Excellent stay and beautiful condo

Great family vacation for our family of 9. Plenty of room. Condo was beautiful and unbelievable views. Would def stay there again.. We loved our stay. Only a few drawbacks. 1. Condo is sandwiched between two public beaches, so we had some “unsavory” characters in close proximity to our young children. 2. Parking was tight and only one space provided. Other parking was in front of the building. We have high end cars and leaving them in public beach parking was not optimal. 3. Would like water filter on fridge for water. We had to buy endless supply of drinking water on the beach. 4. Can’t use personal tents in on beach. Forced to rent umbrellas and chairs daily. None of these things would prevent us from staying again, just somethings to plan and be aware of..

Quick Getaway

The check in process was very easy. The condo was INCREDIBLE. Pictures don’t do it justice. We loved everything about our short stay and can’t wait to plan a longer trip back.

Incredible Condo!

We had an amazing time at this condo. The location is perfect, the private beach is a huge bonus, the condo is so well-stocked, you won't need to worry about preparing ANY kind of meal. Our family loved every aspect of this condo. Pictures do not do it full justice. We can't wait to visit Destin again and stay at 1900 98!

Condo #902 was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The ocean views from the inside and on the balcony were spectacular! I can't say enough about the ocean views! The Condo was clean, tastefully decorated in each area, we had plenty of space for the five of us, the kitchen was well equipped and we had a great time cooking in it, and the balcony was spacious with great furniture for lounging and just sitting. Again, the ocean views were spectacular! We would love to come back and stay again next year. Also, thank you for providing the beach wheelchair, and a big thank you to Ethan who set up the chairs and umbrellas just right for us, and his help assisting us in getting one our guest to and from the beach in the wheelchair. Top of the Line

This condo was top of the line in updates ; cleanliness . The views are spectacular! Conveniently located . The only negative is one parking place and the public parking always full due to public beach that joins . The section of our beach was not crowded and we certainly enjoyed our stay. Nathan the chair rental guy was the best ! Kept is comfortable and informed of any incoming weather ! A+ rating on our stay

This unit is BEAUTIFUL!! You will not be disappointed. Our family of 10 had ample amount of room. The open concept makes it look even bigger. The decor is on trend and beautiful. We will defiantly be back. Thank you for sharing your unit with us.

Private and Relaxing

The property is very much in the middle of a very active area, but the limited number of units along with the private beach makes for an exclusive experience. The unit is as spacey as it appears in the photos which is unusual for rentals. It appears the developer had owners in mind rather than renters. We found the unit acceptably clean on our arrival, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook or entertain. The balcony is particularly large with plenty of room for a group to gather comfortably. The rooftop pool/spa area is nice, especially for an evening swim and/or to watch the sunset. Altogether we were pleased with our stay, and will likely return.

My first shower was met with a towel that had the previous guests’ hair all over it. Hairs were found in all three bathrooms. The app is horrid. It has the address of the office listed, so I had to call someone to get the actual address of where I was staying (the map feature in the app wouldn’t load). The codes are absolutely bonkers. The door & elevator code worked to get us in the door & to our floor only. The pedestrian gate out front wouldn’t accept the door code as the app said it would. The rooftop gym & pool wouldn’t accept the door code as the app said it would. I had to call twice to finally get a code that worked for those on our second day here. The washer and/or dryer left some weird stains on some towels & some of my sister’s clothes (separate loads on different days). The oven was a bit finicky. The vent in the double bedroom was closed with no lever to open it so that bedroom got swelteringly hot at night. Master bedroom 2 would get very hot at night as well. Overall an okay stay.

I have stayed in many condos - private homes in Destin and none have been as great as this one. Girlfriends trip was A+ all the way and I am planning on booking this room for next year. Perfect location - gorgeous condo and the weather was amazing. We had a little noise issue on first morning (workers working on 3rd floor unit with a jack hammer) and concierge handled it quickly. Great customer service from Shelby. Also we discovered on the last day where the plates are :) kinda hidden on the back side of the island. See you next year! Thanks again!
