Varje sovrum har eget badrum sĂ„ det finns totalt 3 badrum med dusch eller badkar (eller bĂ„da). Varje BR har ocksĂ„ sin egen TV. VĂ„rt frĂ€mre rum har 1 Roche Bobois-soffa och 2 överfyllda och bekvĂ€ma stolar. 1 uppblĂ„sbar Queenmadrass och 1 XL Twin uppblĂ„sbar dyna ger ytterligare sovmöjligheter. Upstairs Master Ă€r en kung i Kalifornien med jacuzzi-badkar, och Upstairs Guest Bedroom har 3 bĂ€ddar (inklusive 1 vĂ„ningssĂ€ng med en tvilling och en fullstĂ€ndig) och en stor enkelsĂ€ng. Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We were in town for a family wedding and Balboa Island is a great to stay. We were right on the canal. The main street, and Island were very walkable! Greg and his dad were amazing hosts! The house had tons of room, everything we needed! Would highly recommend!

The property is better than advertised. The location is really great, just a few minute walk to everything. Property was very clean, plenty of space and had everything we needed. Our host Greg is really good to work with, easy to communicate with helpful thought out. I do recommend this property!

Great location on the island

We rented this house for our spring break. The location can be beat right on Gran Canal and close to Marine Avenue. Communication and check-in was fantastic throughout the whole stay!

Beautiful in Balboa

Beautiful home and great location in the heart of Balboa Island. We loved the fact that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. House was right on the canal with the walkway right outside the front patio!Lots of shops all around us.Thank you!

Fantastic Time On Balboa Island

Greg was a fantastic host and his home was perfect for our family. Plenty of room to spread out and centrally located to make walks and access super easy! The rooftop deck and backyard patio on the canal were just bonuses.

Our family LOVES Southern California, and all the great things to do here! We have owned this home for over 20 years, and it has been passed from one generation to the next. Balboa Island is a very special place and we are sure you will enjoy it!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

With large skylights in the Master Bedroom and upstairs hallway, comfortable dining area, roof deck, private dock with a small beach area, and a living room and patio alongside the water, we knew this was the property on the Island that we wanted to own. Superb location with lots of morning sunshine in the bedrooms and a short walk to the downtown and harbor and beach areas as well.
