Helt renoverad - huset ser vackert ut !!! Det finns havspråk från flera rum! Vi hade en fantastisk säsong 2018 och alla gillade verkligen detta hem! Vi är glada över att erbjuda en underbar semestersäsong för våra gäster 2019, både återkommande och nya! Hilton Head har flera nya restauranger, fråga om dem!

Detta hem har renoverats och utvidgats till ett 6 sovrum, 5 badrum hem med två separata vardagsrum, våt bar, storbilds-TV (surroundljud DVD och videobandspelare), tiki hydda vid poolen med grill, kylskåp och handfat, granitkök och Mer! Nya möbler är hela! Trådlöst internet ingår!

Detta renoverade och dekorerade hem med tredje raden har en inhägnad trädgård med en privat pool / jacuzzi med tiki-koja (har kylskåp, handfat och grill). (Poolvärme finns tillgängligt mot en extra kostnad.) Det stora öppna stora rummet förbättras av trägolv och ett välvt tak. Bara steg till stranden och Coligny Plaza, är detta hem en utmärkt plats för en familjesemester. Det finns två master sviter i två separata vingar i hemmet, vardera med king size-sängar. De fyra rummen har en kombination av drottning och två enkelsängar. Bäddsoffor lägger till ytterligare sovplatser. ** Poolvärme tillgängligt mot en extra avgift.

Inom gångavstånd ligger stranden (mindre än 300 fot) och Coligny Plaza (200 fot). Det skulle inte vara semester utan Coligny. Denna shoppingplats ligger strategiskt med 60 enastående butiker, restauranger och tjänster i centrum av ön Hilton Head. Pröva något smakfullt på nära 20 unika restauranger och livsmedelsföretag. Golf getaway

A few friends rendezvoused at HH for a weekend golf getaway and we couldn’t have asked for a better setting for home base. Location was perfect and close to all needs and entertainment we were looking for and only a few minutes from the courses we were playing. Amenities were adequate and property managers were superbly accommodating. We’re definitely repeating if visiting Hilton Head in the future.

Premier location and first class house

We absolutely loved the prime location with easy access to the beach AND Caligny shopping. The house was the perfect accommodation for our group, and we thought that value for the cost was absolutely top notch. Will definitely book again on our next trip to HHI!

Perfect week in HHI

This house is perfect for large families. The 2 separate wings of the home were ideal for our large family, infants/young kids on 1 side, teenagers/older kids on the other side. The location was absolute perfection with an easy 2 minute walk to the beach & the town center was just 2 minutes in the other direction. We had a blast and made wonderful memories.

Great stay

Great stay. Great location. However, a few issues with pool heat and hot tub heat. We had a great pool manager who came by and fixed things. Overall a great experience and will definitely come back.

Perfect Location

Great layout woth two sepearte bedroom and bathroom wings and commonnsoace in the middle. The proximity to the beach and shops could not have been more perfect. A could handyman touches around the property would manke it a perfect 10. It overall an amazing property and phenomenal location.

Great vacation

It was very clean and everything worked. Great space that met all our needs. The only complaints were about the mattresses being squishy and uncomfortable. Loved the proximity to the beach! Loved being able to walk to the square.

Great home and location

This is s great house close to the beach and Coligny Plaza. Our families enjoyed the spacious rooms, the pool and outside tiki bar. Access to the beach was close to the house so we were able to enjoy the beach and go to the house for lunch or breaks as often as we wanted. Plenty of spaces tp sit/eat. I recommend this home for those who are looking for quick access to beach and Coligny Plaza.

Great Week at the beach

This house was perfect for us. We have older teens/young adult children… perfect distance to the beach, perfect distance to Coligny (restaurants, shopping, entertainment). The house was plenty large enough for everyone to have space. Everyone was happy this week!

This was the perfect hous...

This was the perfect house for our large family. We come every year at Thanksgiving and this house was by far the best we have stayed in over the years. Convenient to the beach, shopping and dining. We hardly had to use our car. Thanks for a great time!

Great Space for Families

What a perfect location with enough space for our extended family of 14! The two bedroom wings meant toddlers could go to bed early and not be disturbed. Big kids had a bunk room in the opposite wing and a TV room in which to hang out, giving parents and grandparents time to relax and reconnect in the great room. Plenty of room for everyone. The proximity to the beach-one minute! To Coligny Plaza-three. We had a fabulous vacation!

The house was exactly as stated and shown It was a good size for our family.

I have two comments. There should be a hair dryer somewhere in the house. Also if you show a gas grill there should be enough propane for cooking more than one meal. We got a 10 hamburger dinner and had to buy a propane tank to cook one more meal. The spare was also empty.

Dirty House!

We have been renting in Hilton Head with our family for 10 years. This house is in a great location, close to beach & Coligny. But it was the dirtiest house we have ever rented! The maintenance & upkeep on this house was terrible!! They offered to clean again but how are you going to do that when you are already in it. If there would have been another house available we would have moved. But being 4th of July everything was rented. I would never recommend this house to anyone, unless they do a major cleaning.

A great stay!

This property was wonderful! Our family had a fantastic time. The house was clean and functioned well for our group of 17. We really enjoyed the dual family rooms. This allowed for space for the adults to hang out and a room for the teens/kids to play games. The pool was great and served us well. The close location to the beach and steps from Coligny Plaza was absolutely wonderful. Probably the best location we have stayed in. The only issue for us was the lack of beach equipment. We were told that there would not be any, but this was the only house we have ever rented that did not have beach chairs, shovels, boogie boards etc. It actually really impacted our trips to the beach. Some of us flew in and were not wanting to spend $50 on a beach chair just to be thrown away. As much as we loved the house we would probably need to be thoughtful about if we would want to rent this house again for this reason. We would have been happy to even pay a bit more to "rent" these items from the house. Like I said I would still give 5 stars because we were told about this beforehand, but I didn't realize how much it would effect our trips to the beach.

TLC couldn’t hurt

This place could use some TLC!! Had to start cleaning as soon as we arrived , bleached the deck and scrubbed the tiki hut Maintenance came in to do some quick fixes on some repairs in home. Call for pool to be cleaned before anyone could attempt to get in it. Very dirt !!

This property is ideally located close to the beach, shopping and everything Hilton Head. Location is everything and this one has it all. When we purchased it in the year 2000, there were only three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We saw the potential, so we doubled the size of the home. We have been so happy with the progress the island has made while keeping its unique charm alive and well.

You will enjoy the dual living areas and split floor plan design. There are three bedrooms on each of two wings making this home ideal for two or more family units to be together, while having some privacy also. The large back deck, pool, hot tub and tiki hut make for perfect entertaining.
