This property was perfect for what we needed at the end of a very long journey. The location is amazing with the beachfront (which is hard to find), walkable to all the shops and restaurants, and a quick drive to La Jolla and other surrounding areas. The renters communicated very well prior to check-in and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Perfect getaway for our family

We have stayed several times along the San Diego area beaches and this was by far our favorite.

The unit has a great location in terms of access to the beach, however it is located on a busy walkway so there is little privacy. The unit has no air conditioning, which is not usually a problem, but the days we were there were unseasonably hot and humid; mostly tenants rely on fans and one single portable AC unit. The unit is dated and in need of some refreshing. I will not be staying here again.

Great Stay

This was a lovely home in a wonderful location. We had easy communication with the management, who went above and beyond to make our trip a good one. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit was beautiful with direct access to the beach. It was well stocked and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and the train station if you want to go to San Diego for the day. The views and sunsets were breathtaking! Loved sitting on the lower patio and walking the beach!

Everything was great. We loved the location and being able to walk out onto the beach. Everything was clean and well stocked. It was exactly what we were looking for! We will be booking this property again when we come back to Carlsbad

Fantastic Location and Great Support

We really enjoyed our two-night stay in February 2025. The kitchen is well-stocked and the view is gorgeous. Extremely responsive hosts. It was a little pricey for two people, but we would stay here again.

Summer vacay

This property was everything! The location and accessibility of getting around the village and beach was phenomenal . Our family had a wonderful trip and look forward to coming back soon!

This is a great property right on the beach and in walking distance to everything. The property was super clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the layout functional and spacious. They leave things other guests leave behind, like seasonings, oil, etc. which was really convenient. The beach in front was busy on the weekends but really empty on the weekdays. It was a very quiet unit, with other units being very respectful of the quiet time hours. Had an internet issue one day and Casago was very responsive, sending someone within an hour to fix it. Our vehicle would not fit in the assigned covered parking easily, but we had no problem finding parking up top using the provided pass. We will definitely stay here again.

Too Good to be True

We absolutely loved staying here. The condo was far more comfortable than a hotel and right on the beach! It had just about everything you could possibly need, including toiletries, heaters/fans for all of the bedrooms, and beach gear. The area is quiet but also within walking distance of Carlsbad Main Street.

We have stayed in Carlsbad Village the last 4 years and this was our first stay in this particular home. We all agree that this stay was overall the best as far as communication, hospitality, and ease of check in. Not to mention, Casago goes above and beyond to personalize your stay. We absolutely loved the location being right on the beach. When you have small children, location is key. We definitely plan to return and hopefully have the opportunity to stay in the same unit. Thank you Casago for a great family vacation!

We Love Carlsbad

Perfect location, near our favorite restaurants, the beach, downtown, train station (round trip to Old Town in San Diego), etc. Property manager bent over backwards to help out when the clothes dryer didn't work. Rental fit our needs and was well-equipped. Highly recommend and will return.

Perfect

Perfect location, clean, spacious for family of 5, upper level view like your floating in waves. Lower level view crashing waves, easy access to beach, large sofa for movie nights, this is our second time at this property. No complains.

Wonderful beachfront vacation spot!

Immaculate, well equipped, comfortable, spacious, well appointed, and best of all right on the beautiful Carlsbad swimming beach where it’s flat and open, and within easy walking to the village areas. Pictures are very accurate. Lots of stairs! Nce to have off street parking there even though tight. Excellent, attentive, helpful hosts. We definitely would book again!

great getaway

very relaxing, beautiful views, nice comfy condo, spacious and well equipped kitchen. Everything worked like a charm except for the front door automatic keylock. However, even that problem (which the owner is now fixing) had a work around. We would definitely stay here again.
