Great Stay

The location and amenities were excellent. Beach, pools excellent. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. I highly recommend this VRBO location.

50th birthday

My friend Jen and I were celebrating our 50th birthdays. The condo was super cute and perfect for us! The beach is right outside the back door of the condo building and plenty of restaurants in walking distance from quick and easy to really nice and fancy! Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Condo in Great Beach location

We enjoyed regular communications from the owner/manager regarding our stay. The unit is exactly as shown in the listing. We loved watching the nightly activity and hopping down to the beach/pool every day. Great location to everything by foot or by car if you decide to rent one. Parking is included which was amazing for us as we toured the island. We will absolutely stay again.

The reservation was done by a third party, when I got to the Apt it didn’t included washer & dryer. It was an unwelcome surprise.Everything else was good.

Amazing Vacation

Very clean close to transportation the building was very quite. I l9ved the pool area and the beach was 20 steps away. Amazing place to stay. I will definitely stay here again.

Amazing location & great comfy condo!

Communication with host was amazing before our arrival & only time we had a question they were easily available. This is a great spot with everything you need to make for a comfortable & relaxing get away. Location is perfect for those that want to be able to just walk to plenty of places to eat & play!

Isla Verde beach get away

This property has everything you need great with accommodation upto 3. Everything was extremely clean and updated. I would definitely recommend it. The only negative is the pizza city is right across the street and you can hear everything. Otherwise it is a great location. Dee was very responsive to any of our needs.

Beautiful home

This property was gorgeous!! Beautifully decorated. Host added so many personal touches to elevate our stay. Host communicated throughout booking giving a clear description of the condo and how to get in. The location was right in the middle of everything. No car needed to explore the area but the available parking space is a wonderful option. Proximity to the beach was less than 2 minutes (beach towels, chair, cooler and umbrella avail). We also loved the view from the balcony. Thank you for staying on the phone with us until we got it. You are truly a blessing.

My family and I stood at this property and it did not disappoint. The apartment came fully equipped with everything we needed and more! Location was walking distance to restaurants and casino, and the back yard beach entrance was an added bonus. Would 100% recommend this property to all who are visiting Puerto Rico.

Excellent!

Wonderful two weeks in Carolina. Communication with the host was above and beyond expectations. Unit was so inviting, well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. We can’t wait to return.

Gem on the beach.

Property was secure, well equipped like if you where home. Owner took great care of property it was clean and updated. Owner was helpful and just a call away, I’ve stayed in this area many times and this condo is my favorite. On beach, walking distance to everything or Uber away. Would stay here again.

City Living

Very close to everything in the city a plus even with a car or Uber. However, it was a lot noisier than I expected especially given that we were on the 17th floor. Extra beach/bath towels would be helpful for longer stays. I would suggest sharing an inventory of what is actually available for use in apartment; for example, we only saw two beach chairs at first then found/saw others at the end of trip. King bed was very comfortable!
