Lägenheten är möblerad, inklusive ett fullt utrustat kök med kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, fyr-brännare spis och ugn, och kaffebryggare. Det erbjuder trådlöst internet, på gatuparkering för 2 till 3 bilar, gratis kaffe och te, hårtork och tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek. Tre värme- / luftkonditioneringsenheter håller utrymmet behagligt under alla årstider!

Det stora sovrummet har en plysch king size-säng med den mest bekväma kudde madras och en stor byrå. Det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar (som kan göras till en extra king size-säng) och fungerar också som extra bostadsyta. Den innehåller ett litet skrivbord. Soffan i vardagsrummet omvandlas till en dubbelsäng. Alla sängkläder är allergivänliga. Det finns tre garderober.

Det generösa badrummet har gott om förvaring för dina toalettartiklar samt värme i taket.

Välskötta hundar är alltid välkomna (med ett extra djuravgift), men inga katter.

Denna privata lägenhet ligger på bottenvåningen i min mammas hus. Min bror Carter bor över gatan och kommer att vara till hands för att ta hand om eventuella förfrågningar.

Plenty of space, comfortable king bed (the only one we used). Kitchen had all the essentials including some coffee read to use. Great communication! Easy to find and not too far from all the fun places in Asheville. The longest drive to any place we visited was 15 mins.

Quiet and Cozy Mountain Retreat

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very quiet, we slept great, the layout was cool, and it was just minutes from downtown Ashville and the Biltmore. Id highly recommend this place to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay. The king size bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. The kitchen area is tiny but the seating for 4 to dine was good sized. The TVs and AC/Heat worked well. Walking our dog there was a little scary. Roads were narrow and the sides had lots of poison ivy. Thank you. Our hosts were attentive and not intrusive.

A very quiet, clean, & centrally located property. It was a great night sleep, & a good experience .

Highly recommend, the host were great, with great knowledge of the area. Close to the heart of the city & a comfortable place to relax & chill with all the essentials.

Pleasant stay!

Very clean, convenient apartment for exploring Asheville. We stayed two weeks, and I had to work remotely one week - WIFI was excellent. Communication with hosts was great. Highly recommended!

Weekend stay

A great spot close enough to downtown to be a convenient getaway. We did struggle to find a close good hike but probably could have researched better. Carter was very attentive and the apartment was super cozy!

Convenient, clean and comfy

Location was good for both families we visited in Asheville Also had my favorite brewery Zillicoah. Right down the river. This basement apartment was well stocked and very clean. Our host was very responsive too. Come enjoy all Asheville has to offer and stay here!

Lovely little basement rental

It was a great location and very quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed a good night sleep (if you like a firm mattress w/a couple inches foam top). Not a luxury but very accommodating to meet your needs for the price. And the peacefulness and location is worth doing without a super comfy couch or large kitchen sink. If I make it back to Asheville, would definitely stay there again.

A nice quiet stay near Asheville

Walking in everything was exactly how it was portrayed on the listing. Our host was extremely helpful with anything we needed. We were given excellent ideas for dining was not disappointed with any place recommended. Found the place clean and ready for our stay. Had everything could have needed. A great location close to Asheville and all the places we intended to visit. Would recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Clean and spacious

We only stayed one night but this would be the perfect location for an extended stay. Quiet, residential neighborhood but close to downtown. Very responsive and helpful management and great communication and instructions. Only suggestion I have would to change the listing description about parking, as you can't park on the street. Was not an issue for us even with an Expedition, as the off street parking was very roomy. Just different than the listing (or maybe I just misunderstood listing!).

Nice place

The apartment is very nice, clean (no dog odors or fur remnants, in case you’re not a dog person), and matches the description. The only discrepancy I see in the description is that parking is in the driveway, not on the street. I especially liked the spacious bathroom and the lack of carpet. The hosts are very responsive to questions, and Lisa was flexible and accommodating when I needed to change the date of my reservation. Carter was available throughout our stay, although we had no issues and didn’t need to call on him. Honey’s Place has a sweet backstory that is related in the guest’s manual. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Girls Weekend

Three of my girlfriends and I stayed the weekend at Honey's Place for a girls weekend. It was just the perfect amount of space, very clean and a very short drive to the downtown area. I've previously stayed in a rental in the downtown area and it was loud with homeless people wandering about near our entry door. I really liked the quietness of this residential location and felt very safe. We were just a little confused with turning on/adjusting the heat, but a quick lookup for the HVAC system manual online and we were warm in 10 minutes. I'd recommend attaching a printout of that manual to the check in/check out info on the table for future renters. I will most definitely stay here for my next Asheville weekend! Jen

Cute apartment

Great place to rest in between hiking and site seeing. The beds were comfortable and the place was well supplied and clean. The tub/shower combo may be difficult for older folks or those with mobility issues since the sides are quite high. Communication with the owners adult children was fantastic!

Nice place for base of operations

Cozy little garden level apt. Well appointed, clean and practical. All of the basics were provided. You're close to downtown Asheville as well as other locales. Blue Ridge Parkway is not far away and can be accessed from a few different routes. Merriman Ave and Haywood Rd are an easy reach and full of food spots and shops that are away from downtown.

In 2018 my brother Carter and I renovated what used to be my late Dad's workshop into a comfortable and carefully planned living space. Both of us know a great deal about the Asheville area and we look forward to hosting you at Honey's Place!

Honey's Place is located in the small residential community of Woodfin, which rests along the banks of the French Broad River, minutes from Downtown Asheville. Close to several riverside parks you are in easy access to outdoor escapes that include bicycle paths, tubing and whitewater adventures.

Two miles north of the apartment is Reynolds Village, an exciting planned "main street" that welcomes visitors with local restaurants and one-of-a-kind shops.

Access to I-26 is 1 mile from the apartment which gets you quickly to Downtown, West Asheville or Weaverville. Biltmore Village is just 15 minutes away. Also close by is the picturesque Craven Gap access to the Blue Ridge Parkway (9 miles away off Beaverdam Road).
