Underbar Carpinteria Beach getaway ett kvarter till sanden också ett kvarter gångavstånd till restauranger och butiker på huvudgatan Linden Avenue. Hemmet har egen ingång och privat uteplats däck. Vårt hem är en en historia 2 sovrum 1 + 1/2 bad med en fantastisk veranda veranda för BBQ och utomhus middagar eller bara ta i solen. Hemmet är fullt möblerat med ugn / intervall, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kylskåp, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, gaspis och 2 smarta TV-apparater.

Du kan använda våra två surfbrädor, sex cyklar, isbröst på hjul, boogiebrädor, parasoller, strandutrustning, strandstolar och badlakan.

Huset är en perfekt plats att njuta av "världens säkraste strand" -Carpinteria. Vi är walkable till Carpinteria stad med butiker på Linden Avenue och de lokala restaurangerna. Amtrak tågstation 1 kvarter bort och ett stopp till centrala Santa Barbara. Dess om en 10 minuters bilresa, en topp på tåget, eller 10 miles. Du är nära Santa Barbara med alla shoppingcentra och funkzone vinstier. Carpinteria har också stora lokala bryggerier och gourmetrestauranger bara en kort promenad.

Njut av San Ynez Valley och Solvang vinprovning cirka 30 miles bort för att njuta av dessa världsberömda vingårdar.

Comfortable and tasteful

This property was better than described and complete with amenities such as bicycles and a well-equipped kitchen. it's location is suberb--offering a quick walk to town, the beach and evening sunsets. There was nothing lacking and the communication with the owner was excellent.

CLEAN and just as described

A 3-4 min walk down the street to Carpinteria beach. The house has beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, paddles, bikes—perfectly appointed. The house is spotless in whites and the owner/manager is responsive and very easy to work with. Santa Barbara is about a 15 min drive away but there are great restaurants and shopping in Montecito which is about 8-10 minutes away.

Excellent winter beach stay

This house has great amenities, living space and comfy beds - terrific for our family of four's post-Christmas vacation. Just 2 blocks from a broad beach and an easy walk to Carpinteria which we have come to love. We also spend lots of time in Santa Barbara, Montecito, which were easy drives (but the freeway can get backed up). The kitchen is especially well stocked.

Awesome rental - like new, great location and responsive host!

Fantastic stay! Host was very responsive. Rental was like new - kitchen fully stocked, very clean, great layout indoors and outdoors. Superb location - short walk to an amazing stretch of beach and the sweet town of Carpinteria. Bikes and boogie boards were regularly used by our sons! New bike path connecting Carp to SB is a wonderful addition. Have already recommended this rental to friends and hope to return very soon!

Wonderful!

This location is awesome! Short walk to beach. The bikes and amenities included were great to have. What we were most impressed with was the beautiful house. The pictures undersold the home! Absolutely wonderful and would definitely stay there again!

Better than the pictures

Location is amazing and the pictures of the property don’t represent it as good as it is. Gorgeous inside. It rained the majority of the time we stayed there so could not take advantage of the lovely outdoor fire pit but did take a short ride on the bikes around the neighborhood to check out the beach.

Fun fall get away

Carpinteria is a clean, quiet beach town. The house is so close to the fabulous beach! If you open the windows at night you can hear the surf. The house is very well appointed and clean. We really enjoyed our time after dark by the gas fire pit.

Excellent location

Rental was really nice & had everything we needed. Location is fantastic. They recently remodeled so there wasn’t as much privacy as I had hoped for as the fence in the listing was gone but it seems like owner might be trying to address that issue.

Carpinteria Beach House

My family and I stayed here recently, we really enjoyed ourselves! The house was great, location was excellent and the owner was very helpful. The bikes were a huge plus too as everything is within riding distance. We had a 2 year old at the house and everything was very family friendly. Thank you! We will be back soon :)

Great Place close to Beach in Carpinteria

We loved staying at this unit only a short walk from sand. With four people we had plenty of room. The garage had bikes (cruisers w helmets), boogie boards, beach chairs, and more to offer. The second toilet was nice to have. The kitchen looking out into the living room with the dining room table right next to it was where we spent most of our indoor time. Parking in the driveway and right in front of the house was easy and convenient. Restaurants, grocery shopping, and post office a short bike-ride away.

Great Beach Vacation

Really great house and location. Just two blocks from beach and two blocks off of main drag of Linden. The bikes provided was great for our kids and us as it allowed us to get anywhere without the car. Great house for 2 adults and 2 kids. Only bummer was communication was abysmal. We drove 12 hours for this vacation and didn't receive any info until day of the trip. I emailed, called and texted and finally got a response 4 hours before arrival that "key is under mat". On first day I had one question that was answered and another about how to get TV to work that was never responded to. I figured it out. There was no info in the house re: tips to house and Carpinteria, which I found strange. We've used VRBO and AIrbnb over 10 times and I've never had a host be this unhelpful or simply not interested. It wasn't huge deal because it's vacation, not rocket science, and the house was great so I'd highly recommend.

Lovely place

I loved this house. It felt like home. It was extremely relaxing, open and airy and in the perfect location. The beach is so close and all the shops and restaurants in town are within walking distance. We will be back for sure!
