Centralt beläget Serra Mesa, ibland kallad "Birdland" eftersom alla gatorna är uppkallade efter fåglar. Det är ett bostadsområde strax norr om Mission Valley, 1/2 mil från ingången till Interstate 163 som ansluter till andra stora motorvägar, och ungefär en tio minuters bilresa till de flesta attraktioner, centrala San Diego, Balboa Park, djurparken, Sea World , Qualcomm Stadium, Petco Park, Old Town, Seaport Village och San Diego International Airport (SAN). Det är 20 minuter till Tijuana-gränsen och 30 minuter till Lego-landet, Wild Animal Park och flera kasinon. Detta är fantastiskt centralt läge.

Huset har 4 sovrum. Sovrum bredvid sovrummet fungerar som ett kontor med en kvalitet futon om det behövs för att sova och har en dörr till trädgården. Sovrummet och det fjärde sovrummen har båda privata bad. Huvudbadet har ett klo fots badkar som kom från Hotel San Diego.

Poolen är en trevlig stor pool med 9 ft djup ände, ett säkerhetsstak och självstängande grind.

Parkering finns i carport och alltid gott om gatuparkering. Även om du har en båt eller släp finns det gatan runt hörnet som har gott om utrymme och grannen har säkerhetskamera som tittar på gatan.

Great place to spend some family time

We were very pleased with the property. It was just as it was advertised… maybe better. The pool was bigger than we thought. We had a great time and great communication with the owners. We would highly recommend!

Vacation

Loved having the 4 bedrooms. The older boys in the bunk beds and baby had his own room with pack n play. The 3 bathrooms were all used. This house had everything you will need with kids. The pool and hot tub, the kids loved after our busy days. They didn’t want to come home.

Perfect location

We were trying to escape the dreary gray cold of Vermont and this house was perfect for our needs. This house is located perfectly to visit the zoo, Petco Park, Balboa Park, Little Italy, Ocean Beach and a whale watching tour. The house itself is well equipped and decorated smartly. The three bathrooms met our needs and the pool and the hot tub were great for the end of the day.

Just what we needed!

We had a great stay at the property. It was just as described and just what we needed. We had plenty of room for our family (ages from 79 to 3) and ALL the beds were comfortable! The neighborhood was great and the house was close to all the activities we had planned. Easy on/off access to the interstate was a plus for my parents that aren't used to driving in city traffic! I paid the extra fee to heat the pool since our stay was in March and cooler weather was expected. Looking back I should have saved the money since the kids preferred the hot tub temps much more! John was a great host and easy to get a hold of when needed.

Great family get away

Great location to see San Diego and surrounding area. The house met the needs of our 6 adults and two children. The hot tub was great in the cool weather we had.

The property was centrally located. Easy off and on highways north and south. The bedrooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. Hot tub and pool were nice. Pool was a little cool but we survived. Nice to have laundry facilities but the room needs to be cleaned. The host was an excellent communicator and very responsive

Great Stay!

We stayed here with another family and had a great time. The pool was awesome. The owners very responsive. And the accommodations perfect for the size of our group. Great residential neighbourhood - we were even invited to the neighbourhood block party!

Central location /great space

This was a very nice stay- large enough for a family with plenty of extras. Quick drive to downtown, shopping, and easy access to legoland. A safe neighborhood with easy parking and nicely landscaped. Has a fantastic hot tub for a soak, cool pool, handy laundry, and well equipped kitchen.

Summer Getaway

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. It is centrally located to the beaches, shopping, and main attractions. It took approximately 15 minutes to get to our destinations. The pool is amazing and the back yard offers a private setting. If you’re looking for a place that is affordable, safe, and offers certain amenities such as a pool, then consider staying her at the Birdland home.

Swim laps, soak in the sun, and relax!!!

Need a break? Your prayers have been answered at this cozy property. Swim, barbecue, unwind in the hot tub, and repeat. Communication with the property’s owner is swift and easy. The house is clean and well- appointed. Restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets are close and plentiful. I’m a professional traveler and I approve this message.

San Diego get away

Loved the property, it was close to everything we wanted to do. Everything was clean, instructions were clear. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate and we weren’t able to take advantage of the pool and hot tub. Great place and location.

This was our home before we moved 30 miles North of San Diego. We have refurbished house with tile throughout and added patio door to office/bedroom. Each room has cable and a TV and Wi-Fi is available throughout the house,.

Solar heated pool during swimming season and covered patio. The location is a prime advantage since your are about 10 minutes from most San Diego attractions but still in a quiet residential neighborhood. There is only one street in and out of area so there is no through traffic.
