yet it's in a less-busy, more-serene location. So quiet, peaceful. Lots of wildlife. A great deck to sit outside and enjoy. So much space for a large family. So clean and well-stocked. Great amenities for kids and babies. Fiber internet! It checks all the boxes. We definitely hope to rent again next year!

Great family getaway

The collection of board games and chess table were unexpected and fun. We attempted a 2000 piece puzzle after completing a 500 piece pharaoh puzzle and had to give up. Maybe next time we will try it again. The house is large, spacious, and well decorated. It was a great place to stay!

Great House in a Great Location

The house was perfect for our party of 6. Location was perfect for us. A quick drive to RMNP and downtown Estes Park. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Mountain view and plenty of wildlife in the area. Would highly recommend this house for your family's vacation.

Perfect Stay!

Beautiful property and very clean. It was perfect for 2 families with children. Pat and the property manager, Kristina, were so kind and gracious. A very unexpected 1st snow of the season happened the weekend we were there and Kristina was there within an hour after I called to ensure the drive was clear for us to get out safely. Pat called, as well, to check in and make sure that we were safe and had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful Fall Weekend

We had an awesome stay for 5 days this fall. This is the third time we’ve been back to this home and it is always a treat. Very clean, great location, well stocked, and the communication with the owners is very easy and they are very helpful! We look forward to returning again! Can’t say enough good things about this. For a family it’s the best in Estes!

Very Nice Propery

The house was great and provided everything we needed. The only caution i had was the road that the property is on is not at all maintained and makes it difficult to het in and out of the driveway. The property owner did make not of the easiest way to navigate the road. Other than this, it was a great stay.

Very spacious and affordable

Lots of room for all of us to spread out at a great price. Thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. Proximity to RMNP was perfect. The home is even better in person than in the photos. Communication with the owner was thorough and prompt.

Great house for families

Plenty of room for kids and adults. Very well stocked with kitchen supplies as well as odds and ends. We used their extensive selection of puzzles. Decorations inside the home were very eclectic and colorful, a surprise around every corner.

Great Family Vacation Home!

My family and I enjoyed this beautiful home! Our favorite spots were the outside deck with a mountain view and the quiet side deck for morning coffee. The large dining table and the game table were perfect for eating meals and playing games together. The location was so convenient, close to downtown and the national park.

The fully equipped kitchen made it a joy to prepare meals, and the comfortable bedrooms ensured a restful night's sleep. The outdoor spaces, including a fire pit and grill, were perfect for gathering with the family. The location of the property was ideal for exploring Estes Park and the surrounding area. It was just a short drive away from Rocky Mountain National Park, offering easy access to breathtaking hiking trails, wildlife sightings, and mesmerizing scenic drives.
