We will be back! This place is a gem. Restful, well-equipped, and steps away from delicious places to eat, beautiful beaches. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, lots of extras (puzzles, games, beach toys), which made it the perfect retreat.

Great Stay!

Perfect property for a fun getaway with 2 families and teen boys.Loved the hot tub and all the different areas to unwind and relax. Kitchen was great too! Will definitely book again.

Place was absolutely perfect for our purposes, with most folks flying in from the East Coast to stay before a wedding in Sausalito. The house was able to comfortably fit 13 adults and the grill and hot tub were great bonuses for the evenings at the house. The location is also great, close to the beach from two sides of the house and a five minute walk into town.

Fabulous Easter weekend

We loved everything about the property. It was so convenient to downtown and the beach. The six and seven year old kids spent every waking moment at the beach!We are definitely planning on going back!

Amazing stay

The property is truly a wonderful oasis right next to the beach. The heat porch, hot tub, garden, and proximity to the ocean are just what you need for a beach vacation. My family stayed here during my wedding and it was just a relaxing and spacious space for us to reconnect. Thank you Don!

Great family friendly house

Beautiful home with lots of room to spread out. The beds were very comfortable, large outdoor area for hanging out, close to the beach and walking distance to town. Really enjoyed our stay at The Coop.

Don is super communicative and welcoming. The house is just as described with lots of sleeping options for our crew, and the kitchen is fully stocked (and then some). The hot tub is a nice treat, and everything inside and out is well-maintained. We loved the location and everything about Stinson Beach. Our crew of four adults, six kids, and one dog were sad to leave this great property.

Best Place in Stinson

Wonderful home for a large family! Comfortable bed, lots of options. Sooo close to the beach, no need to use cars once there. Plenty of parking and TVs everywhere! The owner was so approachable and helpful! Loved our stay!!

Amazing house right by the beach

The house is an amazing setup for a larger family and friends stay. Each room has access to their own bathroom and there is a lot of privacy. The house is well stocked and the outdoor space is fantastic. We appreciate how quickly the owner communications were too. I highly recommend this house for your beach stay!

A total blessing! Beautiful home, with ALL the perfect amenities! Ability to stretch out, enjoy the house, garden, fire pit, spa, and of course the incredible Pacific Ocean!Wish we could have stayed longer, would definitely consider coming back. The perfect vacay for our family of 19!

Lovely Beach Side Comfortable Home

We were a family of 10 adults and four kids who thoroughly enjoyed staying in this spacious , well-appointed home in Stinson Beach. We were able to cook each of our three nights in the well equipped kitchen. Walking to the beach was simple due to the great location. The house has many nice amenities, such comfortable bed and very nice bathrooms. Highly recommend!

The perfect house

This house was great for our family and dog. Just steps from the beach, a short walk to town and everything you need to relax and have a great vacation. I love a rental that doesn’t feel like a rental. Comfortable beds, quality linens, and everything you need to feel at home. We all had a great time!

Wonderful Stay - Just as Described and Pictured

Everything about this stay was wonderful. The location can’t be beat. The house itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, very clean, and very welcoming and comfortable. I stayed here with 9 friends for a few days and then family, including little ones, arrived for a couple days. The house worked well for adults and children. The host was easy to work with; good communication.
