My favorite VRBO that I’ve stayed at.

My husband and I stayed here for just two nights and immediately wished we could have stayed longer. This home is the perfect blend of comfort, quality, and thoughtful detail—it truly feels like a home away from home. Everything was spotless, the furniture was nice and comfortable, and even the linens and pillows were exceptionally cozy. The bed, in particular, was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in while traveling. The living room tv was equipped with a sound system around the room.We loved the well-stocked bookshelves filled with games and a great selection of books for every kind of reader. The kitchen was another standout—fully equipped with spices, seasonings, a few teas, and even a local coffee. Mark’s attention to detail really shines through in every aspect of the stay—even the shower was stocked with Whole Foods shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and the water pressure was glorious The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. Mark thoughtfully provided menus on the kitchen table, which made picking a spot to eat super convenient.All in all, this place was a gem, and we hope to come back for a longer stay in the future.

Better than fantastic

This beautiful and charming home was everything we thought it’d be and more! Mark was great with communication and his home provided the perfect stay. The beds were top notch in comfort (even the pillows and bedding were wonderful)! I loved that he had eco-friendly products - laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, etc. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, condiments and spices. There were easy directions for the television. Mark was friendly and outgoing when we met the morning of our departure. Thank you again! Definitely would stay anytime I’m in Boston.

Beautiful home

Booked our stay to attend a concert at Roadrunner in Boston which was an easy Uber ride away. Mark was very kind and allowed us to check in early, the courtyard behind the house was beautiful with a cozy patio furniture to relax in. The house was spotless and beds were very comfortable. Will absolutely book again for future Boston endeavors. Highly recommend!

Great Place to Stay

Mark was so accommodating for our larger-than-normal family. My wife and children stayed for a couple nights. When we arrived, there were some special accommodations just for us. This was our first AB&B and it was a great experience. The place was very clean and cozy. The kids loved it and it was a nice reprieve outside of the city.

Family gathering in Malden

A beautiful home. Everything you could possibly want or need was furnished in the house. Mark, our host, responded to every message almost instantly. Directions were clear and concise. We needed a spot for family to gather after a funeral. This home was ideal. I look forward to returning a happier occasion. We will.be staying here again.

A Gem in Malden

We absolutely loved Mark's unit. Everything was clean, kitchen well equipped, and the beds comfy. For me, a big plus was that Mark made sure off-street parking was available for us. We could see the care and love he has put into the home. We now have a new favorite place to stay when we visit the Boston area. Hope to stay again soon.

A dream come true

This is my first time using an accommodation from this site and I was completely blown away. The location was perfect for going to different cities while still being able to go back to a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Great house

The owner met us at the door and helped us get settled in. He answered all of our questions and gave a great recommendation for dinner. This is an immaculate home with all of the extras, even 4 beers in the fridge for us.

Mark was very accommodating. Our flight got in early before check-in and he allowed us to drop off our bags so we could explore without carrying our luggage around. The house was beautiful and he did such a great job with decorating. Definitely recommend!

Grand Home

The home was beautiful and I wish we could have stayed longer. It is close to airport and we just had one night, but we walked to the subway and took it in to Boston. The home was better appointed then any other VRBO that I have stayed in over the years. Everything there to complete a dinner for your family. Mark is a great host!

Too Lovely for a Rental

We arrived after dark and had to leave relatively early so did not have nearly enough time to relish this lovely environment! This home exudes the charm we relate to Boston. We had an amazing stay at Mark's place! The beds were so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of bed. Also had a really great shower. Everything was very clean and it felt very homey. It is even more beautiful than the pictures show, and it is clear that Mark has put a lot of thought into the small details (big thick towels, shampoo/conditioner & body wash etc) to make our stay comfortable. 10/10 experience, we will definitely stay here again next time we visit Boston!

A lovely stay

We stayed at Mark's welcoming property September 22 - 27, 2024. The house is so beautifully decorated, and you can see that Mark wants his guests to have all the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully stocked, even with some food. The beds are super comfortable, and he uses fine linens. We had the pleasure of meeting Mark, and he answered all our questions about the area. We used the T (subway) system every day to go into Boston. So easy to navigate. We highly recommend this property - we were 100% satisfied. Thank you Mark for a great stay!

Great apartment; great and caring host

Mark's apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need, especially for a longer term stay. Excellent TV with all the cable channels. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Great laundry area. Nice diverse urban neighborhood close to everything! Short ride into Boston on subway or commuter rail. Mark is a caring and thoughtful host, and has given thought to everything a guest needs to be comfortable. This was our 2nd one month stay, and it's like our home away from home!

I am a handyman and have spent the last eighteen years bringing this property back to it's original glory, while also bringing it into the 21st century with modern amenities. The apartment is a separate unit in my two-family home; I live in the other unit so I will be here if you need me. You will see me out and about painting and maintaining the home.

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood in the up-and-coming Boston suburb of Malden. Malden boasts many wonderful restaurants with great ethnic diversity, a bustling town center which is walking distance which includes Boda Borg, tea shops, juice bars, and restaurants. Malden is less than three miles from the Boston City line, less than two miles from the Encore Boston Harbor Casino, and only two miles from Assembly Row which has many restaurants, a luxury theatre, and a game center. It is also conveniently located for day trips to Salem, the coast of Maine, or the Cape.
