The house looked exactly as advertised. The house and beds were clean, cozy and comfortable. We cooked some meals at home and found everything, including a spice rack, we needed except a pan for oven use. The bathroom had a huge, (I'm jealous) closet with towels, first aid kit, soap and accessories you might need. The parking area was perfect. We drove our car into Boston. The train was a bit of a walk and to take the bus and then train for the 3 of us, it wasn't much more to drive. I looked for places to park in Spot Hero. We would definitely stay here again.

On the whole, it was ok. the beds were very comfortable. There was no dish soap, not enough face cloths, no dish rags to wash the dishes. the floors were sticky. Only one roll of toilet paper for 3 people for 8 days. Fan in bathroom blows out hot air and no grab bars in tub. My adult children were locked out of the house on the porch at 9:30 at night. Luckily I was in the house to let them in the front door. I don't plan on staying there again. Too much traffic in the area.

We left halfway through our trip when my partner and I realized the multitude of problems and health concerns at this property. I can only add 8 pictures, I would add more if it was possible. They also use Midea window AC units that are on Federal recall for an immediate refund from the CFPB, in fact, I actually got a refund because I had one of the units affected, and the ACs at this location are affected also. They will not get back to you, and when they reply, they will send a generic response if any response at all while failing to address concerns. Have yet to hear back from the Host, have been in contact with Vrbo.

Great place!

This apartment was perfect for our couples weekend trip to Boston: 15 minutes walking to the red line, quiet (for a city) neighbourhood, clean space, and parking. The only downside was the upstairs residents seemed to be the most active from 10 pm to around 4 am every night, heavy footfalls and moving furniture across the floor. Otherwise its the perfect place to stay.

Nice place to stay

We had a great time while we were here. The owners left a cute welcome gift and that was a nice touch. I would stay again. I will say that it would be nice to have cleaning supplies accessible. I know they have a cleaner but I like to touch up and clean prior to leaving, some wipes at the very least.

We absolutely loved staying here. It was very homey and comfortable for our family. They left a welcome bag which was very nice! We loved they had a portable bed for our child to sleep in the same room as us. Also, linens being provided was so very convenient. We do trips to the Boston childrens center and will definitely have this on radar for our next trip out!

David's property was exactly perfect for our 3 day stay.The home is beautiful and was very clean when we arrived. It's a quick 15 minute walk to the train station. David was very quick to respond to questions. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Nice property, outside of the city but not too far, TV flickered when turned on, no laundry (but did not expect it), jetted tub did not work, upstairs residents EXTREMELY loud at night, overall ok stay

Wonderful return to Boston

We came for our daughter to attend some classes at Emerson. My husband grew up in the Boston area and felt like he was in his great aunt’s house. The house was great. The location was great. The entire trip was wonderful. Thank you!!!!

First trip to the area

This is our first trip to New England. We wanted to explore Boston and the accommodations were perfect for our needs. My fave key points: On site parking An easy walk to the train for going in town Full size coffee maker (we always bring our own coffee and filters… but there were coffee packets provided) Fridge for our food Hot water for showers and preferably tall shower head which this bathroom shower does have Good communication with easy check in and out. Would recommend.
