Just what we hoped for and the perfect location for access to the park and town. Very comfortable and clean home. Great layout for our three generations. Kids loved the toys and games, and the river nearby. House was stocked with everything we needed!Hope to return and stay again. Highly recommend!

Wedding week. Home was above my expectations. I would recommend this home to any people wanting a lovely home accessible to Estes, but you can sit on the deck and experience near silence. Beautiful river access. Most complete kitchen, just a complete package. I will be back.

We really loved this place. Very welcoming and comfortable. Quiet location. Large enough to allow members of group to get away to their own space when needed. Nice large kitchen, bedrooms and baths. Plenty of kitchen utensils and cooking items. Location is close to RMNP, where we spent most of our time, but also great access to town of Estes Park.

Great base for RMNP adventures

Our family group (parents and 20something kids) had an excellent stay! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for breakfast before a day in the park and dinner afterwards. Our group had plenty of space in the 3 bedrooms. The proximity to RMNP was outstanding!! Highly recommend

The townhome was great. It was very close to the river which made a wonderful sound track for the week. Everyone enjoyed the space. Everything we needed was right there.

This home was absolutely fabulous. We had so much room for everyone to move around and have their own space. But also areas we could all hang out. This house will be my go to place everytime. The host made sure everything was perfect.

Felt like home

We loved the location and how appropriately the house was furnished. Kitchen was nicely stocked with plenty of cookware. We loved the space to be able to spread out and enjoy! Will definitely look to book again when we go back to Estes Park!

Comfortable home in great location

We loved our stay in this comfortable, roomy home. You can enjoy the sound of the river from the balcony, or view the stars. The house is perfectly located away from the crowds of downtown Estes Park, but still close to the entrance to RMNP. The house is well-supplied and very clean. Highly recommend it!
