Förutom det bekvÀma lÀget, Àr detta ovanligt stor plats intill en bÀck och restaurerade infödda strand livsmiljö med enstaka grodor och regnbÄgslax i trÀdgÄrden.

HjÀrtat av huset Àr den exklusiva, vÀlutrustade och informell kök. De funktioner inkluderar; en bonus grönsak diskbÀnk med multi-pur filtrerat vatten, alla rostfria vitvaror och enkel genomslag layout med massor av arbetsstationer. Matsalen öppnar ut mot bÄde uteplats och dÀck för sömlös friluftsliv.

Huset byggdes med universella normer för utformning: nivÄ Ätkomst; badrum handfat, badkar, dusch och toalett allt diskret utformade för rullstol tilltrÀde. Liksom en fÀrgad betong, enda nivÄ, strÄlande golvvÀrme i hela.

Alla tre sovrummen har bra funktioner, lÀmplig för par eller en familj insamling. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-sÀng och dubbel dusch. Andra sovrummet har dubbelsÀng med eget badrum och hollÀndska dörren till Creek. Tredje (barn) sovrum har 2 uppsÀttningar vÄningssÀngar (twin över hela) en katedral tak och intilliggande badrum med sex fot tub..Den har gas spis, drottning bÀddsoffa och tung gardin för privatlivet. Extra madrass, luft sÀngar, fjÀder sÀngar och sÀngklÀder för större grupper.

Perfect Home, Property and Location for Group of 11Everyone was so pleased with the features, layout, and indoor and outdoor accommodations for our large group. The home was well-designed and comfortable. Beds were great. The grounds were attractive and well kept. It was less than a 5-minute walk to magnificent Stinson Beach, and there are many nice hiking trails in this area. We had fun day trips to Point Reyes National Seashore, Muir Woods, Marshall, and Petaluma.The house listing was accurate, and Don was superb in providing timely response and assistance.I would love to return for another stay at this property.

The property was wonderful. It was beautiful but very approachable. The outdoor living spaces were a garden of peace and tranquility. Ample seating for a seated dinner for 12. We had a private chef cook our birthday dinner and it was lovelier than any restaurant patio dining. Our host was super attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Just a delight all around. The location was ideal. The beach was a few steps from the backyard and the surf and kayak rental shop was just steps away. A short walk into town for pastries, ice cream and coffee. Looking forward to re-booking soon! A huge thank you to our hosts.

Beautiful May Trip to Stinson

We came for a wedding with 5 couples and the house was perfectly set up to accommodate our group. The kitchen was fully stocked and the entire house was clean. Everything in Stinson is just a few minutes walk away. Don was a very responsive host and was kind enough to ship some items we had forgotten at the house.

Fabulous Stinson Beach House

Absolutely wonderful beach house at Stinson Beach! Lots of room for the entire family (we had a group of 6 adults and two granddaughters 6 and 3). Each couple had their own space and bathroom! The house was perfectly situated for a large group. Just a brief walk to the beach. Loved the hot tub and outdoor entertaining area. We even brought our dog. Don was a wonderful host and available if we had any questions. We will be back again :) Thank you Don for a perfect beach birthday celebration in your beautiful beach house!

Great family and dog friendly house

We all had such a great weekend at this beach house. It was well equipped and so spacious and convenient. The beds were very comfortable. Easy checkin, great communication, couldn't have been better!

Beautiful home close to beach and town

The house is wonderful and giant. This house is on one of the private roads that ends in the beach and is perfect for easy visits with small kids to the beach. It is also close enough to town for adults to walk easily and kids to go via the beach without having to move cars. There are many different areas to spend time as a group or have privacy. The house was super clean and exactly as described!

Great House,

Great house and excellent location. There were 8 of us and everyone enjoyed the stay. The house is very comfortable, plenty of beds for the group and the kitchen was well stocked. Something you don't often see in rented properties. Don, the owner, was very easy to contact and responsive to our questions and comments. We would do it again!.

Family Celebration

Great location 
 close to the beach and to town. Plenty of beds and sleeper sofas. Really comfy gathering space for old and young. Clean finishes and easy to keep neat. Outdoor showers were great. We were there with our four daughters and their husbands along with 7 grands (8-18) and 2 small dogs. We all loved it!!!! Thank you!

Wonderful Property!

