Detta är ett utmärkt hus byggt från granit från farfar berg. Det har varit ett tillägg av ett 500 sf stort rum som är fantastiskt. Trevligt öppet vardagsrum och matplats med öppen spis i vardagsrummet. Det finns en stor oavslutad källare med tvätt och ett garage med 2 bilar. Sitter på en tunnland mycket på en kurva med utsikt över bergssidan med mycket avskildhet. En vacker utsikt! Ligger bara några miles från ASU campus. Har 2 privata sovrum (1 queen och två våningssängar). Har också drottning sovande i både stora rummet och vardagsrummet. Vi kräver att hyresgästerna är minst 25 år gamla.

Weekend getaway

We loved our quick stay here! The location was great and we could get to downtown within 5 minutes. Felt remote enough to have some quiet mountain time. The sunroom was fantastic!

Beautiful mountain home. Large rooms. Peaceful.

Clean. Great communication. Large sun room and living and dining rooms. Good kitchen area. Not an issue for us, but be aware that there is one bathroom and there is a set of stairs to the entrance. 10 minutes to Boone. Hilly!

Fabulous House!

The house was perfect for our family and friends to gather to celebrate our youngest's ASU graduation. It had two living room areas which was ideal, and a large dining table that we were all able to sit down and eat. The house was warm and cozy and comfortable. We would definitely go there again!

Relaxing Place for Friends!

The photos don't do it justice. A beautiful, quiet home with great spaces to hang out with friends and a good location for Boone or Blowing Rock. We would love to stay here again. The only thing is, if you're big wifi people you might not like the Internet speed. Lots of buffering on the tv when accessing wifi, but that didn't bother us.

Close to ASU, but secluded!

The location was perfect and the place was very clean. Large yard, patio, gigantic sunroom! Cozy and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Nothing bad to say! I'll definitely be back!

Great Getaway in Boone

This house is so cool! Lots of space to spread out, especially in the large great room over the garage. Host was very responsive and accommodating. house is well stocked. We will stay here again.

We stayed at this home at very last minute, and it was perfect! Excellent location close proximity to App. Communication with the owner is easy, even including a speedy appliance replacement.

Very quiet!

We enjoyed our stay! If it hadn't poured rain the whole time we would have had the best time! Charles was great in getting an initial crisis resolved quickly. The house is very clean and we really enjoyed our evening fires.

Over and Above & A Cute Home

There was A LOT of snow on the day of our arrival. Charles was excellent about keeping us up to date on expected weather, clearing the drive, and making sure we knew where to find a shovel and salt. Even sent over a neighbor the next morning to clear the driveway a second time. The home itself is comfortable and VERY well supplied. From extra linens to spices to dishes, etc, this is one of the best equipped VRBOs I've ever stayed in. We hope to return in the spring or summer when we can better use and appreciate the home's many outdoor spaces as well. An exceptional visit. Thank you.

Cute mountain home in Boone

Great home with everything we needed! It feels secluded enough to be a get away but also close to ASU which was helpful for us as we were there for our daughter who attends. Lots of sitting areas in the house, beds for 4 plus some couches, a well stocked kitchen. Only one bathroom but it was fine. Plenty of space to park outside too.

Disappointed

This is a charming cottage that is in desperate need of attention. There is so much "stuff" in the house that it is overwhelming. To add insult to injury, it needs a serious cleaning. We left 1 day early.

Nice place but....

The place itself was very nice - clean, good location, and great owners. Here is what I wish I knew before making the listing: 1. This place is not toddler friendly - there are tchotchkies everywhere and all of the outlets have extenders that make covering them unrealistic. We were able to mostly childproof the greatroom but we still had to watch our child like a hawk. 2. The owners expect extensive cleaning. I've never stayed anywhere that expected more than general kitchen cleaning, garbage out, and putting used linens in washing area. This house expects laundry done, vacuuming, mopping, mirror and bathroom cleaning as well as the aforementioned. Perhaps the listing made this apparent, but had I known we would have stayed elsewhere. Definitely a great house and a good value.
