Our favorite vacation

Property was as described
clean, safe and in the perfect location. We took my 7yo daughter for spring break and she had the best time. The beach was a very short walk away and the pool was perfect and never crowded. Will definitely be back!

Convenient

It's a great place for the price. Has a few Tommy Bahama chairs for the beach and some other items. Nicest beach on the island. Can be on beach in less than 5 minutes. Nice to be able to leave beach for a snack or bathroom break as the beach does not have facilities. Various restaurant options within 10 min walk. Dedicated close parking spot. Especially on weekends earplug can be handy for sleeping as the 1-4am party crowd (engines, horn, siren, yelling) moves on the street below.

The location is outstanding, next to anything you may need. Condition of apartment is superb. Excellently kept. Next to large hotels with casinos, great restaurants, etc. Highly recommend. Anything needed for beach or shopping is in the apartment.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Puerto Rico!! Our accomodations were tremendous. Veey clean and equipped with everything you would need for a beach vacation. If tou plan a trip to Puerto Rico, you must use Gabriel as your host. He was very professional and provided excellent communication throughout our stay.

Beautiful

The home is located in a very convenient spot with the beach being a one minute walk away and many stores and food places within walking distance. There were no disturbances and it felt very safe. The only down side was we were not able to have access to the pool amenity the entire stay because of tools being left inside the pool area.

Great location

It's a great place for the price. Bed is comfortable. Has a couple Tommy Bahama chairs for the beach and some other items. Nicest beach on the island. Can be on beach in less than 5 minutes including elevator time. Which is also fast and smooth. Nice to be able to leave beach for a snack or bathroom break as the beach does not have facilities. Great beach location, property is just as described. The property owner was very responsive! The check in process was very smooth, one parking included and very close access to the beach and restaurants.

We enjoyed everything. The only possible improvement that I can think about is additional kitchen utencils. Especially glass bawls for preparing salads, tea kettle (coffee maker is not convinient enough tool).

LOVED the location. The host was on point anytime I needed information. I was able to go to the beach with everything I needed (chairs, cooler, floating noodles
except towels
but I was fine with that), provided by the host. The internet service was not as strong as I needed it (I work remotely), but I brought my hotspot just in case and I was fine. Loved the Security team felt safe and they had a wonderful disposition ( very kind & helpful). Anything & everything is in the immediate surroundings

Love, Love , Love Puerto Rico so much so I had to buy this place the minute I saw it. It was a diamond in the rough when I first bought it in 2003 and I have transformed it into my small piece of paradise.

Location, Location, Location. That was the #1 reason I purchased this condominium. It is located right in the middle of everything and I mean everything. Ie. Beach, casinos, restaurant, transportation, shopping you name it. I'm sure you will agree once you stay in my place.