Very nice, clean, spacious and comfortable! We stayed just after Christmas and through New Years and it turned out to be a perfect vacation. Right near the beach, just a few steps away, and good surfing too. We were especially surprised and delighted to find a fully lit and sparkling 8-foot CHRISTMAS TREE waiting for us on our arrival. The hot tub was a welcome treat after our various outdoor adventures. Thank you so much, Don, we had an excellent stay 💜

Dynamite beach spot

The Coop was an incredible stay! It is spacious, clean, and full of amenities. Location couldn’t be better—it’s a one-minute walk to the beach. You can also walk to the shops and restaurants in 5 minutes. It was in a quiet neighborhood. We particularly enjoyed the sound system in the communal areas and outside; the variety of seating inside and outside; the updated bathrooms and kitchen; and the event-friendliness of the rental. We hosted 30 people for an afternoon event, and it was perfect. Don was a great host. He always responded immediately to our texts. Overall, it was amazing! We highly recommend staying here!!

Mom and Dad Plus 3 Daughters Family Vacation

Unbelievable! As a former 26-year resident of Stinson Beach, I was familiar with the town . . . but Not this house. It met all our needs - close to "downtown", the Park, the Beach! Roomy, lots of space inside and out! The one concern going in: the weather! It turned out to be sunny everyday - with low tides available for perfect running and exploration. I also can't thank the owner enough - for the attention to details and the flexibility (one dog added). It was definitely a Privilege to live on his property!

Place was absolutely perfect for our purposes, with most folks flying in from the East Coast to stay before a wedding in Sausalito. The house was able to comfortably fit 13 adults and the grill and hot tub were great bonuses for the evenings at the house. The location is also great, close to the beach from two sides of the house and a five minute walk into town.

Seriously amazing property. A once in a lifetime experience. We hosted our wedding reception here and our family and friends loved the home. Huge property and plenty of space. Street dead ends into the beach. Don was very friendly the entire process and even let my husband and I tour the property a few months before our stay to ensure it was exactly what we were looking for. No complaints what so ever! Best rental we have ever stayed in!

Spectacular!!

Our group of 16 adults and children all enjoyed The Coop tremendously! The property was exceptional, inside and out. Everyone had a comfy place to sleep, there were lots of cute spaces to hang out outside, the beach was nearby, and the house had everything we needed. Don was an especially kind and responsive host. Our entire group agreed that we would love to go back and stay at this house again in the future!

Family get together

We gathered for almost a week at Don’s solar powered beach house to celebrate my father’s 80th birthday with our extended family and it was just the place for our group to spend that time. Beds were all very comfortable. Especially the pullout couches! They had memory foam! I slept on them all but one night and must say I woke up very well rested without any of the typical aches and pains from normal sofa beds. The kitchen was well stocked,

Excellent setting for a family retreat

Our family (ranging from 3 to 70 years) has one an annual retreat for seven years. This year we selected Solar-Powered Dream Vacation Property for a five-night stay. We had a wonderful stay and the house won many votes for the ‘best ever’.Check-in was easy and the house was very clean when we arrived. There was a small issue with the hot tub Don had the technician there with a few hours to resolve it. We found the house extremely well equipped (linens, beach towels and toys, games/puzzles/toys, kitchen pots, pans, and utensils, etc.). The kitchen was extremely functional and cooked all meals at the house and shared the large dining table. The location is very convenient with loads of parking. The beach was less than a five-minute walk and we took full advantage. Even though there are houses nearby, the house was extremely quiet and peaceful. There are numerous comfortable places for folks to gather or to have alone time. Most of the house has been recently redone and was inviting and comfortable.Unfortunately, now we have to decide whether to rebook for next year (would be a first) or keep trying new places.

Amazing stay

The property is truly a wonderful oasis right next to the beach. The heat porch, hot tub, garden, and proximity to the ocean are just what you need for a beach vacation. My family stayed here during my wedding and it was just a relaxing and spacious space for us to reconnect. Thank you Don!

Perfect Family Reunion

My husband and I hosted our 4 daughters, 4 sons-in-laws and 5 grandchildren ages 1-5 for 5 nights of beach fun!! Four en suite bedrooms, one with a comfy pull-out couch (all with beautiful hotel-like bathrooms) were perfect for the parents and their littles. My husband and I gave up bedroom privacy but still enjoyed excellent twin mattresses (and sleep) in the “stairway” access room! Doors and walls provided excellent sound barriers so adults could party after littles went to bed. Outside patio was perfect. Kitchen had everything needed for meal preparation. Large fridge and ample freezer space. Excellent washer and dryer. Steps from the ocean and sand!! Seashell hunting is abundant. And lastly, a short walk from town with restaurants and kid park!! House owner available for text answers when needed. We will be back!!

Great Stay!
