Uppdaterad 1 1/2 våning bungalow, 3 sovrum, 1 badrum, ligger bara några minuter från alla Amish attraktioner. Bottenvåningen har kök, matsal, vardagsrum, 2 sovrum, med queen size-sängar och badrum. På övervåningen består av 1 sovrum med full size säng. Kök med kylskåp, spis, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, kaffebryggare, brödrost, köksredskap, bakeware, kryddor och pappersprodukter. TV, Wifi, DVD-spelare, vissa DVD-skivor, böcker och spel. Pack-n-play, barnstol och booster seat är tillgänglig.

Ted and Sharon were great hosts. We enjoyed talking with them. They welcomed us into their home. We enjoyed our stay very much. We had just about everything we needed. We were within 10-15 minutes of most attractions. It was quiet and we loved sitting outside on the back patio. Wish our stay was longer. If the opportunity arose we’d love to come back.

The bungalow was cozy. Plenty of space for our girls get away (myself, my mom, and my mother in law). It was great to be able to go off shopping for the day and have a comfortable place to come back and recharge at!!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Golden Girls Trip

The home was very cozy and clean.The hosts were very pleasant and welcoming apon arrival to give us the key to the home. We were met with homade cookies and a large basket of all kinds of information on places to eat and entertainment and shopping.

Lancaster trip

The house was so neat and clean, laid out nicely for the four of us. Sharon and Ted were very welcoming and didn't mind our coming and going. We saw a show at Sight and Sound, spent a day at Gettysburg before moving on to Philadelphia. The property is ideally located for all of that. Great stay on a quiet road with great hosts.

Great stay - Again

This was our second stay at the bungalow in three years; we missed last year as another party had booked our weekend. My wife and I book for a weekend getaway with her sister and husband. Property is perfect, clean, comfortable, welcoming, and the hosts are terrific. The horses and buggies clip clop past the house which really is well located as places are accessible in minutes in every direction. We’ll be back again!!

Clean and Safe

As two female friends traveling together, we wanted a place where we felt safe and comfortable. This rental was perfect!! We were able to each have a quiet bedroom. Hosts are friendly and accommodating. We were in easy reach of Sight & Sound Theater as well as plenty of shopping. We will be back!

Perfect Getaway

This is a repeat visit to this extremely clean and very well kept bungalow. The kitchen was l stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed being close to so many attractions, yet having Amish homes and farms on the road. Our gracious hosts are delightful and very accommodating. Communication was prompt. We look forward to visiting again.

Always a great experience

We have stayed at this bungalow multiple times. We always have great conversation with Ted and Sharon. They are very knowledgeable about the Amish, which we find fascinating.The house and grounds are very clean and well maintained. We already have reservations for our next stay.

A very comfortable home away from home for multiple days. Everything was immaculate and fresh and the grounds well manicured. The Bungalow had everything we needed except access to onsite laundry (laundromats are nearby). Hosts we're so friendly and helpful, especially when we had unexpected car trouble they directed us to an excellent nearby mechanic! We would absolutely look to stay here first if ever back in the area.

Annual Anniversary Trip

We travel to Lancaster every November the week of our Anniversary. We have stayed at this hose several times because of the location, the owners, and the house itself. The location is perfect for eating places, shopping, going to shows like the one at Sight and Sound Theatre. The house is just the right size for the two of us, and everything we need for cooking and space to store all of our shopping bags until we leave. Ted and Sharon are wonderful to work with and always provide a wonderful atmosphere. The house is comfortable and inviting. A family of 4 or six would have plenty of room also. We will try to book this house again next year.

We purchased this property when the original owner passed away. He built it in 1946 when he came home from WWII. Him and his wife raised 3 children in this home.
