This cottage was a Godsend to us at just the right time. Our hosts were gracious and kind, going out of their way to find what we needed during our stay. The facility is as depicted on line-clean, neat, comforting in decor, and close to all one might need in the area. The playground was a bonus for our visiting grandchildren. A full blessing of joy.

Hidden Gem

This quaint little cottage is a hidden gem in Leola. The cottage is quiet, clean and well stocked. They also have a small store next door in case you need anything. The host family was exceptional and tended to all our needs. I highly recommend this property for a quiet family get away with your fur babies.

Wedding Weekend

Our stay was awesome and the hosts we very welcoming. It was such a quiet cute space with all the conveniences we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to the area! We attended away a couple of miles away and the location was perfect!

Im coming back

I can not say enough. The house was lovely, grounds so cute, and the hosts are a wonderful family. They have a small grocery store on the grounds with all the things you might forget if you even need it because the kitchen was well stocked. One of the daughters greeted us and was a joy. Iv stayed in a lot of vrbos and this one is hands down my favorit.

Weekend away for my husband’s birthday!

My husband and I have been at several rental properties and this one is one at the top of our list. Everything was so clean and as described on the listing. I did however miss the fact that there was no television but I had my iPad and speaker so we were able to stream some shows in the evening. Everyone we spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. It was also such a huge plus that we could bring our X-large dogs as it can be hard to find places that will accept them. We will definitely be referring friends and family

Very clean, pleasant, and well-supplied

This guest house was just right for our weekend stay near family in Lancaster. Super clean, plenty of supplies in the bathroom and kitchen, air mattress for our 4th person, and we were able to bring our dog with us, which was great. Good communication with host, too, so we had everything we needed.

Another lovely Christmas visit

We enjoyed our second visit at the guest house. Hannah responds promptly to text messages and is very accommodating. The guest house is comfortable and warm in the winter and the kitchen is well stocked. It's close to shopping and ice cream and the owners have a little store if there's something your forgot to bring. Would recommend!

Quaint and Quiet

We loved our stay at this property. Love the aesthetic and how peaceful this little home is. There is no television here, which is actually such a nice change of pace from any other place we've stayed at. We did not have the opportunity to interact with the host family as we kept getting back to the home late at night, but they are readily available and appear eager to please. Would recommend for a nice R&R getaway!

Great Place to Stay

We had a great time staying there. The host family was very gracious and even brought us a Thanksgiving dinner that was delicious (We stayed there over Thanksgiving.) The house was exceptionally clean and anything that we needed was there. Please stay at this place. You will thoroughly enjoy it.

Fun and relaxation

We were very excited about our stay. We were very close to the Sight and Sound theatre to see Daniel, American Music theatre to Christmas Show-Joy to the World, National Toy Train Museum, National Train Museum, and all the Amish buffets. Our stay in the house was very comfortable, relaxing and clean. We look forward to staying there again when we drive back up to see Noah.

Warm and friendly home

We've stayed at this location three times over several years. It is always a pleasant place to stay. The owner and his family are the nicest and helpful people you'll ever meet. If all things work out, I look forward to going back next year.

Pumpkin Season in Lancaster

The guest house was very clean and exceeded our expectations! The space itself was beautifully decorated and very clean, The location is ideal for visiting all the Lancaster attractions. Overall, my experience was fantastic! I would highly recommend staying.

Nathaniel & Sara, with their six children live on the same property in the main residence. We purchased the property in the spring of 2015 and immediately began working at preparing this guest house as a means to accommodate Nathaniel's family when they visit as they are all from out-of-state. They wish to share these accommodations with others, and look forward to meeting and serving many new friends.
