Stunning home in a perfect location

Absolute dream vacation on BI, the pictures don’t do this home justice, it’s one of the prettiest places I’ve ever stayed in. The house has so many spots to visit and relax.

Could not recommend enough

Absolutely perfect stay! The house had everything you could possibly need and was very spacious. The location on Balboa Island was unbeatable—just steps away from everything. Super clean and beautifully maintained. Could not recommend this place enough and will definitely be back! The host was also very responsive and great to work with!

Great home on the island!

This is our 2nd time booking this home. We absolutely love the location, the condition of the Oran’s the little extras. We stayed on the island many times over 15 years. This will be our go to place to visit time and time again.

Perfect balance of exquisite luxury and comforts of home

This home is truly perfect! The location is AMAZING!!! Close to all. The house is built so beautifully and they have thought of everything here!!! Anything you could possibly need is here. Just bring your food and family/friends!!! You will feel at home no matter the weather. For cozy days there are games, fireplaces, thick “yummy”blankets and couches galore. Towels a plenty for your beach days and jacuzzi nights. Beds are so very comfortable. Quality linens. Top of the line appliances. Rooftop deck at sunset made for stellar photo memories. Host is perfect balance of attentive when you need and allows you to enjoy your stay like it’s your own home otherwise. Just a truly wonderful experience!!! Highly reccommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ah-Mazing House and Location

If we could give this house 10 stars, we would. We originally scheduled two nights and then added another. Deana was very responsive to my many questions. Check in was super simple. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. My kids loved the jacuzzi and of course everyone enjoyed the elevator. We used it as a dumbwaiter to deliver dinner up to the awesome 3rd floor deck. The bedding was so comfortable that my husband inquired about the brand of pillows so that we could purchase the same. Additionally, the location was perfect for us- a block off Marine- so easy walking distance to the market and restaurants. The house came equipped with bikes which came in handy for beach days. The kids are already asking when we can go back!

Dream Home on the island

Not only was the house amazing but Deane and Rich are the most gracious hosts. We couldn't have asked for a better stay on the island and will 100% be back. Everything in the house was as pictured .. absolutely perfect!! Thank you for letting us create great memories on our summer escape from the AZ heat !!

Great Thanksgiving on Balboa

Great modern house on Balboa. One block off main drag and close to coffee shop and restaurants. Top deck is perfect for family dinner and sunsets. Everything was just as advertised. Thanks for a great stay.

Amazing stay!

This was our second stay at the property and it was amazing as always. The home is decorated impeccably and always spotless, and the location can't be beat. In addition, the hosts go out of their way to make sure the stay runs smoothly . Thank you again already looking forward to our next visit!

Amazing house

This house is gorgeous and met all of our needs. The kids enjoyed the video games and ping pong while the adults could enjoy the relaxing patios. We loved how it’s close to so many activities. Sad to leave!

Wedding vacation

Our family stayed on Balboa Island for a long weekend so that we could attend a family wedding and meet new in-laws. This VRBO was in a great location for us and had all the amenities to make our visit pleasant, fun and comfortable.

Early May Visit to Balboa Island

This beautiful home was one of the nicest we’ve stayed in through VRBO! Every detail to enhance comfort was there, as well as specialty items to greet us. Justine street behind us were a host of shops and restaurants so that we could easily walk there. The hosts were easily available for any assistance or questions we had. We would love to return to Balboa Island and would stay here again!

Outstanding!

This is probably one of the nicest houses we have stayed in. The design and location are top notch. The high ceilings, the quality of the interior, and the rooftop was the best. We sat in the sun every morning on the top level. And a 30 second walk to some of the best restaurants on the island!
