The apartment is on the second floor and includes 2 queen size beds, 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen/dining room, and a living room with a large-screen TV and wifi. The kitchen is fully stocked and you can easily prepare your own meals on a smooth-top induction stove with an electric oven. The dining room table has 4 chairs and a bench. A washer and dryer are available to use. The comfortable living room makes it easy to kick back and relax. Board games for all ages are also available for fun family time.
A quiet, cozy oasis away from the noise of the world. Enjoy some country scenery, feed the cows an ear of corn, sit in the gazebo and read a book, or enjoy sitting around a fire in the fire pit in the backyard (wood, paper, and ignitor available upon request). All of these tranquil possibilities are at your fingertips. We are within 5 miles of Sight and Sound Theater, Kitchen Kettle Village, Dutch Wonderland, Strasburg Railroad, Cherry Crest Adventure Farm, shopping, and great Pennsylvania Dutch restaurants. Several rail trails for bike riding are within a 30-minute drive. Hershey Park, Gettysburg, Lake Tobias, and Philadelphia museums are all easy day trips within an hour drive.

We had a wonderful stay at Beth’s place! The apartment was cute, adorable, and beautifully maintained, with absolutely stunning scenery around it. Beth was a fantastic host — communication was perfect, quick, and easy. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

Our stay here exceeded our expectations! The view from the back balcony soothed the soul. The place was clean, modern and provided everything a traveler could need. We were able to also chat with the owner, who was delightful. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, spacious love, the fact that there was two full restrooms, not commonly found like that. It was nice thing in Paradise, Pennsylvania it was close to everything and I was able to see my son every day, which made it extra special. I love seeing all the animals out in the a.m. It was a peaceful feeling, I had a wonderful time during stay. Thank you for being such a great host.

Rental was nice. No complaint. Communication could have been better. We arrived late for first night and unknowingly were at the right location but no one came to the door, so with no other recourse we got a room at a local hotel which fortunately had one room. The next day a text arrived with all necessary information.

Just for future reference and clarification, all communication is done through the VRBO app and is not to be done via text messages. That is where the problem arose. We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We especially appreciated the updated kitchen, which was well equipped with everything we needed — pots and pans, dishes, utensils, and more. Towels and bed linens were also provided, and everything was clean and well maintained.The outdoor space was another nice bonus — there is a covered porch with comfortable seating, a lovely fire pit area with firewood provided by the host, and chairs on the lawn where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.Communication with the host was easy, and he was always quick to respond whenever we needed anything. The location was very convenient and close to many local attractions, including the Railroad Museum, Sight & Sound Theatre, and other places we wanted to visit.We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay

This property is fantastic! Greg was so warm and welcoming that we will definitely be staying again. The property is beautiful and relaxing- the perfect place to catch one's breath. Getting to spoil Foxy (the pup), Vanilla (the pup), Sasafrass (the cat) and all the cows on the farm was exactly what the doctor ordered! :) And a grateful shout-out to Paula, the neighbor, who was also helpful and sweet. Honestly, this was the best experience we've had in Lancaster despite visiting numerous times before. I HIGHLY recommend booking with Greg and Beth!

The place was beautiful. We enjoyed the stay. The host Beth was on top of everything for us. The house was perfect. It was clean and cozy and we had everything we needed and more. The property was beautiful. The temperature of the house was great. The bathrooms were a plus. Having 2 bathrooms with 3 women was an added bonus. We already decided we would love to come back! We really enjoyed our stay. The place was spotless! The kitchen has everything needed to make meals and the full size refrigerator was great for our fresh fruit and snacks. The bathrooms were super clean and the towels were nice and fluffy. Plenty of hot water. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated the recliner. The whole apartment was nicely arranged and lovingly decorated. This is a quality place to stay!It is also conveniently located to Sight and Sound Theater and other interesting places to visit. Our hostess gave clear, easy to follow directions to locate their home. We will definitely stay here again whenever we are in the area.

My mom, daughter, and I had a very nice stay here. The entire place was very clean. I think I saw like two strands of hair and that was pretty much it. The place was accurately listed and the host was very communicative from booking til after checkout. I love the scenery from the balcony/porch area. You'll see corn fields, cattle, and buggies on the road lol. There are friendly cats and a dog that'll sometimes come out and visit. I was able to pet them without issue. We got permission to pick some corn and feed the goats. We all enjoyed that. The apartment is very close to numerous food places and activities. We took my mom to see Joshua at Sight and Sound. It is less than 10 minutes away. There are a few businesses on the property, but we didn't hear them over the weekend. Monday morning was pretty quiet too, but there was a little more activity that could be heard - nothing that would wake you though. The only complaint I have is that the beds are very firm. We woke up aching and my daughter and I slept on the reclining sofa the last two days. If you like your bed firm, you will truly be in Paradise . I was worried that one bedroom would feel a little crowded, but it actually didn't. The bedroom and living room areas are spacious enough that the three of us were able to spread out a little. The tv, fridge, oven, and microwave all worked well. We didn't use the washer and dryer, but they are available.

We had an amazing time.House was very clean, neat, & modernBeautiful surroundings, which was very nice for walking with our morning coffee. We especially enjoyed visiting the cows & donkeys. Very close to a variety of attractions & restaurants.

Spotless, cozy, and peaceful! Perfect for a get-away! Owners welcoming and excellent communicators. Internet worked great, beds were extra comfy, and AC was perfect. Close to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing, but far enough away for peace and quiet. Would love to come back!

Always a relaxing place to stay!

This is our 2nd time staying here and it's absolutely a hidden gem. Many amenities, comfy beds, wonderful showers with good pressure, games galore and overall, quite inviting. The host is just a text away if you have any questions. We just love this place!
