Home away from home

An impeccable lovely 3 bedroom townhome just steps away from the marina in gorgeous St. James Plantation. Our host Judy made certain our stay was perfect throughout. If your travels take you to St. James I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here.

Beautiful Property

We really enjoyed our stay at Tom and Judy's rental. It is well-maintained, clean, and has all the items needed for a great stay. The king in the master was extremely comfortable. Communication with the owners was prompt and check-in was a breeze. We loved walking the nearby marina and going to the beach.

The condo was great!

Very nice place in St.James. While the community is very nice, the drive in and out was a bit tedious, particularly when the West gate was not open for guests. Oak island beach was very nice. Wide and no painful shells to walk through.

place was clean but i call them roaches down there they call them water bugs found and killed 5

clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils . a/c works on the bottom floor great top floor went out for 1 night then came back on. not bad if it was not for the bug problem it would been very nice .

Amazing Property

My family thoroughly enjoyed our time in Oak Island and our stay at this condo. The drive to the beach and parking was not an issue for us at all. The condo is beautiful and with the high ceilings, we felt like we were in a house. We enjoyed the closeness to the marina and spent several evenings enjoying drinks at 315 Beacon. The only tricky part was the gate hours and remembering which gate to go to when coming home after dinner. This was explained clearly by the owners but, when we were out enjoying ourselves we didn't think about the gates. Not a big deal at all just added time to getting back to the condo when we had to drive to the main gate. Would highly recommend this property.

Great condo, great location. Owner was prompt with her responses. It was clean and well stocked. The only modification I would make would be to have a ceiling fan on the screened porch. Everything else was awesome!

Wonderful Place in a Quaint Marina Community

This was a perfect place to stay with my family as we were having a 55th wedding anniversary for my parents who live in the same neighborhood. The place was Awesome: a. spotless b. huge bedrooms and a ton of space and bathrooms c two balcony's d. Great Kitchen for entertaining e. 1 min walk to a nice quiet beautiful pool. f. 5 min walk to Marina with restaurant with great Ice Tea, drinks, food as well as an outside bar. g. A very safe neighborhood h. A beach pass to Oak Island beach I. A 15 min drive to the cutest town of Southport J. A closet full of beach chairs. This is a great place to stay, relax, and enjoy!

Sparkling clean, tastefully furnished, super convenient. The perfect spot to investigate St James Plantation, which is also an impressive place. Loved the screened in porch for morning coffee.

Beautiful & Spacious

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful St. James condo. The condo was very clean, spacious and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Tom and Judy are excellent hosts, they go above and beyond by offering amenities that many do not, such as beach towels, chairs and cooler. We will definitely stay here again when coming back to the Southport/Oak Island area.

Great hidden gem

This condo was perfectly tucked in a private community that was very nicely kept, clean, and safe, within minutes from the beach. We love Oak Island and this was a great place to stay! There are ample beach chairs for your stay, and a very well stocked condo!
