Utmana dina resekamrater till en omgång badminton i trädgården! Eller foosball och ping-pong i bottenvåningen fritidsrum. Det finns gott om utrymme att sprida ut eller komma tillsammans för fantastiska måltider inifrån och ut. På tal om matlagning - köket är nyligen uppdaterat och välutrustat - inklusive en kaffe- och testation för att starta morgonen!

Du kommer inte att sakna för underhållning och teknik heller! Det finns 4 platt-TV-apparater i hela huset. Det stora sovrummet och vardagsrums-TV-apparaterna är utrustade med full kabel, HBO, Netflix, Apple TV och surroundljud. Rec-TV: n har kabel- och DVD / VHS-spelare. Och det finns en skivspelare (med ett urval av vinylskivor) integrerad med Sonos ljudsystem. Du kan lika enkelt ansluta din önskade enhet med den medföljande AUX-kabeln.

Parkering:

Poolvärmare:
Poolen hålls i badkondition året runt, men värms endast från 25 maj till mitten av september. Vid uppvärmning är temperaturen mellan 75 och 80 grader. Det är en solvärmare, så vattentemperaturen kan variera på molniga dagar.

Trappa:
Det finns tre trappuppsättningar till huset: en uppsättning från parkeringsplatsen till ytterdörren - utanför; från bakre däck till lägre nivå däck och gård - utanför; från det viktigaste vardagsrummet till bottenvåningen rec rum och garage - inuti. Varje uppsättning är ungefär en trappor.

Stängsel och säkerhet vid poolen:
Trädgården är helt inhägnad och det finns grindar på toppen av trappan från övre däck till undre däck där badtunnan och poolen är belägna. För säkerhet finns det låsande poolgrindar med larm. Läs inhemsk information för låsnings- och larminstruktioner.

N��rhet till vingårdar:
Korbel Winery är den närmaste vingården vid 4. 8 miles, men det finns två smakprovrum i centrala Guerneville 2 miles från huset.

Närmaste Ocean Beach:
Kuststränderna i Jenner är ca. 15 mil.

Cozy getaway

Such a cute and comfortable space! The hosts put a lot of care into the home that made it warm and welcoming. When any issues came up the hosts were responsive and helpful.

Our 3rd summer stay!

This is our 3rd summer stay. And we clearly love it! Great size for our family. Feels like home away from home. Grateful our dog can always come. The pool is amazing for those hot summer afternoon and evenings. Easy walk to a great beach super friendly water flow for kids. I’d love to see some deck maintenance by the pool, all these years in the same boards are still loose and need repair. It was also unfortunate not to be able to leave the back door open off the kitchen for airflow because of the bees and the screen door was broken. I’d love to see that repaired. Overall, we love this property and will be back next year! Thank you!

Awesome Experience

Had a great time. 1st time stay in the area and it was a blast. Close to river and short drive to ocean. The house had great amenities for my teenage daughter and her friends. Very pleased with the overall trip.

Perfect getaway for family and dog

We couldn't have been more pleased with Rise and Shine! We enjoyed hanging out in the great room and eating meals on the deck overlooking the pool/hot tub. Played many games of ping pong in the blessedly cool basement and badminton as well. The private beach at the river was a ten minute walk away, a joy for our dog. Thanks and hope to come again!

Family Vacation

Rise & Shine is one of the nicest properties we have ever stayed at. The interior is very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. If I had to come up with a negative it would have to be that the games were missing pieces or the pieces were in another game. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood beach was wonderful and the people we met there were so nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Rise and Shine

We were lucky to find this home this weekend. It’s a quiet neighborhood about a mile from downtown Guerneville. Had a hot tub and pool. Had a wonderful game room downstairs with ping-pong, fuzzball, pool table and darts. There were six of us and it was just enough space that we didn’t bump into each other.

Good Getaway

We rented this place for a getaway with grandparents visiting from out of state. Our kids 2 & 6 loved the property and we had plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked with many appliances that don’t come standard with a rental (although we couldn’t find a pizza cutter). There were kid dishes as well. There was a pack and play and high chair that were unexpected but useful. We thought that April might be warm enough to use the pool, but it wasn’t. The game room downstairs also is not temp controlled, but we just bundled up and turned on the space heater when we wanted to play pool in the evening. There is private river access a short walk away and we saw an otter on our first day. Overall, a good place to relax.

Not as advertised

The house and amenities are NOT as advertised. Photos on website are out of date/not accurate. The house was not clean even though cleaning people were still in the house after checkin. We told them they could finish cleaning. But, some of the dirt and grime has clearly been in the house for years. The kitchen drawers and cabinets were sticky to touch. Furniture in the game room was old and stained - not been cleaned in any way for a very long time. The owners must have just moved the old discarded furniture from the house downstairs when it was no longer fit for use in the living room. The window screen in the master bedroom was torn so mosquitoes and insects could come inside. The outdoor deck is even worse than the house. Boards are warped with nails sticking up from them. Pool was dirty upon arrival and there was not even a net to clean out the debris. Management said the next day was pool cleaning day. We never saw or heard anybody cleaning the pool. The pool is definitely not heated with no sign of solar heating. The photos show the pool in different condition than now. The pool had uneven bottom – in places the pool bottom would dip by as much as a foot. The trim of the pool was a fake board pretending to be tile. The whole pool was edged with some type of brick/stone that was not evenly placed and that had nails sticking out as well. The deck area had not been cleaned anytime recently. The furniture was covered in debris and leaves and a layer of dirt. When we moved one of the chairs we found somebody else’s trash underneath (used paper towel or some kind of wrapper). Russian River Vacation Homes was the management company for the property and they did a poor job. They lied about having been at the house working on the Wi-fi which had been out when we arrived. We were there when they claimed they were just there. They gave us misinformation before booking about the use of kayaks during our stay (they tried to refuse but we sent them the emails which confirmed they had said boats would be available for us) then they made an effort to help. There was no beach gear like the website claimed - no cooler or even beach chairs. Neighborhood beach was barely usable because the residents permanently set up their tents and chairs and kayaks to “reserve” their space leaving little room on the small beach for visitors. This may be our worst VRBO stay and we will not trust Russian River Vacation Homes again. Be careful of scam.

Weekend Get Away

This property was even better than we had hoped. We rented it for a weekend trip with friends to get out of the city. The space, pool, hot tub, were all perfect and the fact that we could bring our two dogs made it that much better. Would stay again 100%

Family-friendly with great features and amenities

Walking distance to the river with access to a private neighborhood beach. Kayaks, various flotation rafts, beach chairs, a cooler, life vests and everything else you need to spend a day at or ON the river. Our kids also loved the pool, jacuzzi, ping pong table and many board games. We played several games of Clue. My only recommendation is to add a Sonos speaker to the game room. Overall, a fantastic vacation rental!

We love this house

We had a fantastic weekend at Rise and Shine, and were very impressed with all of the amenities. We were not expecting it to be so accommodating for three couples with kids, but it was amazing. From the pool and hottub and sprawling deck, to the extremely well-stocked kitchen, to the amazing game room downstairs to the big comfy living room, we were more than comfortable all weekend. Not to mention you get access to the private beach down the street, and the house is dog-friendly. We will definitely be back!

Exceptional Property with everything we needed

My friends and I absolutely loved our experience. The house was beautifully designed with space for plenty of people to gather either outdoors or indoors. The ping-pong and foosball tables in the basement were an especially nice treat. I also must say that the inflatable unicorn is real! We had so much fun just hanging out by the pool and hot tub. Even the little things worked well, from the wifi, to the cable, to plenty of hot water.
