Completely furnished, internet two big TV's Restaurant hotels and bars within walking distance...great night life..17th floor beautiful water views from the bay! front door camaras for your safety...24/7 security, beach chairs and cooler available...
Best beaches in San Juan..uber available, keyless entry comfortable and upgraded...sorry building does not allow pets.. children under 13 must have prior approval...sorry no accommodations for infants.
keyless electronic lock check yourself in and out...Parking upon request $5 dollars per day except for longer than 10 days stay. Apt for 3 people only $50 per day for a 3rd and 4th person! must give notice for approval. Wheelchairs are not allowed inside the apt. they must be left outside! The place was beautiful and very close to restaurants and all kind of stores, also minutes away from the airport. Had easy access to the beach and the pool was clean and pleasant water temperature. The apt. was clean & the host had left beach chairs, beach towels and other little things we could use at the beach. Even tho it didnt have an ocean view, the view to the bay(puente Moscoso) was pretty as well & got infused with the night life & fun spirit from the main strip(city sounds)-but once the sliding door was closed, you heard nothing. When we arrived, the city was having water issues!! The 1st 3 days water was regulated to 4 hrs a day. But even with that percance we had a great time. The host had informed us about the issue & graciously extended our check-out time. We would return here.

Here’s a polished and enthusiastic review you can use:âž»Absolutely loved our stay at this apartment! It was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and just a short drive to the mall, airport, and even Old San Juan via Uber. The pool and beach are literally steps from the lobby, which made relaxing so easy and convenient. The building’s security team is top-notch—friendly, attentive, and truly committed to keeping the property safe and in great shape. Just a tip: always keep your fob with you—you’ll need it to access just about everything, though the staff is gracious and helpful if you forget. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Was an amazing stay! Loved the view! Loved the communication was able to have with the host! The home felt just like a home & was great! Me & my mother & sister loved it! Right on the beach, with a pool as well! Great great food options in the area, all walkable! Transportation distance from the airport isnt so far, its great!

Great location, safe and clean

Kitchen had everything you need (even basic condiments) Location was great: direct beach access, pool, kids playground, grill stations, grocery stores and plenty of restaurants within walking distance Not ocean view but it over looks the city, San José Lagoon and mountains at a distance. You can also spot planes making final approach. Since it is located on 17th, the noise from street was not big problem. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler provided. Lounge chairs available for rent at beach There was also a massage tent. Bed was very comfortable (pillow top but firm) Did not try the sofa bed but looked big enough for 2.

It was right on the beach, it was a perfect stay. There was a strip of bars and restaurants right infront of the condo as well which was amazing as they stay open all night. The area is a safe and convenient place as well. We definitely enjoyed our stay here.

The reservation was done by a third party, when I got to the Apt it didn’t included washer & dryer. It was an unwelcome surprise.Everything else was good.

50th birthday

My friend Jen and I were celebrating our 50th birthdays. The condo was super cute and perfect for us! The beach is right outside the back door of the condo building and plenty of restaurants in walking distance from quick and easy to really nice and fancy! Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Condo in Great Beach location

We enjoyed regular communications from the owner/manager regarding our stay. The unit is exactly as shown in the listing. We loved watching the nightly activity and hopping down to the beach/pool every day. Great location to everything by foot or by car if you decide to rent one. Parking is included which was amazing for us as we toured the island. We will absolutely stay again.

Beautiful home

This property was gorgeous!! Beautifully decorated. Host added so many personal touches to elevate our stay. Host communicated throughout booking giving a clear description of the condo and how to get in. The location was right in the middle of everything. No car needed to explore the area but the available parking space is a wonderful option. Proximity to the beach was less than 2 minutes (beach towels, chair, cooler and umbrella avail). We also loved the view from the balcony. Thank you for staying on the phone with us until we got it. You are truly a blessing.

Isla Verde beach get away

This property has everything you need great with accommodation upto 3. Everything was extremely clean and updated. I would definitely recommend it. The only negative is the pizza city is right across the street and you can hear everything. Otherwise it is a great location. Dee was very responsive to any of our needs.

Dee was very prompt and communicative with us before we even booked! The room was great and as advertised and the location was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, water pressure was good, and a/c was powerful. We really enjoyed the beach access, too!
